Abstract

Secara geografis, Desa Sonoadi terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Di sebelah utara berbatasan dengan desa tejosari kecamatan laren,sebelah barat berbatasan dengan desa kawisto legi, sebelah selatan berbatasan dengan desa latukan dan di sebelah timur berbatasan dengan desa guci. Secara umum mata pencaharian warga desa sonoadi adalah petani, pedagang, pegawai dan lain-lain. Dan mayoritas pekerjaan warga desa sonoadi adalah petani beras dan petani jagung. Akan tetapi petani memiliki penghalang yaitu hama tikus, sawah di sekitas desa sonoadi diberi penjeba listrik yaitu aliran listrik di tepian sawah. Namun di area perkebunan petani tidak menggunakan setrum karena resiko berbahaya yang sangat tinggi, sehingga sering kali petani mengalami 20% gagal panen yang disebaban karena jagung sudah digigit tikus. Untuk tetap meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dari tanaman jagung, maka program kerja program studi teknik industri kelompok 7 kkn leguler ingin membuat inovasi supaya jagung bisa dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Dengan memanfaatkan bonggol jagung sebagai mini coal sebagai pengganti bahan bakar, mengurangi limbah bonggol jagung dan menambah nilai ekonomis, dan juga sebaiknya pemerintah desa bisa melakukan peninjauan mendalam supaya dapat memberikan kemajuan dan keuntungan bersama baik untuk masyarakat maupun pemerintah

Abstract

Mengenal Pancasila sejak dini sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar rasa cinta akan tanah air dapat ditanamkan sedari dini, yakni dari pendidikan sekolah dasar. Mahasiswa KKN Tematik Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik melakukan kegiatan Sosialisasi Pentingnya Pancasila dalam Kehidupan Sehari–hari, Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan karena di latar belakangi oleh banyaknya siswa yang belum mengerti tentang pentingnya mempelajari Pancasila. Kegiatan ini bertempat di MI Ma’arif Sidomukti, Kecamatan Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini tujuannya agar siswa di MI Ma’arif Sidomukti dapat menerapkan dan menanamkan nilai – Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari – hari mengingat Pancasila adalah Dasar Negara Indonesia. Negara Indonesia sendiri merupakan Negara yang bersifat multikultural, hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya ragam suku, ras, agama, serta aneka budaya yang ada di dalamnya. Banyaknya ragam budaya ini tercermin dalam semboyan Pancasila yakni Bhineka Tunggal Ika yang artinya berbeda-beda tetapi tetap satu jua. Pancasila sebagai dasar Negara harus mampu menjadi jiwa bagi setiap perilaku pribadi-pribadi bangsa. Dengan menanamkan nilai - nilai Pancasila sejak dini, Bangsa Indonesia akan lebih kuat dan tangguh dalam menghadapi permasalahan. Oleh karena itu perlu diwujudkannya Pancasila dalam hidup bermasyarakat untuk menunjukkan identitas bangsa yang lebih bermartabat dan berbudaya tinggi. Hal inilah yang diharapkan dapat diterapkan nilai – nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Tujuan program KKN ini adalah memberikan Pengetahuan kepada para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Tambak Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Gresik, mengenai pembuatan laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar sehingga dapat membantu dalam pengembangan usaha mereka. Target khusus dari program KKN ini adalah memeberikan pelatihan dalam peoses membuat laporan keuangan mulai dari transaksi hingga laporan keuangan akhir, yang memanfaatkan aplikasi siApik dari Bank Indonesia. Untuk mendorong peningkatan kapasitas usaha dan akses pembiayaan UKM. Bank Indonesia telah menciptakan sebuah Aplikasi Akuntansi untuk Usaha Kecil Menengah berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini sangat mudah digunakan dan telah memenuhi standar akuntansi Entitas Mikro Kecil Menengah (EMKM). Metode yang digunakan dalam program KKN ini yakni dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pembimbingan mengenai tata cara pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana dengan aplikasi siApik secara daring. Kegiatan program KKN yang telah terlaksana terdiri dari sosialisasi program KKN, Menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN. Rencana selanjutnya dari program ini yaitu monitoring dan evaluasi program untuk menjamin keberlanjutan dan pengembangan dari program KKN ini.

Abstract

Traditional merchants’ profits are not limited to revenue gained over and above costs and expenses, but also include perks such as satisfying life's demands while maintaining a sense of happiness and long-term business relationships. The purpose of this research is to describe the phenomenon of the meaning of profit for traders in the perspective of Gresik culture. This research method is with a qualitative paradigm using an ethnographic approach. Collecting data using participant observation and in-depth interviews conducted by snowball. Test the validity of the data using the member check. Data analysis using the Spradley model. The research results that have been found, the meaning of profit for traders in the perspective of Gresik culture is courtesy, trust, and empathy.Keywords: culture; profit; trader; traditional market

Abstract

The Village Development Index (IPD) is a measure compiled to assess the level of progress or development of the village.  One of the villages that is important for mapping related to village typology is the coastal village. It is widely known that many villages on the coast that have many shortcomings ranging from cleanliness, sanitation, and important for the empowerment of coastal villages. The results of the study were produced that the Category of Developing Villages in Ujung Pangkah Subdistrict is Pangkah Kulon Village, Banyu urip Village, Bolo Village, Pangkah Wetan Village, Gosari Village, Cangaan Village, Karangrejo Village, Tanjang Awan Village, Glatik Village, Ketapang Lor Village and Ngemboh Village. While Sekapuk Village became the only independent village in Ujungpangkah Subdistrict. While Kebonagung Village became the only village left behind in Ujungpangkah subdistrict. All villages that are research sites in Panceng Subdistrict are Prupuh Village, Sorowuti Village, Sumurber Village, Siwalan Village, Petung Village, Banyutengah Village, Patenan Village, Delegan Village, Ketanen Village and Campurejo Village in the category of Developing Village.

