Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa manajemen risiko dan strategi penanganan risiko pada studi kasus BAZNAS Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen resiko dalam pengelolaan dana zakat pada Baznas Kabupaten Deli Serdang, yaitu dengan melakukan proses perencanaan, proses perencanaan manajemen risiko dilakukan dengan memperkirakan kemungkinan hal buruk yang mungkin terjadi pada setiap program. Penentuan tujuan dan sasaran, penentuan tujuan dan sasaran manajemen risiko dilakukan dengan pertimbangan situasi dan kondisi yang berkembang di wilayah Kantor Baznas Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan penyusunan metode, penyusunan metode penanganan risiko dilakukan dengan identifikasi dan prioritasi terhadap risiko yang kemungkinan muncul. Langkah-langkah manajemen resiko pada Baznas Kabupaten Deli Serdang, yaitu dengan identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko serta melakukan mitigasi risiko. Pengendalian risiko selain dengan menerima dan menghindari risiko, agar lebih optimal pengendalian risiko dengan dengan; mengambil tindakan untuk tidak melakukan aktivitas yang memungkinkan terjadinya risiko, sehingga institusi zakat lebih berhati-hati dalam mengelola zakat; mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya suatu risiko dan dampak kerusakan yang dihasilkan oleh suatu aktivitas dalam institusi zakat dengan memindahkan risiko yang muncul kepada pihak lainnya; mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya suatu risiko dan dampak risiko dengan membagi risiko institusi zakat dengan pihak lain di luar institusi zakat.

Abstract

The purpose of research to determine the communication strategy in improving customers on PT. Altic Houseware. This research uses a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research involves collecting data to test hypotheses or answer questions about the state subject of research. The most common type of descriptive research involves the evalution of attitude or opinion of individuals, organization, situation, or procedure. This study was conducted on PT. Altic Houseware Jl. HM. Joni no 53. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews are data collection techniques that use oral questions to research subjects. The marketing communication strategy carried out by PT.Altic Houseware in proving customer is good enough. This, the author can know from the resylts of an interview with source, namely consumers where they think that the strategies carroed out through social media have been able to channel information abaout the product price so that it makes consumers interested in coming directly to PT. Altic Houseware.

Abstract

This research begins with the needs of Muhammadiyah and 'Aisyiyah cadres in improving the progress of Muhammadiyah's da'wah. Based on the conditions of the problems that occur in Muhammadiyah recitations, it is necessary to have a maximum evaluation to continue to improve Muhammadiyah da'wah, so that the Muhammadiyah organization is more advanced. The research method used is participatory descriptive. Based on the results of interviews and observations made by researchers, it was concluded that it could increase the reactivity of Muhammadiyah and 'Aisyiyah administrators so that recitation activities run optimally. This research activity was carried out by studying Kemuhammadiyahan, explaining the activities of Muhammadiyah branches in each sub-district, evaluating every Muhammadiyah cadre and 'Aisyiyah in recitation activities to improve Muhammadiyah da'wah. Suggestions from the research, it is hoped that all branch and branch managers in each sub-district will continue to be active in recitation, social and community activities.

