Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah industri pariwisata secara signifikan, khususnya dibidang pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tren, distribusi, dan arah penelitian yangberkaitan dengan topik tersebut. Kesenjangan utama yang teridentifikasi adalah kurangnya studisistematis yang melacak evolusi dan interkoneksi tema-tema pemasaran pariwisata digital sejakkemunculannya, di samping eksplorasi terbatas pada klaster tertentu seperti city branding, hospitalitypariwisata, dan event pariwisata. Masalah utama penelitian yang dibahas adalah kurangnya pemahamanyang terstruktur tentang distribusi tema dan pola kolaborasi dalam literatur ilmiah. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis bibliometrik, dengan meneliti 440 dokumen daridatabase Scopus dari tahun 2020-2025, dan memvisualisasikan data menggunakan perangkat lunakVOSviewer. Metode ini membantu dalam mengevaluasi tingkat produktivitas penulis, institusi, dannegara, serta mengukur jumlah dokumen publikasi ilmiah. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan adanyatren yang berkembang dalam publikasi, dengan kata kunci yang dominan termasuk “promosi”,“manajemen”, dan “persepsi”, serta terbentuknya tujuh kelompok utama yang mewakili topik-topikutama dalam pemasaran pariwisata digital. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digitalsemakin menjadi pusat dari transformasi global sektor pariwisata. Penelitian yang akan datangdirekomendasikan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih jauh klaster-klaster yang belum berkembang, fokus padaregionak tertentu seperti ASEAN dan negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, sertamengintegrasikan analisis bibliometrik dengan analisis konten atau jejaring sosial untuk memperkayapemetaan keilmuan yang sudah ada.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of hard skills and soft skills on job readiness through self-efficacy as a mediating variable in students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yogyakarta State University. The background of the study is rooted in the increasing demands of the job market, which emphasize not only technical competence but also interpersonal skills and individual confidence in their own capabilities. As the world of work becomes increasingly competitive, the ability to balance technical skills with psychological readiness becomes a crucial factor. This study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and path analysis. A total of 229 respondents were selected using a two-stage random sampling method to ensure adequate representation. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS to test the validity, reliability, and fit of the structural model. The results revealed that hard skills had a significant but negative effect on job readiness, while soft skills showed a positive but statistically insignificant effect. Both hard and soft skills were shown to have a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, with self-efficacy having a significant effect on job readiness. Further findings indicate that self-efficacy mediates the relationship between hard skills and job readiness, but not the relationship between soft skills and job readiness. Overall, this research emphasizes the importance of integrating hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy in building student job readiness. The implication is that universities need to design curricula and student development programs that not only strengthen technical competencies but also foster interpersonal skills and self-confidence so that graduates can compete in a dynamic job market.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Peran Pandita terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas keagamaan Umat Buddha di Vihara Indonesia Theravada Buddhis Center di Deli Serdang Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Populasi yang digunakan terdiri dari umat pria dan Wanita yang berjumlah 350 orang. Sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dengan teknik Random Sampling, sehingga diperoleh 78 orang sebagai sampling. Hasil analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara peran Pandita dan kualitas keagamaan umat Buddha di Vihara Indonesia Theravada Buddhis Center di Deli Serdang. Koefisien regresi yang diperoleh adalah 0.503 atau 50,3% dengan nilai p < 0.05. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan unit pada variabel peran Pandita berhubungan dengan peningkatan 50,3% pada kualitas keagamaan umat. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran Pandita dalam mempengaruhi kualitas keagamaan secara keseluruhan. Secara lebih spesifik, pengajaran ajaran Buddha yang efektif oleh Pandita berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan praktik keagamaan umat. Pandita yang memberikan bimbingan spiritual yang mendalam dan memfasilitasi pelaksanaan ritual yang sesuai berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pengalaman religius umat. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas bimbingan dan pelaksanaan ajaran yang diberikan oleh Pandita berdampak langsung pada kualitas keagamaan umat, memperkuat keyakinan dan praktik mereka dalam ajaran Buddha.