Abstract

Kebijakan deviden merupakan sebuah kebijakan yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahahaan publik yang mendapatkan ekuantungan. Kebijakan deviden berkaitan dengan proporsi pembagian keuntungan perusahaan untuk deviden, laba ditahan atau untuk investasi. Informasi pembagian deviden penting bagi investor karena digunakan sebagai informasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Investor akan memilih investasi pada emiten yang membagikan deviden tinggi karena dimata investor perushaan tersebut dipercaya memiliki prospek yang baik dimasa depan. Hasil penelitian hanya return on asset yang memiliki pengaruh ke dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

Background - The people in Pelang Village, Kembangbahu District, Lamongan Regency, the majority of their livelihoods come from the agricultural sector. In 2017-2020 many farmers are converting rice land into sugar cane plantations. The impact of land shifting results in reduced planting and harvested areas for food crops or reduced amounts of rice production and changes in income. Objective - This study aims to determine the income before land conversion, the impact on income after land conversion, the causes of land conversion, and the impacts. Design/Methodology/Approach - This type of research is a qualitative research. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with structured interviews and unstructured interviews (free). The data used in this study is primary data. Findings - The results of this study indicate that the impact on the income obtained by farmers before transferring land is experiencing stability, while the impact after transferring rice land to sugar cane has increased. The cause of rice farmers who transfer their land to sugar cane farmers because they can get increased profits. Research implications - This research can be used as material for consideration when changing the function of land owned by farmers. Research limitations - This study has limitations regarding the yield generated during harvest. Researchers only get income information every time it is harvested, the income has not been reduced by drugs in the treatment of the land owned.

Abstract

Background - Changes in the lifestyle of young people who mostly prefer to hang out at coffee shops, so that the interest in coffee shops decreases. but contrary to the condition of the coffee shop in the Brotonegoro Gresik area which still survives to obtain optimal profit. Objective - This study aims to analyze the triple bottom line of coffee shops in the Brotonegoro Gresik area to deal with modern coffee shops in obtaining optimal profit. Design/Methodology/Approach - The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with structured interviews and unstructured interviews (free) Findings - The results of this study found that coffee shops pay attention to the environment (planet) by paying attention to the cleanliness of the coffee shop premises, the facilities provided, and paying attention to the layout (layout) of food and beverages being sold. Coffee shops pay attention to service (people), namely by maintaining ethics, paying attention to appearance, and maintaining quality. Profit (profit) as the fulfillment of the necessities of life and business continuity for coffee shop owners in the Brotonegoro Gresik area. Research implications - The results of this research can be used as a reference for coffee shop owners to provide added value and develop their business. Research limitations - Research conducted by researchers still has limitations, namely researchers have not explored service quality more deeply, so that the information obtained by researchers in the form of service quality is only based on the dimensions of reliability, certainty and empathy.

Abstract

Background - Indonesia is one of the most significant crude palm oil exported. But, the amendment of Renewable Energy Directive also brings impact to these industries. The content of the amendment that proposed is to minimize the use of crude palm oil in Europe, while Europe is also the biggest imported of Indonesia crude palm oil. Objective - This study aims to determine wether there is the difference on abnormal return before and after the proposed Delegated Act, European Parliament vote of proposed Delegated Act and European Council, Commission and Parliament meetings for proposed Delegated Act. Design/Methodology/Approach - The data used is historical stock price for listed company of Agriculture Sector and Plantation Sub Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 23th November-7th December 2016, 10th-24th January 2018 and 4th-26th June 2018 from investing.com. The assay used in this study is statistic descriptive test, then normality test and then paired sample t-test and/or wilcoxon signed rank test. Findings - The result of this study indicates there is no difference on abnormal return in all event. That no difference happens because the event contains no information, also the investor believed more in company performance and some information is expired when stock market is open. Research implications - Research contributes to providing additional information on the impact of the revised Renewable Energy Directive on share prices in energy-producing plantation companies. Research limitations - This study has limitations, namely the trilogy meeting event intersects with the holiday and the Indonesia Stock Exchange holiday, thus creating a conflict of events whether this is the impact of the fitri holiday or because of the trilogy meeting event.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial ratios on financial distress on retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2018. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The sample used is the financial statements of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange a with total of 40. Testing is done using logistic regression. The results showed that the Current Ratio variable influenced and negatively affected financial distress. Return On Assets has no effect and is positive for financial distress. While the Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over variables have no effect and are negative for financial distress. The conclusion that the current ratio variable influences and negatively affects financial distress. The return on asset variable has no effect and is positive for financial distress. The variable Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over has no effect and is negative for financial distress. Next researcher is to make the Current Ratio (CR) variable as a mediating variable between X variables, namely Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) with Y variable, namely financial distress
