Abstract

This study aims to develop guidebook for implementing group counseling using the token economy approach in order to improve student engagement behavior for junior high school. The type of research used is research and development with research and development (R & D) Borg & Gall methods simplified by the Puslitjaknov Team (2008) which consists of conducting product analysis to be developed, developing initial products, expert validation and revision, trial small-scale field trials and revisions, large-scale field trials and final products. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling by using purposive sampling. The number of samples that will be involved in this study are 20 students. This research is about product development in the form of a guidebook contains information about group counseling using the token economy approach in order to improve student engagement behavior. To evaluate the product to be made, the researcher uses an evaluation model of alpha test and beta test. By asking material and media experts to assess the feasibility of the product as a way to evaluate, this is called an alpha test. The beta test is a form of product feasibility test based on the prospective user's assessment of the product being developed. After the product was tested for feasibility by material and media experts, then after being tested by students, whether the product developed was feasible or not, to get the results the researcher analyzed the data that had been obtained using the eligibility criteria according to Arikunto (2009). In the product feasibility test, it was found that the results of the material expert test were 75,72%, the media expert test results were 74,29% and the user response test results were 78,58%. So from the results of the feasibility test and the respondent's trial, it was found that the product that the researcher developed in the form of guidebook was considered “feasible”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian awal untuk merancang standar potensi yang dimiliki calon konselor. Potensi diri setiap individu berbeda-beda, mempengaruhi kemampuan diri seseorang dalam berpikir, bertindak, bersikap penting diketahui dosen melaksanakan tugas pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan  potensi diri mahasiswa ditinjau dari kemampuan umum, kemampuan khusus, dan kepribadian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskripsi, penelitian dilaksanakan di Prodi Bimbingan Konseling, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Ageng Tirtayasa selama 6 bulan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling yaitu mahasiswa yang sedang berada di kampus pada semester ganjil semester III dan V berjumlah 88 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kemampuan umum mahasiswa semester III pada klasifikasi rata-rata dan di atas rata sebesar  56%  dari jumlah mahasiswa artinya diprediksi 56% dari jumlah mahasiswa dapat selesai tepat waktu. (2). kemampuan umum mahasiswa semester V  pada klasifikasi rata-rata dan di atas rata sebesar 94% dari jumlah mahasiswa artinya diprediksi 94% dapat selesai tepat waktu. (3) kemampuan khusus mahasiswa semester III dan V dengan 6 indikator, ada 3 indikator termasuk klasifikasi tinggi adalah kemampuan bahasa, abstrak, kemampuan ruang, dilihat dari jumlah mahasiswa belum mencapai 50 % dari jumlah mahasiswa. Dilihat dari 6 indikator kepribadian yang diuji, 2 indikator kepribadian yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius yaitu keteraturan dalam bekerja, dan baik hati dapat bekerjasama dengan orang lain. Kedua indikator ini perlu dimiliki oleh calon guru BK atau konselor sekolah. Disarankan bagi pihak yang berhubungan dengan mahasiswa seperti dosen, pengelola program, fakultas dan universitas dalam merencanakan program memperhatikan keberadaan kemampuan umum, kemampuan khusus dan kepribadian mahasiswa calon konselor. Semua pihak perlu melakukan pembinaan yang sungguh-sungguh, ikhlas, dan serius sehubungan dengan pengembangan potensi diri mahasiswa.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the existence of career planning problems for students at SMA Negeri 6 Serang City. The purpose of the study was to see the level of student career planning during the covid-19 pandemic, then to design a program to improve student career planning, especially students of class XI SMA Negeri 6 Serang City. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 6 Serang City with a research sample of 205 students. The data collection technique used is by spreading the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with 31 valid items, the reliability value obtained is 824. While the technical analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the level of career planning during the covid-19 pandemic experienced by class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Serang City was in the medium category with a percentage of 82%. Then the program design is made according to the needs that are known from the research results that have been obtained.