Abstract

Mobile applications trend are currently happening due to increased number of people holding smartphones. But this does not mean the end of web and desktop users. Mobile, web and desktop apps will always have its own market and users in manipulating data. The challenges for software developers are how to deliver software to all of those platforms as fast as possible. Efficiency is key in this research, that is to develop a hybrid app. Black box testing will be used in this research to make sure that efficiency is gained throughout the process compared to developing for each platforms independently. Through this research, hopefully can help software developers to develop and deliver applications for user efficiently in a short amount of time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Disaster based Make a Match learning model regarding student interest and learning independence. The type of this study is quasi-experimental by designing a non-equivalent, post-test only control group. The research subjects were class XI IPS Islamic private high school students in Jember Regency. The analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and the Mann-Whitney test. As a result, the average learning interest score of the control class was 19.95, and the experimental class was 26.20. Hence, the average learning interest score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. Similarly, the average score of learning independence in the experimental class is more critical than in the control class. The control score is 17.35, and the experimental score is 34.20. The hypothesis test results showed a significant difference between the two groups using the Disaster based Make A Match learning model and the traditional learning model. The research concludes that students' interest and independence in learning using the disaster-based make a match learning model is more significant than in the conventional learning model.

Abstract

Industri penjualan air minum dalam kemasan terus berkembang seiring tingginya kebutuhan air bersih oleh masyarakat. Pangsa pasar industri air minum dalam kemasan terhadap industri minuman mencapai 84% dan menyumbang 3,3% terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB). Kemasan galon adalah salah satu kemasan yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat saat ini. Telah ditemukan beberapa masalah ketika membuka tutup galon. Masalah-masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan melakukan pengembangan produk alat pembuka tutup galon yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan atau Voice of Customer (VOC). VOC dikumpulkan dan diterjemahkan melalui dua kuesioner, yaitu kuesioner terbuka dan kuesioner tertutup. Kuesioner pertama adalah proses pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terbuka kepada pelanggan air galon. Sementara kuesioner kedua disebarkan kepada pelanggan yang sama untuk dilakukan penilaian lebih lanjut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dengan membuat matriks House of Quality (HOQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 12 VOC, 10 respon teknis, dan urutan prioritas perbaikan secara berturut-turut yaitu (1) penggunaan material pada alat (plastik atau stainless steel), (2) berat alat, (3) diameter pegangan, (4) diameter alat pembuka tutup galon, (5) jumlah fitur tambahan pada alat, (6) jumlah gerakan dalam penggunaan alat, (7) panjang pegangan, (8) tenaga yang digunakan, (9) pemilihan warna (merah, kuning, hijau), dan (10) biaya produksi.Kata Kunci:  Voice of Customer, Quality Function Deployment, House of QualityThe bottled water sales industry continues to grow in line with the high demand for clean water by the community. The market share of the bottled water industry to the beverage industry reaches 84% and accounts for 3.3% of gross domestic product (GDP). Gallon packaging is one of the packages that is widely used by the community today. Several problems were encountered when opening the gallon cap. These problems can be overcome by developing a product for a gallon cap opener that is tailored to customer needs or Voice of Customer (VOC). VOC was collected and translated through two questionnaires, namely an open questionnaire and a closed questionnaire. The first questionnaire is the process of collecting data through open interviews with gallon water customers. Meanwhile, the second questionnaire was distributed to the same customers for further assessment. The method used in this research is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) by creating a House of Quality (HOQ) matrix. The results showed that there were 12 VOCs, 10 technical responses, and a priority order of improvement in succession, namely (1) the use of material on the tool (plastic or stainless steel), (2) the weight of the tool, (3) the diameter of the handle, (4) the diameter of the tool. gallon cap opener, (5) the number of additional features on the tool, (6) the number of movements in the use of the tool, (7) the length of the handle, (8) the power used, (9) color selection (red, yellow, green), and (10) production costs.Keywords: Voice of Customer, Quality Function Deployment, House of Quality
