Abstract

Dero village is one of the villages in the Bringin sub-district, Ngawi district. Many people in Dero village work as farmers. Many mango trees are growing in this village. many people sell mangoes while they are still on the tree. The community still does not have food innovations made from mangoes. This community service activity is aimed at providing education and skills in making dumplings from mangoes in Dero Village, Bringin District, Ngawi Regency. Several method steps were used to achieve this goal: observation, lectures/counseling, demonstrations, and hands-on practice of making Mango Dumplings. Community training can improve the economy for families. The community is given education, training, and evaluation in the implementation of dumpling making. So that training and counseling can provide perfect results.

Abstract

Leadership increases individual and group trust, generates awareness and interest within groups and organizations and tries to move subordinates' attention to the achievements and growth of educational institutions. The interaction between the leader and subordinates in transformational leadership, characterized by the influence of the leader to change the behavior of his subordinates into someone who feels capable and highly motivated and strives to achieve high and quality work achievements. This research uses library research so that what is used in this research is a literature study. The results of this study show that transformative leadership is a leader who is able to influence or direct subordinates in an effective way to achieve organizational goals that have been set together. In transformative leadership, the leader sets an example for subordinates and motivates them by providing a clear and inspiring vision of the future. Leaders also support individual development and growth, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate open and collaborative communication. Transformative leaders also promote innovation and creativity, and enable team members to actively participate in the decision-making process. In this way, transformative leadership creates a positive and productive environment, leading to better outcomes and higher job satisfaction for everyone involved.

Abstract

With the COVID-19 pandemic, universities in Bojonegoro Regency, especially Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri University, are conducting online lectures. In the implementation of learning, it is different from conventional lectures so that the use of learning models determines the effectiveness of online lectures during the COVID-19 period. This study examines the perceptions of Informatics Engineering students' learning models through approaches to the use of learning media in online lectures, learning communication models, learning styles, and the effectiveness of online lectures. This research is specifically for Informatics Engineering students whose learning is not only limited to delivering material but needs to be carried out in practicum both in the laboratory and in the field. Along with the online learning process, some material that should have been carried out by research had to not be carried out. Given these obstacles, student perceptions regarding the effectiveness of online lectures that lead to learning models with learning media approaches, communication models, learning styles among Informatics Engineering students in Bojonegoro Regency determine the success of this learning process. With this, researchers examine the perceptions of Informatics Engineering students towards online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted to determine student perceptions of online learning. This research uses Descriptive Analysis, namely to examine the perceptions of Informatics Engineering students regarding online learning models during the COVID-19 pandemic. Which online learning model can be known through several approaches, such as online learning media, learning communication models, learning styles and the effectiveness of online learning. Data obtained from observations in the form of giving online questionnaires. The samples involved were Informatics Engineering students at Nahdlatul Ulama University Sunan Giri Bojonegoro as respondents in this study. The output targeted in this study is Sinta 4 indexed National Journal Publications with research TKT 3.

Abstract

The process of teaching and learning activities should be supported from educators and students through direct or indirect interactions. If there are some students who lack of interest in distance learning, an educator should immediately find a solution for the problem. Learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic has an important role as an effort to succeed learning. So it is hoped that the Google Classroom learning media will be able to increase the interest of the students at Mts Al Yakin. This type of research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, the implementation of Google Classroom has a positive effect for both educators and students. There are three activity processes in preparing for the use of Google Classroom, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. In the use of Google Classroom, the students were very enthusiastic and responded with the use of the learning media, even though the learning was distance.

Abstract

The above policies and strategies are efforts by the Ministry of Religious Affairs to improve the quality and relevance of Islamic religious education in Indonesia, so as to create a young generation with noble character, knowledge, and global competitiveness. This study uses a qualitative method, using a library research approach. In literature research, researchers collect data from written sources such as books, journals, articles, reports, and other documents related to the research topic. The resulting data is then analyzed using content analysis techniques or content analysis. The Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs has several policies and strategies in the development of Islamic religious education, including: 1)Development of an Islamic Religious Education curriculum that is adaptive, relevant, and in accordance with the demands of the time,2) Improve the quality and quantity of Islamic Religious Education teachers through training and skill development programs. 3) Development and improvement of the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning media, 4) Increase the role of the family in fostering Islamic religious education through family religious education programs, 5) Provision of scholarships for students and students who excel in the field of Islamic religious education, 6) Provision of adequate and sustainable Islamic religious education facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis Canva bagi guru ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada para guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan mudah digunakan menggunakan platform Canva.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di MTs Se Kecamatan Kalitidu. Metod eyang digunakan dalam pengabdian masayrakat ini adalah persiapan, sosialisasi dan penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik dan evaluasi program. Hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini 1) para guru termotivasi untuk membuat bahan ajar interaktif bebrasis canva, 2) para guru dapat membuat bahan ajar seacra inovatif dengan platform yang disediakan oleh google, 3) para guru dapat memiliki kompetensi digital guru dalam menggunakan teknologi yang relevan dengan pembelajaran di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

