Abstract

Artikel ini berfokus pada peningkatan intermoda penumpang yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model bisnis baru untuk tujuan interkonektivitas. Artikel ini dimulai dengan deskripsi hasil yang diperoleh dari wawancara yang dilakukan di pelabuhan Bajoe Bone kepada penumpang dan otoritas pelabuhan, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan yang ada di pelabuhan. Dengan menggunakan temuan ini, sebuah pendekatan dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah optimal untuk Pelabuhan Bajoe Bone, dengan menerapkan model evaluasi pemasaran dan bisnis.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan dengan kearifan lokal melalui reading worksheet di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 008 Samarinda Ilir adalah kegiatan yang dilakasanakan oleh tim penulis yang hadir sebagai solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh SDN 008 Samarinda Ilir yang membutuhkan penguatan terhadap implementasi kurikulum berdasarkan pada pelestarian lingkungan dan berkearifan lokal. Adapun untuk menjawab permasalahan terhadap penguatan implementasi kurikulum tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan Menyusun bahan ajar yang sesuai. Salah satu bahan ajar adalah worksheet. Lebih lanjut lagi worksheet yang disusun berfokus pada kegiatan membaca untuk membantu guru meningkatkan minat baca dan melatih kemampuan membaca siswa. Sehingga tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk merancang reading worksheet berdasarkan pada pelestarian lingkungan dan berkearifan lokal dan melatih guru untuk menggunakannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah dan demonstrasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah prototipe reading worksheet berdasarkan pada pelestarian lingkungan dan berkearifan lokal, peningkatan kemampuan 25 guru SDN 008 Samarinda Ilir.

Abstract

Teknologi modern dalam bidang pertanian yang menggunakan varietas unggul, pestisida kimia, pupuk kimia, menimbulkan dampak terhadap lingkungan, dan kesehatan manusia. Produk pertanian yang memiliki residu bahan kimia beracun dapat memicu penuaan dini, dan penyakit degenerative. Pertanian organik merupakan salah satu terobosan untuk mewujudkan produk pertanian yang sehat dengan tetap menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan. Konsumsi makanan organik yaitu sayur organik merupakan salah satu cara pola hidup sehat yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dunia. Kendalanya adalah masih ada kelompok – kelompok tani yang membudi dayakan sayuran organik dengan biaya yang relative besar sehingga mengakibatkan harga jual sayur organik tinggi sehingga tidak semua lapisan masyarakat dapat mengkonsumsi sayur organik, dan keuntungan bagi petani organik menjadi lebih kecil. Tujuan dari Pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan/workshop kepada kelompok tani tentang cara membuat pupuk organik dan budidaya sayur organik dengan biaya yang murah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi dan demonstrasi membuat pupuk organik dan budidaya sayur. Hasil yang dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah kelompok tani memiliki kemandirian dalam membuat pupuk organik dan membudidayakan sayur organik dengan modal kecil sehingga harga jual sayur organik dapat terjangkau oleh semua lapisan masyarakat dan petani organik memperoleh manfaat ekonomi yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Sustainable development is an international issue of concern to the industry, including the shipping industry. The dense activity of the shipping industry makes the shipping industry one of the contributors to environmental pollution. Therefore, environmental accountability is one of the important aspects of corporate social responsibility to reduce the environmental damage caused by company activities. Environmental Management Accounting can improve environmental sustainability by evaluating information related to finance and the physical environment in the shipping industry. Coersive pressure, Green Shipping and Regulatory Pressure of the shipping industry are variables that in this study are considered to influence the adoption of Environmental Management Accounting. 120 questionnaires are distributed via WhatsApp, and as many as 100 questionnaires can be processed. The research data was analysed using Smart PLS. This study found that Coersive Pressure did not significantly affect EMA adoption in the shipping industry. In contrast, Green Shipping and Regulatory Pressure positively and significantly affected EMA adoption in the Shipping industry. The study concluded that Green Shipping and regulatory Pressure positively and significantly affected EMA adoption in the shipping Industry. In contrast, Coersive Pressure did not positively and significantly affect EMA Adoption.

