Women who were initially active in various activities in the community can be disrupted because of various complaints caused by changes in menopause, it will be exacerbated if women do not realize that sigh are caused by physical changes during menopause. The importance of information for older women, especially women aged 48-60 years is given medical education through enlightenment on physical changes at menopause. By this health education, mothers understand better in facing the physical changes they experience. Abstract

The prevalence of anemia or a shortage of blood in pregnant women in Indonesia remains rather high, at 48.9%. This disease demonstrates that anemia is quite common in Indonesia, reaching a significant public health hazard with a prevalence of more than 40%. In 2021, Blitar Regency offered TTD of roughly 60%, which was still lower than the attainment target, therefore supplementary food was provided in the form of processed tomatoes, one of which being tomato juice and pudding. This community service project promoted health education to reduce anemia in pregnant women through discussion, films, and training on the usage of tomatoes by producing tomato fruit extract, which was then processed into tomato juice and pudding. The sample was 72 posyandu cadres from Seragi village, Talun sub-district, Blitar Regency, taken by total sampling technique. The result showed that respondent’s knowledge before being given education was in the good category of 75%, whereas knowledge about anemia in pregnancy after being given education was in the good category of 94%. Further empowerment can encourage cadres to process tomatoes into commodities that can be sold so that they have benefits for improving the economy and preventing anemia, especially for pregnant women.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding for infants up to the age of 6 months reaches 42% while the WHO target wes at least 50%. To increase the coverage of breastfeeding, new mothers who have passed leave and have to return to work can carry out the management of Dairy Mother's Milk (ASIP) (Riskesdas, 2013). According to Kristiyansari (2009) working mothers can still breastfeed, before going to work breastfeed their babies first, then at work mothers pump breast milk and store the milk then when they get home the milk is given to the baby or stored in the refrigerator. After giving the counseling, conducting questions and answers and discussions, many asked about how to pump breast milk and how to store breast milk, especially for working mothers. Furthermore, the evaluation wes given questions to the mother and can answer even though it is not perfect in providing answers, here it appears that there is an understanding that has been received by the mother after counseling. By being given this counseling, it is hoped that from now on, mothers will learn and not be ashamed to add information to health workers about how to express and the correct technique for storing breast milk for working mothers. So that by the time the mother is working, the mother is ready and able to pump breast milk and the mother can store breast milk properly

Abstract

Environmental conservation based on local wisdom plays a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance and supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Rawa Danau Nature Reserve in Serang Regency is an area with high biodiversity that is still preserved through the traditional practices of the local community. This study aims to explore the forms of environmental conservation based on local wisdom in this area. The research uses a qualitative approach with an ethnographic method that involves observation, interviews, and literature review. The research results indicate that the communities surrounding the Rawa Danau Nature Reserve apply local wisdom values in the form of customary rules, such as prohibitions on using engines in Rawa Danau waters, entering sacred areas, and excessive exploitation like picking branches, as well as ecological myths about wild animals that function to regulate the use of natural resources and maintain ecosystem balance. The integration of local wisdom values into conservation policies can enhance the sustainability of area management while simultaneously strengthening the role of local communities in environmental preservation.
