Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya angka pengangguran di Indonesia dan masih sulitnya dunia usaha/dunia industri mendapatkan lulusan perguruan tinggi dalam negeri yang siap bekerja, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara evaluatif bagaimana kebijakan Kampus Merdeka pada program Praktisi Mengajar Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan 2 jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Sementara itu, analisis penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, dengan basis data utama berasal dari hasil survei terhadap: Mahasiswa, Praktisi, Koordinator Perguruan Tinggi, dan Dosen seluruh Indonesia yang sekaligus menjadi subjek penelitian. Sementara itu, metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hasil evaluasi kebijakan Kampus Merdeka pada program Praktisi Mengajar belum sepenuhnya optimal. Meskipun banyak hasil positif yang telah dicapai, antara lain: pelaksanaan program yang relevan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keahlian mahasiswa, dukungan kepemimpinan bagi praktisi dari institusi/perusahaan, efektifitas onboarding session bagi praktisi, dukungan dan kesiapan yang memadai dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi, dan tingkat kepuasan dosen yang tinggi terhadap platform pemilihan praktisi. Namun terdapat juga beberapa temuan yang mengurangi hasil positif tersebut seperti: kurang puasnya mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan program dan praktisi, kurang jelasnya informasi pencairan honor bagi praktisi, kurang selarasnya kurikulum kebijakan Kampus Merdeka dengan kurikulum program studi, dan masih ada praktisi yang memiliki Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional. Hasil-hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan berimplikasi pada perbaikan tata kelola dan substansi kebijakan pada program Praktisi Mengajar di gelombang/masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This article will describe the stages of campaign strategic management in handling the Covid 19 vaccine polemic in Mungka District. The approach used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method. The primary data source used comes from in-depth interviews with three informants and secondary data sources are obtained from documentation and also from various journals from relevant books. The analysis technique in this article is to collect data, examine the collected data, categorize, then test the data, and finally combine all the data by placing the information in chronological order or other order and drawing conclusions. The findings showed that in carrying out the campaign, Mungka District had carried out all the processes of strategic management starting from awareness, formulation, implementation and finally monitoring and evaluating the campaigns that had been carried out. The results of the campaign were stated to be quite effective because they were able to significantly increase the number of people receiving the vaccine.

Abstract

Increasing positive cases of Covid 19 in children in Indonesia has attracted the attention of various groups, one of which is the KemenPPPA (Kementrian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak/ Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. In response to this, KemenPPPA seems to be carrying out a campaign to educate children about Covid 19. Therefore, this study aims to determine the persuasif communication of the KemenPPPA in the Covid campaign in children. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, using primary data derived from interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation and various literature studies. The data analysis techniques are; collect data, examine the data, make categorization, then test the data, and draw conclusions. The results of this study showed that KemenPPPA carried out Covid 19 campaigns and education for children in three ways, namely, making and distributing ebooks on children's stories about Covid 19, making animated videos and also creating children's forums and conducting discussions or webinars. Then the results of the study of persuasif communication indikators start from (1) audience analysis; (2) source credibility; (3) attract personal interest; (4) message clarity; (5) time and context; (6) symbols, slogans, and acronyms; (7) semantics; (8) action suggestions; and (9) content and structure, assessed to have met the criteria or elements as persuasif communication.

Abstract

In the midst of the high production of coal to meet the energy needs of society, JATAM strives to carry out a social campaign for environmental advocacy in the indigenous communities of Kalimantan. The purpose of this article is to describe the management of JATAM's deadly coal campaign in advocating for the environmental rights of indigenous communities in Kalimantan due to coal mining activities. A qualitative research approach was chosen to uncover data to address these objectives. The data collection techniques employed were interviews and documentation through online media monitoring. The data analysis technique utilized three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained indicate that the campaign aims to advocate for the rights of indigenous communities in Kalimantan to have a safe and healthy environment without mining contamination. The primary target audience includes indigenous communities and the government. In its implementation, JATAM engages in discussions and provides writing training for indigenous communities. Furthermore, JATAM collaborates with Greenpeace and other international NGOs to conduct on-the-ground lobbying of government policies through various actions. The targeted communities have shown a change in attitude and behavior, demonstrating acceptance and willingness to learn about the impacts of mining and their rights to life in their indigenous land.

Abstract

One party that plays an important role in public information disclosure is government public relations, which is obliged to provide information and outreach to the public. Public Relations of the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Social Affairs, carries out government public relations functions for the Family Hope Program and also goes to the field to socialize a program run by the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Social Affairs, so that the public gets information related to the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Social Affairs program. This research aims to describe the function of government public relations in internal and external communication as well as the socialization of a PKH program owned by the Ministry of Social Affairs, as well as how it is completed. The theory used is the government's public relations function. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The information sources consisted of key informants and two informants, located at the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs and 1 informant from the PKH assistant and one community who received the PKH program and one community who did not receive the PKH program. The results of this research outline show that the public relations function of the Ministry of Social Affairs collaborates with several national and regional media to facilitate their outreach with the aim of conveying information to the public regarding the Ministry of Social's government programs.