Abstract

Abstract: The research was motivated by the problem of student academic stress at the Cilegon City Children's Forum. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of academic stress and its implications in the counseling program at the Cilegon City Children's Forum, based on indicators of physiological, psychological and attitude aspects. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a population of 52 students at the Cilegon City Children's Forum and a sample of 46 people selected by simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used an academic stress questionnaire that had been tested for content validity and found 32 out of 38 valid items. The results of the study were in the low category with a percentage of 34.78% overall, while based on the physiological aspect it was in the very low category with a percentage of 57% experienced by 26 students, for psychological indicators it was in the very low category with a percentage of 41% experienced by 19 students. students and the attitude indicator is in the low category with a percentage of 39% experienced by 18 students from a total of 46 respondents in this study.Abstrak: Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan stres akademik siswa pada Forum Anak Kota Cilegon. Tujuan Penelitan untuk mengetahui gambaran stres akademik dan implikasinya dalam program bimbingan konseling pada forum anak kota cilegon, berdasarkan indikator aspek fisiologis, psikologis dan sikap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan populasi siswa pada Forum Anak Kota Cilegon sebanyak 52 orang siswa dan sampel 46 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket stres akademik yang telah di uji validitas isi dan di dapat item valid 32 dari 38 item. Hasil penelitian berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 34,78% secara keseluruhan, adapun berdasarkan aspek fisiologis berada pada kategori sangat rendah dengan persentase 57% yang dialami oleh 26 siswa, untuk indikator psikologis berada pada kategori sangat rendah dengan persentase 41% yang dialami oleh 19 orang siswa dan untuk indikator sikap berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 39% yang dialami oleh 18 orang siswa dari total 46 respoonden pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum mengenai kecanduan game online yang terjadi pada peserta didik jenjang kelas 4,5 dan 6 di SDN Serang 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampling non probability yaitu sampel sensus (census sampling) yang berarti bahwa sampel penelitian berasal dari keseluruhan populasi yaitu sebanyak 304 peserta didik. Skala pengukuran kecanduan game online yang terdiri dari aspek salience, tolerance, mood modification, relapse, withdrawal, conflic, dan problems dengan nilai reliabilitas 0,845 atau setara dengan reliabilitas sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan penelitian, hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa profil kecanduan game online berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentase 57,9%, dan didapatkan juga tiga aspek kecanduan game online yang berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu mood modification, relapse, dan withdrawl. Berdasarkan hasil terebut, konselor sekolah dapat malakukan layanan bimbingan konseling dengan tujuan untuk menurunkan tingkat kecanduan game online pada peserta didik. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas penelitian mengenai kecanduan game online pada peserta didik._____________________________________________________________________This study aims to find out the general description of online game addiction that occurs in students in grades 4, 5, and 6 at SDN Serang 3. This research uses a descriptive study method. The research sampling technique used non-probability sampling, namely census sampling, which means that the research sample came from the entire population, namely as many as 304 students. The online game addiction measurement scale consists of aspects of salience, tolerance, mood modification, relapse, withdrawal, conflict, and problems, with a reliability value of 0.845 or equivalent to very high reliability. Based on the research, the results obtained show that the profile of online game addiction is in the medium category with a percentage of 57.9%, and three aspects of online game addiction are found in the high category, namely mood modification, relapse, and withdrawal. Based on these results, school counselors can carry out counseling services with the aim of reducing the level of online gaming addiction in students. Future researchers are expected to be able to expand research on online gaming addiction in students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between harmonious family with loneliness in 10th  Grade 1 High School Pandeglang. Research conducted using quantitative methods with correlational types. The population in this study were students of 10th Grade 1 High School Pandeglang with a sample of 218 students studied. The sampling technique using probability sampling include simple random sampling. The instrument used to measure harmonious family and loneliness was a questionnaire created by the researcher. By the result of data analysis using statistical method with Product Moment analysis showed that the value of r-count < r-table was 0,01< 0,05 then the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted at a significance level of 5% so that it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between harmonious family with loneliness of the 10th Grade 1 High School Pandeglang in Academic Year of 2022/2023.

Abstract

This research was conducted to assist students in improving their public speaking skills with group guidance services using expressive writing therapy techniques. This study uses a quantitative experimental method. The total population is 275 students with population characteristics aged 15-17 at SMAN 1 Baros. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and got 10 students who had a low level of public speaking ability which were then given treatment. The analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis is the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of the study were seen from the implementation of the pre-test and post-test, there was a significant increase from the average value of 66.2 to 104.2. Analysis of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test on the hypothesis decision making process, the value of 0.005 is lower than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is declared accepted. Thus statistically it can be concluded that group counseling with expressive writing therapy techniques can influence students' public speaking skills.