Characteristic of leadership in the world of education is the attitude of a leader in influencing, moving, motivating, and directing others in the implementation of education. so that managed education can run well and in accordance with the expectations that have been planned. This type of research is qualitative. Sources of data are taken by using primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis techniques are in accordance with the theory of Max Huberman, namely data condensation, data display, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study are that every principal leader must have the characteristics to have a positive impact on attitudes and every policy he will take. There are several characteristics possessed by the principal at MI Fattahul Huda Pungpungan, namely fairness and honesty, the ability to foster cooperation and solidarity, intelligence, able to have motivation and desire to achieve, wise in dealing with problems with broad views, and authoritative and firm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the implementation of the independent curriculum in the context of Islamic religious education with a focus on strengthening the Islamic dimension. type / research approach in the form of Library Research. Literature research is a research method carried out by collecting and analyzing various relevant literature sources, such as books, scientific journals, articles, and other documents, in order to answer research questions or gain a deeper understanding of a particular topic or issue. The results of the Independent Curriculum Transfomrasi research to strengthen the Islamic dimension in Islamic religious education, namely a). the concept and essence of the independent curriculum; b) The need to strengthen the Islamic dimension in Islamic religious education; c) Independent curriculum approach and strategy in Islamic religious education; d) implications and challenges in strengthening the Islamic dimension through the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This article examines the tradition of Safari Da'wah as a character formation medium for OSIS MTs Al-Yakin Pungpungan. Safari Da'wah is a da'wah activity going from house to house members of the OSIS held every two weeks. This activity is one of the routine agenda undertaken by members of OSIS and accompanying teachers. No other purpose is to brief the character of the members of OSIS. For example by growing the soul of leadership, and then discipline, obey the rules and so forth. This activity was originally the idea of the principal, the teachers and the entire school community. Starting from idea, then applied and running until now well. This activity is evaluated at all times, selected activities that are related to the growth of children's character. The content of these activities is the reading of prayers and religious speech that speakers are taken from students in turn. Hopefully this Safari Dakwah activities can be carried out consistently on MTs Al Yakin or on other MTs.

Abstract

Abstract The Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) is a means to educate and build children's character, because through the Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) children are trained from an early age to recognize, understand, learn, and apply Islamic education as a guide to life in themselves and children's character. in the future, because in this modern era the application of Islamic education is very much needed as a character shaping Islamic and religious spirit. Semawot village is one of the villages in the Sukosewu sub-district that establishes and implements Islamic education through the Al-Quran Education Park. In an effort to be able to build children's character with Islamic character and personality from an early age, the village of Semawot continues to develop and implement Islamic education, namely through the Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) Al Mustahal. Through TPQ Al Mustahal education in Semawot village, it is hoped that it will be able to foster children's character from an early age who uphold Islamic religious values. Basically, the Al-Quran education park (TPQ) plays an important role in improving the quality of the level of Islamic education in the community. So that they are able to develop a young generation who have good morals and have an Islamic spirit in this modern era. Keyword: The Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ), Islamic education, character, early age Abstrak Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) merupakan sarana untuk mendidik dan membangun karakter anak, karena melalui Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) anak dilatih sejak dini untuk mengenal, memahami, mempelajari, dan menerapkan pendidikan Islam sebagai pedoman hidup dalam diri dan karakter anak dimasa depan, karena dizaman modern ini penerapan pendidikan islam sangat diperlukan sebagai pembentuk karakter yang berjiwa islami dan reliji. Desa semawot merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di kecamatan sukosewu yang mendirikan dan melaksanakan pendidikan Islam melalui Taman Pendidikan Al- Quran. Dalam upaya untuk dapat membangun karakter anak yang berakhlak dan kepribadian islami sejak usia dini desa semawot terus mengembangkan dan menerapkan pendidikan islam yaitu melalui Taman pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) Al Mustahal. Melalui pendidikan TPQ Al Mustahal di desa semawot diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan karakter anak sejak dini yang memegang teguh nilai-nilai agama Islam. Pada dasarnya Taman pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas taraf pendidikan islam dimasyarakat. Sehingga mampu membanggun generasi muda yang berakhlakul karimah dan berjiwa islamiyah dizaman modern ini. Kata Kunci : TPQ, pendidikan islam, karakter, usia dini
