Abstract

In the current era of digital technology, people carry out social interactions and seek information based on the internet network. This change in people's lifestyles, if it is not accompanied by knowledge about how to use digital media correctly and appropriately and does not violate the ethics that apply in society and how to create creative content that has appeal and has a positive impact, then the use of digital media will not effective. The Al Muhajir Bandung Raya Foundation, as a legal entity social institution that operates in the social, educational and religious fields, is currently experiencing obstacles in its operations. One of the obstacles to running the Foundation is that it does not have adequate resources that can manage digital media properly and appropriately. In fact, in the digital era, the problem of using digital media to support the existence and business of an institution is to become supporting capital for the continuity of the institution. To assist the Foundation's needs in producing professional staff in the field of digital creative content, the Digital Public Relations Abdimas Team plans to hold training activities to develop the ability to create digital creative content for the organizers of the Al Muhajir Foundation, Bandung Raya with partners targeting the management and stakeholders in the foundation.

Abstract

Children are vulnerable age and are very easily influenced by various shows on digital media, whether they have a positive or negative impact. At the Ambu cancer home, children with cancer spend most of their time playing with gadgets/smartphones in between routine treatments. Sometimes, while waiting for treatment or examination of their disease, these children do internet searches and access various types of online games, and play social media and other online information. However, the lack of knowledge among parents of children with cancer, so children are usually free to access various shows on their smartphones without thinking about the impact that arises in the hope that shows on smartphones can make children more comfortable and can even make children forget 'for a while' the pain. But behind this, there is a big danger if children can freely access various information and digital media displays. So through this community service activity, we carry out mentoring activities for children with cancer at the Ambu cancer home so that they can sort out useful and appropriate media shows according to their age, as well as train the critical abilities of children with cancer-related to media viewing. which endangers their psychic development such as the tendency to ignore people around them, temperament, easily saddened, and so on. The digital literacy training assistance activities target children and adolescents aged 10-17 years who live in the Ambu cancer home. The activity method is carried out by providing training in the form of role-playing, and storytelling. The results of the mentoring activities are expected to increase insight and knowledge about the importance of sorting shows, games, and information from smartphones. This activity also involves the parents of the target children so that there is a synergy between the knowledge provided and the parenting pattern for the children.

Abstract

Digital media is a necessity in the current era of globalization. All sectors of organizational life, individuals and groups, need and use digital media as a daily activity. The massive use of digital media is accompanied by its main functions for organizations, namely spreading messages, and managing and processing messages. The effectiveness of messages disseminated through digital media needs to be measured so that it can be seen whether the message delivered reaches the target, and how effective the message is. In this case, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) is an organization that uses digital media in its organizational activities. The importance of knowing and analyzing digital media will make the organization know the message is well on target. For this reason, our community service team conducted digital media analysis training activities using tools on digital media of the Indonesian Ulama Council, Pataruman Village, Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency with the aim that MUI management has the ability to analyze digital media. The method used in this community service activity is training on mentoring the ability to analyze digital media owned by MUI in the Pataruman Village, where this training is carried out for 3 days. The training participants were all MUI administrators (target communities). The result of this activity is an increase in the ability of target community participants to analyze their digital media. The purpose of this activity is to increase the ability and skills of the target community in analyzing and managing their digital media. The end result of this activity is a change in the skills and abilities of the target community in managing their digital media so that they can measure and know how to convey messages effectively and efficiently. The outputs of this activity are broadcasts on YouTube, digital mass media publications, power point materials, and publications in national journals.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan lanjutan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebelumnya yang berjudul Pelatihan Hypnowriting Konten Digital, dimana masyarakat sasar yaitu guru-guru di Taman Kanak Kanak (TK) Plus Insan Mandiri memerlukan pendampingan lanjutan berupa pelatihan Rebranding sebagai Upaya Penjaringan Siswa Baru pada tahun 2024-2025. Kegiatan ini dirasa sangat diperlukan karena saat ini sekolah ini tengah mengalami penurunan jumlah siswa baru yang salah satu solusinya adalah melakukan rebranding melalui media digital untuk mengangkat kembali citra sekolah ini yang pernah meraih Peringkat 1 dan Terakreditasi A dari Badan Akreditasi Sekolah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan memanfaatkan media digital sebagai media rebranding yang baik bagi masyarakat sasar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pelatihan pendampingan terkait manfaat, dan fungsi media digital serta teknik dan strategi Rebranding bagi guru-guru TK Plus Insan Mandiri, dimana pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 1 hari. Peserta pelatihan adalah seluruh Guru (masyarakat sasar). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta masyarakat sasar dalam memanfaatkan media digitalnya sehingga dapat menciptakan branding baru dan diharapkan mitra sasar dapat menjaring peserta didik lebih banyak. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya perubahan keterampilan dan kemampuan masyarakat sasar dalam menggunakan media Instagram dan Tiktok serta terampil membuat strategi branding berupa pembuatan logo baru sekolah sebagai bentuk branding, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk promosi sekolah. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah tayangan kegiatan di you tube, publikasi media massa digital, materi power point serta publikasi di jurnal nasional.

