Abstract

This study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) on the Treeta Gama Solution's Papan Ajar website using a Design Thinking approach. This method was chosen because it focuses on understanding user needs and behaviors in depth through the stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This study uses system usability scale testing and user evaluation with tools such as interactive prototypes and Google Form to collect feedback. The results of the study obtained from the SUS calculation of 75.5 fall into the feasible category with a grade B. The developed design is expected to provide a positive contribution in improving the quality of digital learning experiences. Keywords – Design Thinking,  Website, Papan Ajar,  UI/UX, SUS.

Abstract

Kalurahan Pleret mengembangkan website Sistem Informasi sebagai bagian dari implementasi Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik. Namun, penerapannya masih menghadapi kendala seperti gangguan sistem, rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat, dan keterbatasan akses internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan masyarakat terhadap website tersebut menggunakan metode TAM, yang terdiri dari lima variabel utama: PU, PEOU, ATUT, BITU dan ATU. Metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan SmartPLS melalui evaluasi outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan, enam diterima dan satu ditolak, yang mengindikasikan tingkat penerimaan masyarakat tergolong tinggi. Hal ini didukung oleh nilai R-square pada PU sebesar 67,7%, BITU 71,1%, ATUT 50,5%, dan ATU 61,9%. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pengelola sistem terus meningkatkan fitur, desain antarmuka, dan kenyamanan penggunaan website, serta memberikan edukasi bertahap kepada masyarakat agar mereka mampu memahami dan memanfaatkan layanan yang tersedia secara optimal.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology encourages universities to provide fast, effective, and integrated academic services. Alma Ata University has implemented an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) which functions as a service support in the learning process. However, this system is still faced with several obstacles, including constrained access speed when filling in attendance and the occurrence of recurring service interruptions. This research aims to evaluate the capability level of SIAKAD and develop recommendations for improvement based on the results of the audit conducted with the COBIT 5 framework, especially in the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) domain. The methodology applied is mixed methods, which combines qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research findings show that the capability of each subdomain is measured at level 4 (Predictable Process), while the desired target is level 5 in each DSS subdomain. Thus, it can be concluded that SIAKAD of Alma Ata University has been operating well and consistently, but requires improvement steps to achieve the expected level 5.
