Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan determinasi diri terhadap keterikatan kerja karawan pada PT. Torabika Eka Semesta Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 karyawan, dengan objek penelitian di PT. Torabika Eka Semesta Tangerang. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari observasi, interview dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji t dan Uji F. Secara simultan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja (X1) dan determinasi diri (X2) terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan (Y) di PT. Torabika Eka Semesta Tangerang. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 63,8, % dan sisanya 36,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Health services in the hospital today can be done independently or through BPJS financing in the form of outpatient service activities, inpatient services and emergency care services that include medical services and medical support. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of reputation and confidence in the satisfaction and loyalty of BPJS patients at Annisa Hospital in Tangerang City. The research plan used is Explanatory Research which describes the causal relationship between research variables through the hypothesis testing the data collection techniques used are observation methods, interviews and questionnaires. Related to reputation, relational quality, customer satisfaction trust and customer loyalty. Where the sample used is an outpatient as many as 100 respondents with a questionnaire containing 48 question items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results showed that there was a strong relationship between trust in patient satisfaction compared to reputation, where both independent variables, reputation and trust had a positive and significant influence on Patient satisfaction and loyalty.Keywords: Reputation, trust, satisfaction, loyalty, BPJS patients

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tidak lepas dari dunia perbankan, hal ini terkait dengan penggunaan saranakomputer,telekomunikasi dan sarana elektronis lainnya yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data keuangan danatau pelayanan jasa perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh faktor sosial,  kesesuaian tugas,konsekuensi jangka panjang terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi informasi serta dampaknya terhadap kinerjapegawai pada Bank  Perkreditan Rakyat Di Propinsi Banten. Bentuk analisis statistik yang digunakan adalahanalisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada  Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Di Propinsi Banten, dengan waktu penelitian selama lima bulan. Populasi target dalampenelitian ini adalah  Bank  Perkreditan Rakyat Di Propinsi Banten, sedangkan populasi terjangkau adalah10Bank  Perkreditan Rakyat Di Propinsi Banten yang masing-masing diambil sebanyak  10 responden. Teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel acak terstratifikasi (stratified random sampling), yaknimengambil sampel secara acak proporsional dari masing-masing kelompok yang ada di masing-masing Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Di Propinsi Banten. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial maupunsimultan   faktor sosial, kesesuaian tugas dan konsekuensi jangka panjang berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatanteknologi informasi. Serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai BankPerkreditan Rakyat di Propinsi Banten.

Abstract

In line with the development of higher information technology, resulting in people easily accessing all information, especially in shopping online, investing online, making online loans and gambling online, this certainly requires strong household financial management. Conducting digital financial literacy education in the community is one solution to reduce the impact of errors due to improper management and to reduce the gap between understanding financial literacy and financial inclusion in the community. With the delivery of digital financial literacy education, it is hoped that the community will be able to manage household finances wisely.

Abstract

Social media is now widely used in almost all companies, the reason is to reach consumers more quickly, easily and widely. Social media (Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.) is part of digital marketing, namely product marketing efforts using digital media and internet networks. The change in marketing behavior from conventional to digital is not balanced by the existence of SMEs that use digital marketing, even though SMEs are believed to be able to stimulate the Indonesian economy. The methods used in this community service activity are training, lectures and questions and answers, and discussions. The result of this activity is to provide several solutions to be able to look for new business opportunities to maintain business continuity, namely utilizing social media. Apart from that, increasing digital marketing knowledge and increasing knowledge regarding the use of WhatsApp business social media as a sales promotion media. The conclusion of this activity is very useful for SMEs in providing suggestions, especially regarding digital marketing strategies.