Abstract

Sektor parawisata di Indonesia, adalah merupakan asset nasioinal dan potensi yang bisa diandalkan untuk mendukung program pembangunan nasional maupun daerah. Yang bisa memberikan kontribusi bagi pendapatan nasional maupun daerah. Penulis tertarik untuk membuat makalah dengan metode kualitatif. Daerah Ciwidey Kabupatewn Bandung, merupakan destinasi wisata yang berkembang pesat pada akhir-akhir ini. Setiap minggu sejumlah wisatawan asing dan domestik berdatangan pada destinasi wisata di wilayah tersebut. Obyek wisata alam, penyajian kuliner khas daerah setempat menjadi daya tarik bagi para pengunjung. Menggeliatnya kegiatan keparawisataan di daerah Ciwidey, telah mendorong bangkitnya pertumbuhan ekononi masyarakat lokal diantaranya UMKM, lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat lokal dan sebagainya. Namun dalam mengeksiskan daerah wisata di Ciwidey salah satu kendala yang dihadapi para relawan pewmandu wisata adalag faktor kemampuan berkomunikasi. kemampuan berkomunikasi tersebut, acapkali menjadi fator kendala dalam pelaksanaan tugas pengabdian mereka. Persoalan lemahnya penggunaan tutur kata berbahasa, baik bahasa lokal, nasional maupun bahasa asing sering menjadi kendala dalan aspek pendekatan komunikasi antar personal. Kemudian keberanian menyampaikan informasi keparawsitaan kadang nyaris tidak ada yang bersedia tampil Pengabdian masyarakat bagi para relawan pemandu wisata di Desa Sugihmukti Kecamatan Kecamatan Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung, bertujuan agar mereka didorong keberaniannya untuk berbicara di muka umum dengan diberikan pelatihan public speaking. Dengan adanya pelatihan public speaking ini para pemandu wisata bisa menjadi pemandu wisata profesional yang memiliki kompetensi dalam menjalankan tugas pengabdiannya.

Abstract

Menjadi orang tua adalah pekerjaan seumur hidup. Orang tua harus mampu menjadi sosok yang mampu mengayomi anak dengan pengasuhan yang sesuai. Pola pengasuhan yang diambil orang tua menentukan perkembangan seorang anak hingga dewasa kelak. Orang tua yang menghabiskan waktunya terus menerus dengan anak khususnya anak usia dini memiliki stressor yang berbeda. Selain karena anak usia dini membutuhkan sentuhan fisik secara langsung, mereka juga membutuhkan ikatan batin yang erat dengan orang tua terutama ibu, Salah satu yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengasuhan adalah managemen emosi. Orang tua dalam hal ini harus mampu mengelola emosi mereka saat berhadapan dengan anak-anak. Mengelola emosi diantaranya adalah memiliki kesadaran tentang emosional, manajemen diri dan manajeman hubungan. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan konseling kepada orang tua. Pengabdian masyarakat di TK Plus Insan Mandiri Garut berhasil memberikan pemahaman terhadap orang tua dalam mengelola emosi mereka. Release emosi dilakukan dengan psikoedukasi release emosi sekaligus mengubah mindset dan therapy Kognitif.

