Abstract

The Indonesian Government announced the relocation of the National Capital from Jakarta to East Kalimantan Province in 2019. The term ‘Capital of the Archipelago ' or Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) was approved as the name of the new capital of the Republic of Indonesia. This study conducted visualization and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer 1.6.20 from 100 scientific articles with the keyword "Ibu Kota Nusantara" collected from Google Scholar. The frequency of article titles relevant to IKN in 2022 was greater than in 2023. In the comparison of titles with the term IKN in 2022, there were 22 articles; in 2023, there were 15 articles, so the difference was 22/15 or 1.467. Following the 12 images of IKN, there were five images related to some scientific articles that have been published, including those related to innovation and technology where IKN was imaged as a smart city, sustainable capital, environmentally friendly, green city, and greening. However, seven images need attention for the following research topics: renewable, legal, cultural, user-friendly road, unique, city of change, and solutions for equality. This study helps provide insight as a basis for further research on various innovative themes related to IKN.

Abstract

Purpose: This study discusses the cross-industry co-branding strategy of PUBG (Player Unknown's Battle Grounds) Mobile x Indomie products by analyzing the influence of self-congruity and brand fit variables on co-branding and its impact on brand equity and purchase intention carried out on mobile game players in Indonesia. Method: This study used quantitative research methods with the population of Indonesian mobile game players. The study used purposive sampling with a sample of 180 respondents. Data was processed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Result: The results of this study prove that co-branding is influenced by brands that have more value and appeal and are influenced by brand combinations that match both symbolic and functional effects. Co-branding with a combination of brands with an equivalent level of equity shares the benefits of co-branding equally, so co-branding with a combination of high and low-equity brands is believed to influence brand equity significantly. Good co-branding will provide a positive evaluation of a brand to encourage consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

Technological transformation and innovation are strategically important in increasing food security, particularly through integrating digital marketing approaches in the global agribusiness system. As the digital era develops, agricultural marketing strategies focus on product distribution and include value creation, information technology adaptation, and digital consumer engagement. This study aims to systematically review the global literature on technology-based agricultural strategies that support food security. This article uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to identify key trends, dominant theories, and research gaps in integrating marketing strategies and technological innovation in digital agriculture. The study results show that the relationship between technological transformation, marketing innovation, and food security is still not widely discussed in a single conceptual framework. Therefore, this study offers a theoretical contribution in the form of strengthening the perspective of digital agromarketing that supports the food system's resilience through technology optimization. The practical implications are directing stakeholders in the public and private sectors to formulate data-driven and collaborative marketing strategies to address food security challenges sustainably in the digital age.

