The Energy sector is one of the sectors in the Indonesian economy and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). 86 companies listed on the IDX. The sample is to 7 companies. The purpose of the study was to determine the Financial Performance Analysis of Energy sector companies listed on IDX for the period 2013-2022 using Economic Value Added (EVA). Based on calculations, EVA ADRO negative results (EVA<0) in 2013-2015 and 2020, positive EVA (EVA>0) in 2016-2019 and 2021-2022. AKRA's EVA from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA HRUM in 2014-2015 was negative (EVA <0), in 2016-2023 EVA was positive (EVA>0). EVA ITMG from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA MEDC in 2013-2021 is negative (EVA <0) and 2022 is positive (EVA>0). PGAS EVA in 2013-2014 was positive (EVA>0) and 2015-2023 was negative (EVA<0). PTBA's EVA from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA>0 indicates the rate of return generated from company is greater than the cost of capital or it has succeeded in creating added value in that year. EVA<0 indicates the company's value has decreased or decreased where the rate of return is lower than the cost of capital it means fails to create the added value demanded by investors.

UPTD Puskesmas Limo is a regional public health center for Limo sub-district which is underpinned by the health department and health facilities managed by the local government. The health Dcenter has the responsibility of providing primary health services to the people of Limo city. With these demands and types of work, training or employee self-development is needed to hone employees' abilities and work motivation. To find out how much influence capacity building and work motivation have on the productivity of UPTD Puskesmas Limo employees, this title was raised. This study uses quantitative methods using non-probability sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling techniques. The sample of this study amounted to 50 people. Then tested quantitative statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis using a data processing program, namely SPSS 25 software. This study found the results using the t test stated that Capacity Building partially has a significant effect on work productivity with a significant level of 0.02 <0.05 and the t test results of 3.021> 2.008. and work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a significant value of 0.01 <0.05 and a t test value of 3.146> 2.008 Capacity Building d is a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

The Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bogor Regency continues to strive to improve its performance and services. One of the efforts made is through a work training program for employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work training on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using saturated samples or non-probability sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample. The population in question includes all employees of the personnel division of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bogor Regency, totaling 52 respondents, using a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. In processing the data for analysis using SPSS 26 software with multiple linear analysis techniques, the research results showed that Y = 4.434, X1 = 0.402, and X2 = 0.361, which includes instrument tests, classical assumption tests, partial hypothesis tests with T values of 3.560 for X1 and 3.325 for X2. Simultaneously, both independent variables obtained an F value of 18.588. Human resources are central and important in shaping the achievement of goals in a company. Factors that affect employee performance include work discipline and work motivation. This research was conducted at PD Artha Sanggraha Shell Gas Station Business Unit Fatmawati, South Jakarta. The study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method and is conducted by observation, questionnaire and interview methods. From the results of the study, it shows that work discipline on employee performance is known to have a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, it is known that the t count value is 6.349> t table 1.67655 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 the hypothesis is stated to have a significant effect between work discipline on employee performance. From the results of the study, it shows that work motivation on employee performance is known to have a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, it is known that the value of t count 4.598> t tabel 1.67655 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 the hypothesis is stated to have a significant effect between work motivation on employee performance. From the results of the study, it shows that work discipline and work motivation on employee performance are known to be 0.00 < 0.05 and the value of F count 248.294 > F tabel 3.187 with a significant 0.00> 0.05, this statement means that all independent variables of work discipline and work motivation together affect the dependent variable of employee performance is accepted.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk dapat melihat pengaruh alat pembayaran non tunai terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia pada periode terbaru. Penelitian di fokuskan pada variabel transaksi non tunai meliputi data penggunaan kartu debit/ATM. kartu kredit dan e-money. untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia dengan indikator nilai Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) pada periode tahun 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan bulanan nilai transaksi kartu debet/ATM, kartu kredit, dan e-money yang diterbitkan oleh Bank Indonesia (BI) dan nilai Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa keseluruhan variabel independen yang digunakan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan indikator Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Secara parsial penggunaan kartu debet/ATM, Kartu kredit dan e-money berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.

Harga saham sangat mempengaruhi posisi perusahaan dalam BEI. Hal ini tentu saja menjadikan kewaspadaan investor dalam berinvestasi. Pada perusahaan farmasi sendiri mengalami fluktuasi yang disebabkan oleh banyak hal diantaranya laba dan arus kas. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara laba dan arus kas atas harga saham perusahaan farmasi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari BEI. Pengujian statistik dengan pengujian asumsi klasik pengujian hipotesis pengujian determinasi dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data diambil dari 8 perusahaan farmasi BEI periode 20188-2022 yang telah memenuhi kriteria pemilihan sampel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan adanya peningkatan harga saham dipengaruhi oleh laba dan arus kas baik secara parsial maupun signifikan. Kemudian hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R square sebesar  35,5%, artinya laba dan arus kas memiliki kontribusi 35,5% terhadap harga saham. Kesimpulannya adalah semakin meningkatnya laba dan arus kas, akan semakin meningkat harga saham di perusahaan farmasi.

Market competition makes companies must be able to innovate in order to compete with other companies. Brand Ambassadors who have a positive image and good product quality can attract consumers and increase the purchase decision of a product to be marketed. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of Brand Ambassador and product quality on purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using research aids in the form of a questionnaire containing 7 questions about NCT Dream as a lemonilo Brand Ambassador, 8 questions about the quality of lemonilo products, and 7 questions about consumer purchase decisions disseminated through the researcher's social media. Based on the results of a questionnaire of 110 respondents, it can be concluded that the use of Brand Ambassadors who have a positive image and good product quality greatly affects the level of consumer purchase decisions. This journal focuses on the Effect of Service Quality and Price Perception on Customer Purchase Interest. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of service quality and price perception on customer buying interest. This study uses a quantitative approach method based on statistical data. And the data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had made purchases at Yoehan Busana Citayam. The data collection method uses observation and questionnaires with data processing using SPSS version 25, with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test), and determination coefficient test (R2 test). The results showed that service quality (X1) and price perceptions (X2) partially (t test) had a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest (Y). then simultaneously service quality and price perceptions affect customer buying interest with a value of Fcount (54.165) > Ftabel (3.09). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that service quality and price perceptions can be explained by the customer purchase interest variable by 52.8%. Dalam paper ini, metode analisis bibliometrik digunakan untuk menjelaskan perkembangan penelitian tentang Financial Technology yang berkaitan dengan Peer-to-Peer Lending. Metode ini mengukur dan menganalisis literatur secara kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penelitian tentang Peer-to-Peer Lending & Adoptoin telah mengalami perkembangan. Kata-kata seperti "Peer-to-Peer Lending" and "Fintech" and "Adoption" telah berkembang secara signifikan sejak tahun 2017.  Biro Umum dan Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan salah satu unit kerja eslon II, III, IV yang mempunyai tugas mengkoordinasikan, mengelola serta memperhatikan disiplin dan tunjangan kinerja demi menghasilkan pegawai yang berkualitas sumber daya manusia di lingkungan Kementeriaan Kooridnator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia Dan Kebudayaan. Tujuan penelitian penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin dan tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada divisi biro umum dan sdm. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan sampel jenuh atau non probability sampling. Sebanyak 69 orang pada divisi biro umum dan sdm. Hasil Uji T disiplin memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil Uji T tunjangan kinerja memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 terdapat pengaruh tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil Uji F memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,000 < 0,05  maka disiplin dan tunjangan kinerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementeriaan Kooridnator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia Dan Kebudayaan pada divisi biro umum dan sdm.
