Abstract

The ministry of education stated that early childhood is considered important because has become a priority of government policy as strengthening institutions to improve the quality of paud education services. This increasingly varied educational condition makes parents more selective in choosing and increasingly critical both in terms of fasilities and prices (cost). The objective of these study are to know : (1) The effect of facilities parent’s satisfaction in Stanford International Pre-School Medan in 2019/2020, (2) The effect of price parent’s satisfaction in Stanford International Pre-School Medan in 2019/2020,and (3) The Influence of facilities and price on parent’s satisfaction in Stanford International Pre-School Medan in 2019/2020. The research method that used is Quantitative and Qualitative Methods with descriptive analysis. The technique of data collection that used to analyze this data by using the study of the distribution questionnaires to parent’s Stanford International Pre-School Medan in 2019/2020. The population in this study was parents who entrolled their children in the Stanford International Pre-School for period 2019/2020. The sampling technique is purposive sampling from 77 respondents. The result of research methodology showed that (1) The Facilities variable has positive and significant effect parent’s satisfaction in Stanford International Pre-School Medan in 2019/2020. It was obtained TCount10,969> TTabel 1,665 with Sig a (0,025 <0,05) , (2) The Price variable has positive and significant effect parent’s satisfaction in Stanford International Pre-School Medan in 2019/2020. It was obtained TCount -7,168> TTabel 1,665 with Sig a (0,00 <0,05) , and (3) The Facilities and Price variable have positive and significant effect parent’s satisfaction in Stanford International Pre-School Medan in 2019/2020. It was obtained FCount 185,185> FTabel 1,292 with Sig a (0,00 <0,05). Based on the analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2) that is 0,834 which means that the decision of parents is influence by brand image and location that consist of 83,4 %, and the remaining of 16,8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a considerable impact on the development ofhospitalitybusiness in the country. This resulted in many hotel industries losing money and even temporarily closing hotels until the pandemic was over. The research method used is quantitative data, namely to obtain data and information that will be used as the language of the analyst. The research sample was 83 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and distribution of questionnaires at the Reddoorz Hotel Near Hermes Place Polonia Medan. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of price on consumer decisions to stay at the Reddoorz Hotel Near Hermes Place Polonia Medan. (2) To determine the effect of location on consumer decisions to stay at the Reddoorz Hotel Near Hermes Place Polonia Medan. (3) To determine the effect of price and location on consumer decisions to stay at the RedDoorz Hotel Near Hermes Place Polonia Medan. The results of this study will show that: (1) There is an effect of price on consumer decisions with a value > > = 5.394> 1.663 with a significant a (0.000 <0.05). (2) There is an effect of location on consumer decisions with a value > > = 4.012> 1.663 with a significant a (0.000 <0.05). (3) There is an effect of price and location on consumer decisions with > > (50.154> 3.11).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity and price on purchasing decisions for Honda ADV 150 ABS motorcycle PT. Indostar Sukses Mandiri Medan. The formulation of the problem in the study is how the influence of brand equity and price on the purchase decision of a Honda ADV 150 ABS motorcycle at PT. Indostar Sukses Mandiri Medan where this research uses descriptive analysis methods and statistical methods. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were customers at PT. Indostar Sukses Mandiri Medan. The results of the research based on the partial t-test for the effect of brand equity on purchasing decisions are shown by t count - 1,101 and t table of 1,688, while the effect of price on purchasing decisions is shown by t count 12,042 and t table of 1,688. By comparing F count amounting to 122.923 with F table = 3.14 means that the effectiveness of brand equity and price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that PT. Indostar Sukses Mandiri Medan that the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.793. This means that 79.3% of purchasing decisions can be explained by brand equity and price variables, while the remaining 20.7% of decisions are influenced by other variables outside of this study, for example location, loyaltyetc.

Abstract

Intense business competition in the banking sector requires banks to have strategies and a variety of services. Students are important customers for banking. The aim of this research is to find out the effect of the quantity of product types, service quality, on students' interest in saving at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen. The research method is quantitative. Data collection techniques by filling out a questionnaire. Sampling using the incidental method, namely a sampling technique based on coincidence, coincidentally meeting directly with students who are customers of PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen. The number of respondents was 81 students. Data analysis with validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, f test and t test. The results of the study show that the quantity of product types has a positive and significant effect on customers' interest in saving, in this case students, to save with significant value, while the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in saving. Thus, the quantity and quality of product variety and service excellence have an effect on students' interest in saving.