Abstract

Career development is one of the important things that need to be done at every level of education so that students gain career maturity. One of the components in developing career maturity is Employability skills. Employability skills are a set of skills that are important for individuals to have to survive in a job. Vocational Schools in Indonesia, commonly called SMK, aim to graduate individuals ready to work. Therefore, SMK graduate needs to master employability skills. This study aimed to determine the effect of the employability skills program on vocational school students. The research was conducted at a state vocational school at Bogor with a weak experimental method and involved six students as samples. The research results indicate that the employability skills program can improve the employability skills of vocational students. This research implies that employability skills training can be applied in schools to help students master employability skills.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM memanfaatkan sampah agar dapat dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya untuk hasil produktif yang mampu meningkatkan pendapatan warga desa sekaligus menciptakan wirausaha yang mandiri secara ekonomi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Domas Kec. Pontang Kab. Serang yang berjarak ± 45 Km dari Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Pemilihan lokasi ini dikarenakan limbah sampah yang banyak tersebar dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan produksi sampah di Desa Domas.Target dalam kegiatan PKM dihasilkan: 1) Produk olahan daur ulang sampah hasil kreativitas warga desa, seperti: tas, dompet daur ulang, pupuk sampah organic, dan masih banyak lagi: 2) pelatihan pengolahan sampah: 3) sertifikat kepada para mitra dan tim pelaksana kegiatan PKM: 4) Haki modul pengelolaan produk daur ulang sampah menjadi bernilai ekonomis dan 5) publikasi karya ilmiah pada jurnal nasional bereputasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Pendidikan, penyuluhan, pelatihan produksi, pelatihan manajemen usaha terdiri dari teknik pemasaran dan penyusunan laporan keuangan, pendamping monitoring dan evaluasi. Rencana kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan antara lain: 1) tahap persiapan, 2) tahap pelaksanaan, 3) tahap penyusunan laporang kemajuan, 4) tahaptahap evaluasi internal kegiatan oleh LPPM Untirta, 5) tahap penyusunan Haki dan publikasi ilmiah, 6) tahap penyusunan laporan akhir, dan 7) tahap evaluasi kegiatan oleh LPPM Untirta. Hasil kegiatan PKM Domastrore (Domas Trash Store) berupa pelatihan pengolahan limbah sampah menjadi pemanfaatan produk sampah di Desa Domas. The purpose of PKM activities is to utilize waste so that it can be fully utilized for productive results that can increase the income of villagers while creating economically independent entrepreneurs. The targets in PKM activities are: 1) recycled wallets, garbage, organic fertilizers, and much more; 2) waste management training, 3) certificates to partners and implementing teams in PKM activities; 4) intellectual property rights module for waste recycling products management to be of economic value and 5) publication of scientific papers through proceedings or reputable national journals. The method of education, counseling, production training, business management training consisting of marketing techniques and financial report preparation, building design, monitoring and evaluation assistants. The PKM activity plans carried out include: 1) preparation stage, 2) implementation stage, 3) progress report preparation stage, 4) internal evaluation stage of activities by LPPM Untirta, 5) IPR preparation stage and scientific publications, 6) final report preparation stage, and 7) activity evaluation stage by LPPM Untirta. This activity was carried out in Domas Village, pontang districts is ± 45 Km from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The selection of this location is due to the widespread distribution of waste and the not yet optimal utilization of waste production in Domas Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of guidance and counseling services based on the educational background of guidance and counseling service teachers in one of the junior high school in Serang City. This research method is a case study qualitative research used to answer questions on the phenomenon studied in depth to find out the patterns that arise in the phenomenon. The data analysis technique used in this research is narrative analysis technique. This research discusses the phenomenon of educational background in providing guidance and counseling services in school. The data in this study were obtained from interviews with four guidance and counseling teachers at school. The results show that there are differences in the implementation of guidance and counseling services based on the educational background of guidance and counseling teachers. Future researchers are expected to examine differences in the background of guidance and counseling service teachers in several school in order to get more information about the influence of the educational background of guidance and counseling service teachers on the implementation of guidance and counseling services. _____________________________________________________________Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan guru layanan bimbingan dan konseling di salah satu SMP di Kota Serang.  Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif studi kasus digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan pada fenomena yang dikaji secara mendalam untuk mencari tahu pola-pola yang muncul pada fenomena tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis naratif. Penelitian ini membahas fenomena latar belakang pendidikan dalam memberikan layanan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara kepada empat guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam pelaksanaan layanan layanan bimbingan dan konseling berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan guru bimbingan dan konseling. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan meneliti perbedaan latar belakang guru layanan bimbingan dan konseling di beberapa sekolah agar lebih banyak mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan guru layanan bimbingan dan konseling terhadap pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling.