Abstract

This study focuses on disaster communication among victims of flash floods on Friday night, July 15, 2022. According to data from the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), the severe rain caused 112 places to flood, 27 areas to experience landslides, and nine regions to experience floods and landslides simultaneously. This study aims to determine how the local government handles disaster communication and how victims of flash floods react to government-managed disaster relief efforts.  The theories used are public communication theory and the concept of disaster communication. The methodology used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with victims and local governments and literature reviews. The results showed that the government has tried to deal with the impact of flooding and communicate it through radio media, local newspapers, civil apparatus, and community empowerment and family welfare (PKK); however, after the flood was over, some residents chose to stay at the location for various reasons and considerations. In contrast, some other residents decided to occupy a new residence provided by the local government. The government also uses social media and WhatsApp groups to coordinate with related agencies and community elements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer responses about InDrive rebranding that occurred in the city of Bandung, the impact received for companies, consumers, and drivers and the success of InDrive in rebranding. This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of communication strategies and customer involvement in the rebranding process to ensure success and positive acceptance from customers so that the results of this study are to show what the results of the InDrive rebranding implementation are. This research uses a qualitative approach with the method of collecting research data through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. In this research using the Hierarcy Model: AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). Where in this model, AIDA consists of attention as a form of public attention to exposure to advertising or marketing communication. Interest to find out more about the advantages of a product or service offered. Desire is if an interest increases, it will reach the desire stage because it suits their needs. Action is when desire and interest are so strong that it will occur to the stage of consumer decisions to buy the product or service offered. The results of this study indicate that the customer perspective regarding InDrive rebranding has not been fully successful. Although there are some people who know InDrive who are rebranding. But this does not show any significant changes after rebranding.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the marketing strategies employed by the TikTok account @kafani.id to strengthen its brand identity and build brand awareness within Indonesia’s rapidly growing TikTok user base. Using Kapferer’s Hexagonal Identity Prism framework, the research explores how @kafani.id creatively integrates elements like visual identity, brand personality, cultural values, and audience engagement to promote niche products such as burial shrouds and funeral supplies. Through a qualitative case study approach involving content analysis of TikTok activities, including live streaming sessions and audience interactions, the findings reveal that @kafani.id effectively leverages TikTok’s algorithm-driven promotion, viral marketing through electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM), and entertaining yet respectful communication. By combining educational and humorous content with active engagement, the brand creates a unique identity while fostering strong emotional connections with its audience. The study concludes that creativity, authenticity, and culturally driven narratives can transform unconventional products into appealing digital brands, emphasizing TikTok's potential as a powerful marketing platform.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi kesehatan berbasis digital storytelling sebagai solusi peningkatan literasi kesehatan dan kualitas hidup pasien di Bandar Lampung. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mempermudah akses informasi kesehatan, pemesanan susu kefir, dan pelaporan konsumsi produk kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat melalui survei dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pengembangan aplikasi dengan fitur storytelling, serta uji prototipe oleh pengguna awal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini meningkatkan pemahaman pasien tentang manfaat susu kefir serta mempermudah pemantauan konsumsi, dengan 83,3% peserta FGD menyatakan aplikasi ini relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya literasi digital pasien serta keterbatasan sumber daya mitra dalam mendukung edukasi digital. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, akan dilakukan pengembangan fitur kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan program pelatihan literasi digital bagi pengguna. Dengan pendekatan berbasis komunitas dan teknologi digital, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model inovatif dalam pengembangan teknologi kesehatan yang berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan keterlibatan pasien dalam manajemen kesehatan pribadi.