Abstract

Pada masa covid 19 ini, kegiatan KIAM dilaksanakan dengan via zoom sehingga materi yang disampaikan belum maksimal. Berdasarkan kondisi masalah ditas, maka diperlukan sebuah penguatan ibadah tarjih Muhammadiyah bagi mahasiswa agar bisa memahami materi-materi ibadah tarjih dengan lebih baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif partisipatoris. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keilmuan mahasiswa dalam memahami materi ibadah tarjih. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan kajian kembali materi ibadah, seperti pemahaman shalat, tayamum, berwudhu, mandi junub. Di lanjutkan dengan materi kemuhammadiyah dan the nine golden habits. Saran dari penilitian, diharapkan kepada seluruh mahasiswa agar aktif untuk mengahafal do’a-do’a shalat fardhu, shalat jenazah dan pemahaman materi kemuhammadiyahan dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the demonstration method in memorizing short surahs at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal, Langkat Regency, and its integration into the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. This research used in the form of an in-depth case study to understand how demonstration methods are applied and integrated into the curriculum, as well as to identify the challenges and impacts of the application of these methods on students' skill skills.The results of the study indicate that the demonstration method, applied with thorough preparation and structured implementation, is effective in improving students' memorization abilities. Students find it easier to memorize short surahs with concrete examples given by the teacher. Observations and documentation reinforce these findings, with students showing enthusiasm and active involvement in the demonstrations. The integration of the demonstration method into the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum provides teachers with the flexibility to choose teaching methods that suit students' needs, creating a more dynamic and enjoyable learning environment. Periodic evaluations show a significant improvement in students' memorization abilities, proving the effectiveness of this method in helping students memorize short surahs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the communication skills of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in fostering the habit of congregational prayer among students at SD Islam Terpadu Anak Sholeh in Langkat Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The results showed that PAI teachers effectively communicated the significance of congregational prayer through various methods, including short lectures, inspirational stories, and demonstrations, all of which were adjusted to the level of student understanding. The use of media tools such as images, videos, and audio further enhance instruction clarity. Adequate facilities and consistent teacher supervision was carried out for successful implementation. Evaluation through attendance records and moral assessments indicates improved student participation and discipline. Challenges, such as students' lack of awareness and disciplinary issues, are addressed through educational approaches and character-building programs. Overall, PAI teachers' communication skills significantly impact the habituation of congregational prayer, positively influencing students' character and discipline development. The study underscores the importance of effective communication in religious education to nurture essential spiritual practices among young students.

Abstract

Moral development is the first focus of attention in Islam. This is in accordance with one of the missions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. to perfect noble morals. That basically humans are born in a state of fitrah which in this case includes moral fitrah, which is then perfected through the apostolic mission of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. in the form of teachings brought by the Apostle.Coaching is an educational effort both formal and non-formal which is carried out consciously, planned, directed, organized and responsible in order to introduce, grow, develop a balanced, intact and harmonious personality base. Knowledge and skills in accordance with their own talents, desires and initiatives, add, improve and develop towards the achievement of dignity, quality and optimal human abilities and independent individuals.This research is a qualitative research by taking several activities ranging from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that first, moral guidance for adolescents is very important to be applied by all educators. Second, the supporting factor is good cooperation between educators and parents. While the inhibiting factor is the association of teenagers with the outside environment which sometimes brings negative directions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the impact of technological advances and the times on the development of society, especially in the world of education. This research is a qualitative type through literature study with a content analysis approach. The stages of the research were carried out by collecting library sources, both primary and secondary. The results of the study show that negative impacts in the form of social conflict, corruption, acts of violence all have an impact on societal values. This also has an impact on the world of education where it is not uncommon for violence to occur in schools, student brawls, immoral acts and so on. Islamic religious education as a forum for forming students who have morality and noble character are required to be able to play a role with various concepts and thoughts that can at least minimize negative actions that can undermine social norms so that they can answer global ethical problems, ethics social and human fraternity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Dan Komunikasi Berdonasi Terhadap Kepuasan Muzakki Pada Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Sumatera Utara baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh Muzakki Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Sumatera Utara dan sampelnya sebanyak 100 Muzakki Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Sumatera Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Liner Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 29.00. Secara parsial bahwa variabel Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Muzakki. Secara parsial bahwa variabel Komunikasi Berdonasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Muzakki. Secara simultan variabel Persepsi penggunaan Kualitas Layanan dan Komunikasi Berdonasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Muzakki.

Abstract

Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan, as one of the characteristics of PTM (Muhammadiyah Higher Education), is the implementation of Islamic religious education in schools, not only developed in science but also in the formation of personality, which is developed through material from the Qur'an, creeds, morals, worship, muamalah, and muhammadiyahan. Attitudes towards AIK learning influence AIK learning achievement. This research aims to develop an attitude scale towards AIK learning. This research was carried out in 4 stages: preparation, item writing, tryout, and psychometric test. Attitude towards AIK learning is conceptualized as a pattern of behavior, anticipatory tendencies or readiness, predisposition to adapt to social situations or attitudes, and response to conditioned social stimuli consisting of cognitive, affective, and conative aspects. The initial scale of 112 items was given to 30 students at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. The final results show that this scale has a good consistency (Excellent), with a value of α = 0.938.