Abstract

In order to reduce the tax burden that must be paid, many companies carry out tax management, which is a comprehensive effort made by the tax manager (tax manager) in a company or organization so that matters related to taxation of the company or organization can well managed, efficient, and economical, so as to provide maximum contribution to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning on firm value. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the final sample size is 69 companies of various industries listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia 2016-2018. The analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis of panel data using SPSS 24.00. Based on the research results, it shows that tax planning has no and insignificant effect on firm value. It is recommended for further research if you want to follow up on tax planning and company value or with a similar research topic, it can be expected to add other variables, such as the profitability variable. Management is expected to be able to minimize its tax burden every year, because high tax burdens will have an impact on reducing profits.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia bisnis sudah berkembang pesat dan terbuka bagi siapapun. Dalam hal ini kita mengenal istilah creativepreneur yang lebih banyak ditekuni oleh generasi muda yang melakukan bisnis dengan ide-ide yang lebih kreatif. Untuk menjadi creativepreneur, diperlukan memiliki jiwa wirausaha dan semangat yang tinggi. Selain mengembangkan kreatifitas, pebisnis saat ini teah menggunakan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran bisnisnya. Digital marketing atau istilah lainnya pemasaran digital ini sudah banyak dimanfaatkan orang. Pemasaran secara digital bisa didefinisikan sebagai semua upaya pemasaran menggunakan perangkat elektronik/internet dengan beragam taktik marketing dan media digital di mana anda dapat berkomunikasi dengan calon konsumen yang menghabiskan waktu di online. Hal ini menginspirasi kami untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia yang merupakan bagian dari kaum milenial. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk memotivasi dan menginspirasi para mahasiswa menjadi creativepreneur. Mampu mengasah kretifitas menjadi bisnis serta jeli dalam melihat peluang bisnis dan menjalankan digital marketing dalam memasarkan bisnisnya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melaksanakan kegiatan seminar dengan tema creativepreneur dan wokshop digital marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of risk management in decision making on entrepreneurial success with promotions as a moderating variable. The problem in this study is focused on entrepreneurs who often experience failure in entrepreneurship due to inability to apply risk management in entrepreneurship and lack of promotion to the community so that to understand these problems several supporting theories are used, namely risk management, promotion and entrepreneurial success which are also supported by several studies. from existing journals. This type of research is a quantitative associative research with the population being all entrepreneurs with a minimum asset of Rp. 100 million in the area of Central Helvetia Village, Medan Helvetia District, Medan City, There are 153 entrepreneurs in North Sumatra Province and the determination of the number of samples is based on the Slovin formula so that there are 60 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. The data were obtained using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and the data analysis used was simple regression and MRA. The results showed that: 1) there is an effect of risk management on entrepreneurial success, 2) Risk management has an effect on entrepreneurial success which is strengthened through product promotion. Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction for CV bus transportation. Prosperous. The research method used is a quantitative associative method. The population in this study were CV bus transportation customers. Makmur and the research sample was 100 respondents while the data obtained used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and was analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research after analysis show that from a partial test it is known that the price and service quality variables have a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction. This is proven by the fact that H1 has a t value = 2.254 > t table = 1.66 with a significance of 0.026 < 0.05, while H2 is proven by a t value of 7.548 > t table = 1.66 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, after simultaneous analysis, it shows that the price and service quality variables have a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction. This is proven by the calculated F value = 85.768 > F table = 3.09 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. This study concludes that price and service quality have a partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian: (1) membangun model kinerja dosen berdasarkan hubungan kausal asosiatif variabel eksogenus dengan variabel endogenus, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasi, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja dosen, (4) mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian dilakukan pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di Kota Pematangsiantar, melibatkan 146 dosen sebagai responden. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan lima pilihan jawaban. Teknik sampling menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji instrumen bagi responden di luar sampel agar instrumen sahih dan reliabel. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi Product Moment, dan uji reliabilitasnya dengan formula Alpha dari Cronbac. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis meliputi: uji normalitas data dan uji linieritas regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) diperoleh model kinerja dosen, (2) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 14,1%, (3) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja dosen sebesar 3,2%, (4) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja dosen sebesar 8,5%.
