Abstract

Development of Video-Based Learning Media on Fuel System Subjects to Improve Learning Outcomes of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan Students. Thesis. Vocational Education Study Program in Mechanical Engineering. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta, 2024. This research aims to: 1. Develop appropriate video-based learning media for students to improve learning outcomes. 2. Test the feasibility of video-based learning media on fuel system subjects for SMK Muhammadiyah Moyudan students. 3. Improve students’ learning outcomes in the subjects taught.This research is a research and development (R&D) study using the ADDIE development model: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development media is in the form of instructional videos. The data analysis technique uses descriptive quantitative. The research results show that: 1) This research produces EFI Fuel System instructional videos. 2) The EFI Fuel System instructional video is very feasible to use based on the validation results of material experts 1 and 2 with an average score of 82% and the media expert validation score of 91%. 3) Student responses show a very good category for use with a score of 87%. The development of the use of instructional video media was tested during the pretest with an average score of 53% and posttest 87%. The improvement in learning outcomes measured using the N-Gain formula obtained 0.3≤0.57≤0.7, which can be categorized as moderate, so the EFI Fuel System video-based learning media product is feasible to use for learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of learning media based on Android Mobile Application in the Automotive Basic Work Mapel in class X TBSM SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosari. This research is research and development. The subjects in this study were media experts, materials and students of SMK 1 Muhammadiyah Wonosari with the object of Learning Media. In data collection techniques using structured interviews with a questionnaire instrument (questionnaire) type Rating Scale. While the data analysis using descriptive quantitative techniques. The results showed that the assessment of the material expert respondents obtained a score of 3,1 which was included in the appropriate category. Then based on the assessment of media experts, it obtained a score of 3,87 which was included in the very feasible category. In the assessment of small-scale product trials, the results of 3,12 are included in the very feasible category. Furthermore, in the large-scale use trial, the results of 3,04 were included in the feasible category. The conclusion of the research is the development of learning media based on android mobile application is suitable for student learning.

Abstract

This research aimed for (1) obtaining good and quality E-Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health and Safety material at SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan, (2) knowing the appropriateness of the E-Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health and Safety material at SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan. The type of this study is a research and development by using 4D model. The subject of this study consists of material expert namely the Teacher of SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan and media expert namely the Lecturer of Mechanical Engineering Vocational Education Study Program of UST Yogyakarta, along the students of class 10 of light vehicles engineering department as the user from the developed instructional media. The object of this study is the E- Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health and Safety material. Data collection technique uses questionnaire and observation and data collection instrument uses preliminary study, instrument, and expert validation instrumen as well as product trials.The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. This research and decelopment model consists of few stages such as define, design, development, and dissemination. The result of this study.were the instructional media in a form of E-Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health andlSafety material. The instructional media development was proper to be used according to the feasibility test by the material expert in the amount of 3,00, by the media expert was 3,16, and the field test by 3,08, so therefore the evaluation result by the material expert, media expert, and field test obtained the average score by 3,08 out of the 4 as maximal score. According to the result obtained from feasibility test, the E-Modullof the Occupational Health and Safety was proper to use in the learning.

Abstract

Deskripsi: Pengembangan media modul elektronik untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang kemampuan menggambar teknik SMK Negeri 1 Sambirejo Sragen kelas X materi menggambar teknik di SMK Negeri 1 Sambirejo Sragen. Skripsi, Program Pendidikan Vokasi Fakultas Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: membuat produk modul elektronik pada bahan gambar teknik untuk siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Sambirejo Sragen . Serta menentukan kelayakan modul E untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Sambirejo Sragen pada materi gambar teknik yang dihasilkan.Research and Development (R&D) di SMK Negeri 1 Sambirejo Sragen, yaitu pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa modul E pada teknik kendaraan ringan. Gunakan model 4D, yaitu mendefinisikan, merancang, mengembangkan, dan menyebarkan. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Penelitian ini melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media dan siswa untuk mendapatkan penilaian dan tanggapan terhadap kelayakan modul E. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media E-modul diuji kelayakannya oleh ahli media dan mendapat skor “137” dengan kategori “Sangat layak”. Tes skala kecil dengan skor rata-rata “146,7” tergolong “sangat layak”. Terakhir adalah tes skala besar dengan skor rata-rata “155,4” dengan kategori “Sangat Bisa”. Melalui uji kelayakan, E-modul ini dapat digunakan di kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Sambirejo Sragen. KATA KUNCI : Pengembangan, E-Modul, Pembelajaran Gambar Teknik
