Abstract

Strategi manajemen jasa layanan perpustakaan merupakan aspek kinerja individu dan intansi pelayanan perpustakaan, dimana indikatornya dapat dilihat dari empat aspek, yaitu strategi jasa layanan, jasa layanana, faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi jasa layana, upaya dan langkah strategi pengelolaan. Kemudian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hal tersebut, untuk memenuhi kepuasan pemustaka. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan manajerial yang sistematis, dimana data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan melalui empat tahapan, data collection, data Reduction, data display dan concusion/verivikasi. Dari empat indikator Strategi manajemen jalasa layanan perpustakaan yang ditawarkan sehingga di peroleh tingkat penilaian narsumber dan temuan lapangan yaitu, Penilayan yang baik ditinjau dari pelayanan yang ramah sikap cepat tanggap yang diberikan. Adapun dari sisi lain indikator terkait strategi manajemen layanan yang ditawarkan masih belum baik, karena pengdaan anggaran yang minim sehingga mempengaruhi fasilitas, selain itu penantaan katalog yang belum maksimal. Sebagai implikasi, kemampuan individu seperti etika agar terus dipertahankan dan dikembangkan melalui program atau kegiatan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan prestasi kerja yang dicapai oleh seorang guru ketika melaksanakan tugas dan hasil kinerjanya dievaluasi oleh pimpinan lembaga pendidikan yaitu kepala Madrasah Komponen yang mempengaruhikinetja guru diantaranya kepemimpinan dan komitmen kepala Madrasah. Tujuan penelitian ini (1) Mengetahui kepemimpinandan komitmen kepala Madrasah MTs KKM 8 Kecamatan Cadasari; dan (2)Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komitmen kepala Madrasah terhadap kinerja guru MTs KKM 8 Kecamatan Cadasari?.Populasi penelitian adalah 127 guru se Kecamatan Cadasari. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 guru yang dipilih dengan proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, teknik inferensial, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi 0,66 dan berpengaruh sebesar 0,44 atau 44%. (2) terdapat pengaruh komitmen kepala Madrasah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,71 dan berpengaruh sebesar 0,51 atau 51%. (3)terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komitmen kepala Madrasah dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,84 dan berpengaruh 0,71 atau 71% terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan komitmen kepala Madrasah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu dapat ditentukan dari peran organisasi dan kepemimpinan pendidikan dalam mewujudkan peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara terus menerus. Berdasarkan latar belakang dan rumusan masalah, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui Peran Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan Pendidikan dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan SMK di Yayasan Al-Badar Balaraja Tangerang; 2) Mengetahui Upaya Peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah dan Ketua Yayasan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan SMK di Yayasan Al-Badar Balaraja Tangerang; 3) Mengetahui Faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan SMK di Yayasan Al-Badar; 4) Mengetahui Hasil yang dicapai dalam kepemimpinan dan organisasi pendidikan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan SMK di Yayasan Al-Badar. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengamatan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, triangulasi, catatan lapangan, membercheck. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan, terdapat implikasi positif yang menjadi kontribusi terhadap dunia pendidikan terutama kepada Organisasi Yayasan penyelenggara pendidikan dan pemilik Yayasan serta kepala sekolah agar memiliki pertimbangan matang terencana terprogram dan termenej dengan maksimal dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pengelolaan pendidikan terutama memaksimalkan peran organisasi dan kepemimpinan pendidikan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kepemimpinan visioner memiliki korelasi terhadap kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan Meta-Analisis dan tinjauan sistematik dengan menggunakan software JASP 0.18.1.0. Data yang ditemukan sebanyak 11 artikel melalui pencarian pada google scholar dan mendeley search serta sincedirect dengan kata kunci kepemimpinan visioner, kinerja guru. 11 artikel dipilih berdasarkan karakteristik dan kriteria peneliti yang telah ditentukan. Data diambil0dari artikel1terpilih adalah0jumlah sampel (N) dan nilai0r pada masing-masing artikel, lalu ukuran0efek dianalisis meliputi; lembaga pendidikan. Data-data hasil penelitian korelasi kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan, dianalisis secara mendalam untuk menemukan seberapa besar hubungan kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian0ini diawali dengan1merumuskan topik0penelitian, menelusuri1hasil penelitian yang0relevan untuk dianalisis. Hal tersebut0dapat di lihat dari hasil penelitian yang memperlihatkan bahwa Hasil analisis0dengan model random1effect menunjukan1terdapat korelasi positif0yang signifikan0antara kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru Z ; 13,592 P; <0,001; 95% (0,253; 0,339).. Adapun korelasi kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru termasuk0pada kategori signifikansi rendah1(re: 0,300). Katakunci: Meta0Analisis, Kepemimpinan Visioner, Kinerja Guru, Lembaga Pendidikan.