Abstract

Stunting remains a critical public health issue with long-term effects on children's physical and cognitive development. Although the 2024 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) reported a national stunting prevalence decline to 19.8%, disparities persist, notably in South Kalimantan at 22.9%, surpassing the WHO threshold. Nutritional education for pregnant women through the "My Plate" ("Isi Piringku") initiative is considered a strategic intervention, yet its effectiveness has not been comprehensively reviewed. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of "My Plate"-based nutritional education in preventing stunting and improving nutritional outcomes across the life cycle. A Systematic Literature Review was conducted using the PRISMA method, sourcing articles from PubMed, ScienceDirect, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria included peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2025 with relevant topics. Data were analyzed using a narrative-thematic synthesis. Most studies employed quantitative experimental or quasi-experimental designs. Nutritional education emerged as the predominant intervention (62.5%), surpassing supplementation and other nutrition-sensitive strategies. "My Plate" education demonstrated positive effects on pregnant women’s nutritional knowledge, attitudes, and practices, and contributed to lowering stunting risk. Key challenges identified included low nutritional literacy, limited food access, and economic constraints. Involvement of husbands and families enhanced behavioral change in dietary practices. In conclusion, "My Plate"-based nutritional education effectively empowers pregnant women to prevent stunting, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 2 (Zero Hunger) and 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by improving maternal and child nutrition and supporting sustainable health outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of job demands on work engagement by considering the mediating roles of work-life balance and perceived organizational support (POS) among employees at the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) Representative Office in South Kalimantan Province. Using a quantitative approach and census method, 125 respondents participated in this survey. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS. The findings reveal that job demands, POS, and work-life balance all have a significant effect on work engagement. However, work-life balance and POS do not mediate the relationship between job demands and work engagement. These results suggest that employees respond directly to job demands in a highly professional and demanding work environment, such as BPK, by enhancing their engagement without relying heavily on work-life balance or organizational support.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the influence of work environment, compensation, career development, leadership, and workload (as independent variables) on employee job satisfaction (as the dependent variable) in the healthcare sector, particularly in hospitals. Additionally, this study aimed to test the significant influence of work motivation (as an intervening variable) on the relationship between these variables. Research Methodology: The research method used was a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SMART-PLS. Results: The results of this study indicate that all independent variables show a significant positive relationship with the dependent variable, except for the workload variable, which shows a significant negative relationship. The influence of the relationships between variables is expressed in terms of Effect Size. The variables most directly influencing Work Motivation are Compensation with an Effect Size of 0.787, and Career Advancement with an Effect Size of 0.769. Work Motivation, as an intervening variable, was also found to significantly influence the relationship between the independent variables (Work Environment, Compensation, Career Advancement, Leadership, Workload) and the dependent variable (Job Satisfaction). Conclusions: The study found that all independent variables significantly affected job satisfaction both directly and indirectly through work motivation, with compensation and career advancement having the strongest effects, while excessive workload negatively impacted motivation and satisfaction. Limitations: This study was limited to a single private hospital in Jakarta, which may affect the generalizability of the findings to other healthcare institutions or regions. Contribution: This study provides useful recommendations for hospital management to enhance employee motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor determining the success of public service organizations. This study aims to examine the influence of perceived organizational support (POS) and self-efficacy on employee performance, with employee engagement serving as a mediating variable, among employees of PT Air Minum Bandarmasih (Perseroda). Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 252 employees, with 163 valid responses analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method in SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that POS has a significant positive effect on both employee engagement and performance, while self-efficacy significantly affects engagement but not performance directly. Employee engagement positively influences performance and mediates the effects of both POS and self-efficacy. Overall, the findings underscore the critical role of perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, and employee engagement in improving performance within public service organizations.

Abstract

Dharma Wanita members who work on campus from Monday to Friday experience boredom. Prolonged boredom will lead to stress at work. Constant stress can negatively impact mental or physical health. Another problem faced by Dharma Wanita members is a lack of income. The aim of this community service activity is twofold. First, teach a new hobby to reduce stress levels at work. Second, it gives participants the possibility to earn additional income. The implementation method used is training and mentoring. There are two main activities of PDWA. The first is training to decorate basic-level purun bags, and the second activity is training to decorate advanced-level purun bags. The first activity, Purun Bag Decoration Training for Women Members of Dharma Wanita, was held on Friday, August 23, 2024. This activity took place at the Sari Patin Depot, Jl. Brigadier General H. Hasan Basry Kayu Tangi. This activity went smoothly. The second stage of activity, namely Advanced Level training, will be held on October 18, 2024. The results of this activity are two. Participants feel relaxed and ultimately reduce stress at work. The second result is still potential because the process of a hobby becoming income takes a long time. From this activity, it can be concluded that most participants are able to decorate as they have been taught, but to become a source of income, they still need a lot of practice.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of employee competence on performance and tests whether leadership style mediates this relationship in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Area Banjarmasin. Competence is positioned as a core dimension of human resource development that enhances work effectiveness, while leadership style shapes the extent to which competence is translated into employee performance. A quantitative survey was conducted with 60 employees purposively selected from six BSI sub-branch offices. Data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS. The results show that (1) competence has a positive effect on leadership style; (2) leadership style positively affects employee performance; (3) competence directly improves employee performance; and (4) leadership style significantly mediates the competence–performance relationship. The structural model explains 76.9% (R² = 0.769) of the variance in employee performance, demonstrating a robust model with strong predictive power for employee outcomes in Islamic banking. This study contributes to Islamic banking and organizational behavior literature by clarifying how contextually grounded leadership style mediates the competence–performance link in a Sharia-compliant banking environment.
