Abstract

In order to support the smooth teaching and learning process at the State Junior High School (SMP) 2 Lambu, Bima Regency, a department that supports these activities is needed, namely administration. Administration is a part of the school that functions as a supporter of teaching and learning activities that take place at the Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 2 Lambu, Bima Regency so that it runs smoothly according to what has been planned and can be achieved as desired. With the development of the era which is now better known as the era of globalization, the administrative function must be able to improve its quality regarding technology, especially information technology or better known as the computerized era.

Abstract

In the realm of education, which prioritizes the holistic development of students' potential, extracurricular activities play an indispensable role. They not only complement the academic curriculum but also serve as effective avenues for shaping character, honing skills, and unearthing students' talents beyond the classroom. Through in-depth analysis of extracurricular activities, we can gain a better understanding of their contributions to students' potential development. This research aims to provide insights into how extracurricular activities play a crucial role in shaping the character, skills, and talents of students at MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal.This study employs a qualitative approach with a focus on phenomenology. The research location is at MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal, located in Sumatra Utara. Data were obtained through interviews with the school principal, teachers, and members of the change agents. The implementation of extracurricular activities in developing students' interests and talents requires careful planning. Discussions on the analysis of extracurricular activities at MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal encompass various aspects, ranging from the types of activities, student participation, influence on character formation, to skills and talent development.Extracurricular activity supervisors play a vital role in planning activities and ensuring their implementation aligns with the intended goals. The success of extracurricular activities heavily relies on collaboration among the school principal, activity supervisors, and students. With extracurricular activities in place, MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal has witnessed significant developments in students' interests and talents, providing positive impacts not only for the students themselves but also for the educational institution and the surrounding community. Abstract

Assessment of success in achieving high sales targets for a company can be measured from the increase in impulsive buying. To achieve impulse buying behavior, companies must consider factors that can influence this behavior, such as dscount and live streaming. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of discounts on impulsive buying among consumers of Berhijab.co online shop products in Lumbung, the influence of live streaming on impulsive buying among consumers of Berhijab.co online shop products in Lumbung, as well as the influence of discounts and live streaming on impulsive buying in consumers of Berhijab.co online shop products in Lumbung. This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is consumers of the online shop Berhijab.co. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability random sampling method, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using simple correlation coefficient analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of this study show that: the effect of discounts on impulsive buying is high, the effect of live streaming on impulsive buying is high and The influence of discounts and live streaming on impulsive buying is high.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of Android-based learning media on students' learning outcomes of Indonesian at SMA Muhammadiyah Unismuh Makassar. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method. The population in this study were all students at SMA Muhammadiyah Unismuh Makassar as many as 388 students. The sample in this study was 49 students. The data collection instruments used in this study were questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis using the product moment correlation formula. The results showed that the r-count value, which is 0.998, is greater than the rtab, which is 0.281, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and nil (Ho) is rejected. The results showed that if the Android-based media was used according to the portion needed in the learning process and following the instructions from the educator, in this case the teacher of the Indonesian Bahasa subject, it would have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the implementation of android-based learning media with the learning outcomes of Indonesian students at SMA Unismuh Makassar.

Abstract

This study analyzes the modern pesantren management model by emphasizing the integration of local wisdom values ​​in institutional governance, especially in pesantren in Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra. Using a qualitative approach that combines a comprehensive literature review and limited field observation, this study found a hybrid management model that integrates contemporary managerial principles with local cultural values ​​such as dalihan na tolu, charismatic leadership of kiai, and the tradition of community mutual cooperation (marsialap ari). The model has been proven to strengthen the character of students, increase social legitimacy, and build institutional resilience in facing the flow of globalization. Although the results are positive, aspects of managerial professionalism, institutional documentation, and technology utilization still need strengthening. These findings enrich the literature on contextual, adaptive, and sustainable pesantren management. Limitations of the study include the narrow geographic scope and the absence of quantitative measurements of model effectiveness; therefore, cross-regional comparative research with mixed methods is recommended to produce a more holistic analysis.

Abstract

Capability is a measure of the Principal of SMP IT Nurul Khalifah Bima in an effort to improve teacher work discipline. The capabilities referred to are Leadership and Teacher work effectiveness, namely collaboration and improvement of teacher HR Management. This type of research in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data study techniques in this research consisted of observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed, so as to improve teacher discipline in attendance, the principal also provides a good role model for teachers by attending school on time, then optimizing the discipline rules for attendance. In addition, the Principal also seeks to collaborate with teachers by appointing teachers who declare them competent to supervise. The school principal also coordinates with the staff, which consists of 2 officers every day, namely from teachers who do not have teaching hours on that day and one person from the administration. The picket officer will circulate the class teacher attendance list that has been made so that they can see the teacher attendance level in each class. In addition, with an increase in teacher human resources, 70 percent of teaching staff with postgraduate education have produced quality resources, indicating the level of discipline.