Abstract

Blue economy is a concept of marine-oriented development, not only exploiting resources but also maintaining and protecting ecosystems. This research aims to analyze the impact of economic activities carried out and the involvement of stakeholders seen with the Penta Helix approach. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The results of this study found that the implementation of the Blue economy in Samarinda City, based on the Penta Helix approach, has been carried out by academics, especially in maritime-based schools, then from the business side, business actors in Samarinda City are trying to protect the environment by trying to produce environmentally friendly waste. From the Community side, in Samarinda City there is a Fishermen community as a place and place to devote aspirations to develop the activities of fishermen, then the Samarinda City Government plays an active role in providing policies that support Fishermen in Samarinda City and the last is the Media, as a means of socializing the blue economy and a source of information to promote the application of the blue economy.

Abstract

Virtual Experiential Marketing is a marketing strategy that enhances consumer experience by providing sustainable elements, such as interactive and memorable virtual experiences. This can increase consumer satisfaction and motivate them to participate in sustainable activities. The importance of Virtual Experiential Marketing in Sustainability-Oriented Innovation can be seen in things such as Virtual Experiential Marketing, which can increase customer satisfaction by providing a more personalized and interactive experience.The method used in this research is a systematic literature review with bibliographic analysis, used to identify research with the theme of Virtual Experiential Marketing and Sustainability-Oriented, using VOSViewer 1.6.19 software. Based on the clusters identified through the bibliography consisting of 494 selected articles, there are 11 clusters with 61 items related to Virtual Experiential Marketing and Sustainability-Oriented Innovation that can be suggested for future innovative research topics.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. This research was conducted in one Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise, Omah Maha. Omah Maha is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise organized by a group of students supported by Politeknik Negeri Samarinda. This research aimed to know consumers' perceptions of the hamper Omah Maha produced. The hamper created by Omah Maha is unique since it is a new business supported by Politeknik Negeri Samarinda, yet it is well known. Moreover, it has produced more than 50 packages in the first month. The research was conducted from September to November 2022. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The subjects of the study were the consumers who met the criteria of this study. The data were analyzed and described qualitatively. The study found that the consumers had some perceptions of the hamper produced by Omah Maha, such as the price being affordable since the consumers could decide the price range. Furthermore, the strategy of promotion was interesting. Omah Maha used some digital platforms to advertise their product and offer special prices in the advertisement. The consumers also thought that the hamper had cultural value. Moreover, social factors, location and excellent service are also some factors that were considered. Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya perempuan dilakukan agar perempuan dapat memiliki usaha sendiri, dengan meningkatnkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki agar memiliki kebutuhan yang lebih baik. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan saat ini merupakan rangkaian agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitas diri, meningkatkan kesehatan serta meningkatkan ekonomi Ibu-ibu rumah tangga, khususnya yang tergabung dalam komunitas Ikatan Keluarga Maluku Tenggara (IKAMALRA) di Samarinda. , Dalam pelatihan ini, dipilih bahan dasar Bunga Rosella sebab khasiatnya yang berguna bagi kesehatan, antara lain sebagai antioksidan pengikat radikal bebas, serta menurunkan kadar kolesterol dalam darah. Dengan adanya pelatihan ide bisnis yang dikembangkan dari minuman olahan berbahan dasar bunga rosella ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Akan tetapi, tidak hanya melakukan penjualan saja juga melakukan branding yaitu strategi pemasaran untuk membuat logo, simbol, ciri khas yang membedakan produk yang dihasilkan dengan produk dari kompetitor. Adapun hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini yaitu para peserta memperoleh manfaat berupa pengetahuan terkait pentingnya branding dalam melakukan pemasaran produk.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a program that synergizes corporate responsibility, the role of government, and how the community is the target of activities. This article results from research conducted in Wajo Regency, which started from the need for optimal CSR management related to planning and evaluation. The aim is to produce analytical material and stakeholder input to increase CSR management's effectiveness. The research method uses qualitative data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature analysis. Then, data processing is carried out using reduction techniques, and research results are displayed using descriptive sentences. Management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Wajo Regency, if analyzed using George Robert Terry's management functions, found that the Regional Government has carried out or carried out management functions well, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. However, it is necessary to increase community empowerment in management functions.