Abstract

This study is motivated by a decrease in learning process management and an increase in students’ skills at the Darunna’im Islamic Boarding School, Lebak Regency, Banten. Darunna’im boarding school is part of the institution that implements entrepreneurship skills education. As a form of self-development and preparing students to have an entrepreneurial spirit. The results of the entrepreneurship skills program at the Darunna’im Islamic Boarding School are carried out every day as a form of training and self-development for students for the future. Researchers are interested in conducting research related to process management and improving the skills of students in the Darunna’im Islamic boarding school program. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely research that is used to examine certain populations and samples and uses data collection with research instruments that aim to test the hypotheses that have been set. Based on the research results, it is known that the relationship between process management and the improvement of students’ skills can be concluded that there is a relationship between process management and the improvement of the life skills of students at the Darunna’im Islamic boarding school. a positive relationship is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.322 and a determination coefficient of 10.4%. This means that the better the process management, the better the students’ life skills will improve.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions develop along with modernity, quality, and uniqueness so that they can strengthen the Indonesian education system. Education has an important character in the national education system, including a network of integrated Islamic schools that emphasize the doctrine of Islamic personal development. This research aims to determine the function of the doctrine of developing Islamic personal development at SMAIT Al Fidaa Bekasi Regency. The study used a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Based on research findings, the doctrine applied is in line with the Islamic Personal Development Guidelines formulated and established by the Integrated Islamic School Network Team. This guide takes inspiration from the Al-Qur’am and Sunnah. Ritual practices of worship consist of the five daily fardhu prayers, sunnah prayers, dhuha prayers, tahajud prayers, tadarus, sunnah fasting, and sadaqah. Understanding and application of the Al-Quran by improving students' ability to read the Al-Quran (Tahsin Al-Quran). Involvement in community service by actively contributing to society, is the importance of Islamic personal development doctrine. The research implications of the doctrine of effective Islamic personal development will maximize the formation of Islamic character and personality to protect against the influence of negative globalization and the formation of responsible and democratic character. Interviews are needed for further research to obtain more precise data regarding the influence of Islamic personal development doctrine on students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the madrasah committee in improving the quality of Islamic education and teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tangerang. The madrasah committee has a strategic role in supporting education management, including improving the quality of learning, supervising teacher performance, and strengthening Islamic values in the school environment. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that the active role of the madrasah committee contributes significantly to the improvement of the quality of Islamic education and teacher performance. The madrasah committee plays a role in providing input to the school, improving the welfare of teachers, and creating a conducive learning environment. Thus, the synergy between the madrasah committee and the school is a key factor in creating quality Islamic education.

Abstract

The quality of education is influenced by many elements, such as the quality of teachers, efforts to increase equity, curriculum design, provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the creation of a conducive learning environment. Furthermore, government legislation facilitates improvements in these components. In optimizing the achievement of educational goals, it is necessary to form a cadre of educators who are capable and able to demonstrate exemplary performance. This research aims to analyze educational policies to increase the professional competence of elementary school teachers. This type of research is qualitative. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained in this research can be classified into primary data and secondary data. The main data sources for this research consist of critical school leaders and certified teachers. Secondary data refers to a comprehensive collection of materials available in a research environment, including diverse formats such as letters, images, and procedural documents related to a research investigation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis using the theoretical framework proposed by Milles and Huberman. The results of this research show that educational policy analysis is to improve the quality of the teaching profession, legal sources increasingly cover the position of teachers, and professional teacher education improves the position and professionalism of teachers.

Abstract

Leadership is an important element in determining the direction and success of an organization. Two leadership models that are widely discussed in the context of modern organizations are charismatic and visionary leadership. This study aims to analyze the characteristics, advantages, shortcomings, and influence of the two leadership models on organizational performance and employee motivation. Charismatic leadership focuses on the leader's personal appeal, which is able to inspire followers through a strong personality and communication. Meanwhile, visionary leadership emphasizes the importance of a clear long-term vision and the ability to steer the organization toward strategic goals. This analysis uses a qualitative approach through literature review from various academic sources and case studies. The results of the analysis show that both models have a positive impact on the organization, especially in improving morale, commitment, and adaptation to change, although both also have potential risks if not balanced with a sound management system. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of effective leadership strategies in the context of dynamic and competitive organizations.
