Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran komunikasi interpersonal, pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Balai Harta Peninggalan dan Kurator Negara Kanwil Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai kantor Balai Harta Peninggalan dan Kurator Negara Kanwil Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM Sulawesi Selatan yang berjumlah 38 pegawai. Dengan menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi yakni 38 pegawai. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa : (1) komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja di Balai Harta Peninggalan dan Kurator Negara Kanwil Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM Sulawesi Selatan. (2) pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja di Balai Harta Peninggalan dan Kurator Negara Kanwil Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM Sulawesi Selatan. (3) komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja di Balai Harta Peninggalan dan Kurator Negara Kanwil Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM Sulawesi Selatan. (4) pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja di Balai Harta Peninggalan dan Kurator Negara Kanwil Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM Sulawesi Selatan. (5) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja di Balai Harta Peninggalan dan Kurator Negara Kanwil Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM Sulawesi Selatan. (6) komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui motivasi kerja di Balai Harta Peninggalan dan Kurator Negara Kanwil Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM Sulawesi Selatan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja, Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 40 pegawai Humas dan Protokolan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Manokwari. Untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung variabel Tunjangan Kinerja, Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan bantuan alat analisis menggunakan SPSS v.25, dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tunjangan kinerja (t hitung 2,499 > 2,030 dan nilai sig 0,016 < 0,05), Kompetensi (t hitung 3,637 > 2,030 dan nilai sig 0,001 < 0,05) dan Motivasi Kerja (t hitung 4,259 > 2,030 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil penelitian pengaruh secara simultan variabel Tunjangan kinerja, Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja dengan F hitung (33,204 > 3,181) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Humas dan Keprotokolan Sekertariat Daerah Kabupaten Manokwari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of work-life balance and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Postgraduate Program of UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research employs a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto method. The study's respondents consist of 32 employees, determined using a saturated sample technique. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work-life balance has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, although its influence is smaller compared to work motivation, which has been proven to have a stronger impact. The findings also show that work-life balance and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at the Postgraduate Program of UIN Alauddin Makassar, even though job satisfaction itself is a multidimensional phenomenon influenced by many factors. Therefore, organizational strategies to enhance job satisfaction should adopt a holistic approach that considers work-life balance, motivational drives, and other supporting factors.

Abstract

Studying the impact of financial literacy, lifestyle, consumerism, and psychology on Indonesian millennial investors' investment decisions is the goal of this study. 205 respondents between the ages of 17 and 30 who were dispersed over 10 capital market research communities in Indonesia were selected by purposive sampling. The findings demonstrate the strong direct influence of investor psychology, lifestyle, and financial literacy on investment decisions. Decisions about investments are not impacted by consumption. There is no discernible relationship between investor psychology and financial literacy. Consumer behavior and lifestyle have a big impact on investor psychology. Decisions about investments are influenced by investor psychology. Investment decisions are not impacted by financial literacy through investor psychology. Investment decisions are impacted by lifestyle through investor psychology. Investment decisions are significantly impacted by consumptive behavior through investor psychology. The study suggests that financial service providers and investment platforms should tailor their products and communication strategies to align with the psychological and lifestyle traits of millennial investors, rather than relying solely on traditional financial education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Promosi dan Manajemen Mutu Islami terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Memilih Produk Bank Syariah di Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online (google form) dengan skala likert yang disebarkan kepada nasabah bank syariah di Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial promosi produk bank syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan nasabah memilih produk bank syariah. Demikian juga variabel manajemen mutu islami tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih poduk bank di Kota Makassar. Secara simultan variabel promosi dan manajemen mutu Islami belum memperi pengaruh dan kontribusi terhadap Keputusan nasabah memilih produk bank syariah di Kota Makassar. Rekomendasi penelitian ini menekankan strategi khusus untuk promosi dan literasi keuangan syariah secara intensif dan peningkatan manajemen mutu islami, sehingga mampu memantik dan memengaruhi keputusan nasabah memilih produk-produk bank syariah.

Abstract

This community service aims to train teenagers and homemakers to improve their skills in producing and marketing plant-based nuggets to form young entrepreneurs in the Bonto Langkasa sub-district, Pangkep district. This service method was carried out through stages 1) Pre-implementation of activities, including analysis of partner situations, obtaining permits, and providing facilities and services for service activities; 2) The implementation of the extension includes the delivery of materials, two-way discussions, and production practices by the participants. 3) Evaluation of activities. Thirty participants attended this activity until the activity ended. The results of this service activity showed that 100 percent were happy and enthusiastic about this service activity. This activity can provide knowledge about simple bookkeeping, marketing, and producing processed organic vegetable nuggets to form new entrepreneurs. The existence of community groups in Bonto Langkasa Village, Pangkep Regency, especially young women and housewives who can process and produce organic vegetable nuggets, can improve family nutrition and increase people's income if marketed. The contribution of this service is organic vegetable nuggets that are of high quality, clean, and safe for consumption and marketing.