Abstract

With the various negative issues that have approached the Indonesian police, this can have a negative impact on the image of the police. Therefore, a maximum public relations role is needed in improving the image of the police. This research aims to find out about the role of public relations of the South Tangerang Resort Police in improving the image of the police. It is also done to find out the opinions of external parties, namely the community and journalists who partner with the South Tangerang Police regarding the role that has been carried out by public relations in improving the image of the police. The theory used is the Public Relations Role theory from Ruslan (2016), namely Communicator, Relationship, Back up Management, and Good Image Maker. The approach used in conducting this research is a qualitative approach, and uses descriptive methods using data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and literature studies. There are four sources in this study, namely the head of the public relations section of the Tangsel Police, PS PIDM Sub Section, one of the people who live in South Tangerang and journalists who partner with the Tangsel Police. The results of this study indicate that the role of public relations of South Tangerang Police in improving the image is carried out in various ways, namely as a Communicator, Relationship, Back up Management, and Good Image Maker, the role of public relations has been carried out well, so that people can continue to believe in the police institution.

Abstract

As an agent to serve the needs of the community, the Ministry of Social Affairs is expected and required to have good work productivity in serving the community so that the continuity of an institution/organization must maintain its trust. To support the Ministry of Social Affairs in its communication services, it must be able to achieve unidirectional or effective communication by using the digital public relations communication model to achieve its targets directly. The Ministry of Social Affairs provides social assistance called the family hope program. This program aims to alleviate poverty in Indonesian society, in various categories of social assistance. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive method. Determining subjects used non-probability sampling with purposeful sampling. The number of informants was 4 people, namely staff from the Ministry of Social Affairs, practitioners of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs' Family Hope Program and Digital Public Relations Lecturers. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The results of the interviews revealed that the Ministry of Social Affairs' digital utilization method in the family hope program built by the Ministry of Social Affairs had been well developed. However, there are several things that must be addressed in order to strengthen public trust in the content presented by the Ministry of Social Affairs.customers.

Abstract

The problem of self-love is still a social issue in society. Somethinc complements management company by creating a #RespectMyBody campaign as a form of concern for that issue. Through this campaign, Somethinc invites people to take care of their bodies as a form of appreciation and self-love. Through the #RespectMyBody campaign, Somethinc released a new product in the form of bodycare. Therefore, it is necessary to rebuild brand awareness. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the message of the #RespectMyBody public relations campaign has on bodycare Something brand awareness. The theory used in this research is Persuasive Public Relations Campaign Messages (Message Structure, Message Content, Framing, Language, Emotional Attraction). As well as Brand Awareness (Brand Recall, Brand Recognition, Purchase Decision, Consumption). This study uses a quantitative approach and survey method by distributing questionnaires to 98 samples determined using Taro Yamane calculations with probability sampling techniques. The measurement results for the X variable were 3.66 and the Y variable was 3.64. Meanwhile, the influence is 62.3%, while the remainder is 37.7%. By proving that there is an influence, the results of the hypothesis test obtained tcount 20.326 > ttable 1.661, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means the regression coefficient is significant, namely that there is an influence between the #RespectMyBody public relations campaign message on Somethinc bodycare brand awareness.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of PT. Indofood Tbk and PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in shaping brand differentiation through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, with a focus on the Indofood Research Nugraha (IRN) initiative. The IRN program provides research funding to students to support research in the field of food, while the companies use various media to communicate their CSR initiatives. The research method employed is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Findings highlight the contributions of CSR programs in strengthening the company's image as an entity that cares about society and the environment, and creating brand differentiation that integrates social responsibility. By making CSR an integral part of the company's vision and mission, CSR becomes the foundation for all company activities, playing a crucial role in building a positive brand image and enhancing community engagement.

Abstract

South Tangerang City Government (Tangsel) is one of the regions in Banten Province, Indonesia, which has been experiencing rapid growth in recent decades. High population growth and urbanization have brought various challenges especially in waste management. Tangsel, like many other cities around the world, is faced with serious problems related to increasing waste volumes and the negative environmental impacts caused by irregular waste disposal. Public Relations activities are organizing reciprocal communication (two ways communications) between a company or an institution and the public which aims to create mutual understanding and support for the achievement of certain goals, policies, activities, production of goods or services and so on for the progress of the company or a positive image for the institution concerned, according to The British Institute Of Public Relations quoted by Ruslan (2020: 16) Public Relations activities in this study.
