Abstract

Premenopause occurs due to decreasing levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone produced by the ovaries, this decrease causes changes in a woman both psychologically and physiologically. During the transition from premenopause to menopause, women will experience disturbances and sleep disturbances, causing a decrease in sleep quality. This study aims to see the effect of dhikr therapy and the happy menopause booklet on the sleep quality of premenopausal women. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre and posttest with a control group with a sample of 100 women. This research was carried out for eight weeks with a frequency of three times per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) with a duration of 15-20 minutes before going to bed at night. The intervention given was that respondents read the book on happy menopause then continued reading the dhikr Al-Fatihah, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, dhikr repeated 3 times for each letter, reading tasbih, tahmid, takbir repeated 33 times. Researchers used data collection tools to measure sleep quality with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The results showed that dhikr therapy and the happy menopause booklet could improve sleep quality in premenopausal women with an p value of 0.000. Premenopausal women are advised to do it regularly to improve sleep quality.

Abstract

Masalah perilaku remaja di Kabupaten Kendal pada tahun 2019, seperti merokok (52%), menonton gambar porno (95%), dan konsumsi miras serta narkoba (16%), menciptakan kekhawatiran. Penanganannya yang fragmented dan parsial, serta tingginya tingkat pengangguran remaja yang bergerombol dengan teman sebaya, membuat kondisi semakin memprihatinkan. Meskipun Puskesmas telah ditetapkan sebagai tempat Klinik Reproduksi Remaja, rendahnya akses disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk pola pelayanan yang tidak ramah terhadap remaja. Pentingnya memberikan informasi, layanan, dan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja menjadi penekanan utama. Akses terhadap informasi yang benar dan jujur perlu diperluas, dan peran kader sebaya dari kalangan remaja dianggap kunci dalam memberikan edukasi, deteksi masalah kesehatan, dan konsultasi. Solusi ini dianggap efektif karena meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja dan efisien karena lebih dapat diterima, murah, dan mudah dijangkau. Revitalisasi POS Kesehatan Remaja dengan dukungan tokoh masyarakat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi remaja secara holistik dan mengurangi perilaku berisiko.

Abstract

Stigma against HIV/AIDS patients remains a significant challenge in healthcare services, including among nurses. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of workshop interventions in reducing nurses' stigma towards People Living with HIV/AIDS (ODHA) at Kesesi Regional Hospital, Pekalongan Regency. The method used is a systematic literature review with article searches in Google Scholar, PubMed, Proquest, and ScienceDirect databases within the 2019-2024 publication range. Inclusion criteria included journal articles on educational interventions in reducing HIV/AIDS stigma, both in Indonesian and English. From 122 identified articlesA total of 10 articles were selected that met the inclusion criteria. After getting several journals that match the theme, then do the elimination according to the similarity of the author's title, journals that have similar titles and inclusion criteria are then analyzed. The results showed that various intervention approaches proved effective in reducing HIV/AIDS stigma, including technology-based interventions, interactive workshops, and conventional health education. Interventions that combined participatory approaches, skills training, direct contact with affected groups, and structural changes showed optimal results in reducing stigma in healthcare facilities.
