Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan strategik kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri berdasarkan (1) fase identifikasi, (2) pengembangan, (3) penyelesaian, dan (4) implementasi & evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) fase identifikasi pengambilan keputusan strategik kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri berada pada kriteria yang baik. (2) fase pengembangan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategik kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri berada pada kriteria yang baik. (3) fase penyelesaian dalam pengambilan keputusan strategik kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri berada pada kriteria yang baik. (4) fase implementasi dan evaluasi dalam pengambilan keputusan strategik kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri berada pada kriteria yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah bertujuan untuk melakukan peningkatan dan perbaikan pengelolaan keuangan sekolah di Gugus Varigata, Kecamatan Anggrek, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Sesuai dengan jenis penelitian yang dipilih, yaitu penelitian tindakan, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian berdasarkan teori dari Kemmis dan Taggert yang berbentuk spiral dari siklus yang satu ke siklus berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui tindakan pelatihan dari siklus I belum meningkat, dilanjutkan lagi ke tindakan perbaikan yakni siklus II. Kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan sekolah dari proses penyusunan RKAS manual, penginputan RKAS, sampai dengan sinkronisasi dan pengesahan melalui Aplikasi RKAS oleh kepala sekolah dan bendahara di Gugus Varigata bisa meningkat, sehingga pengelolaan keuangan sekolah lebih baik dan sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Perumusan visi dan misi sekolah di SDN 9 Kecamatan Kwandang Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. (2) Capaian kinerja sekolah berdasarkan perencanaan strategis sekolah di SDN 9 Kwandang Kecamatan Kwandang Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. (3) Strategi (faktor pendukung dan pengahmbat) dalam perencanaan strategik sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekolah di SDN 9 Kecamatan Kwandang Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yakni kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yakni pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model kualitatif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) perencanaan strategis merupakan langkah penting yang melibatkan perumusan visi dan misi sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan strategi jangka panjang. Dalam konteks perumusan visi dan misi sekolah di SDN 9 Kecamatan Kwandang, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara merupakan langkah penting dalam mengarahkan tujuan dan arah pengembangan sekolah. Perumusan visi dan misi ini harus melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. (2) perencanaan strategis sekolah memiliki dampak yang baik dalam peningkatan capaian kinerja sekolah SDN 9 Kwandang Kecamatan Kwandang Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara yakni untuk mengarahkan tujuan dan fokusnya secara jelas. Dengan memiliki visi dan misi yang terdefinisi dengan baik, sekolah dapat mengidentifikasi prioritasnya dalam mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik. Hal ini membantu kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf sekolah, untuk bekerja menuju tujuan yang sama pada proses evaluasi dan peningkatan berkelanjutan untuk transformasi kinerja sekolah yang lebih ideal. (3) perencanaan strategik sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja senantiasa terdapat dukungan dan hambatan yang menjadi Trade Off bagi kepala sekolah dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekolah menjadi lebih berkembang dari sebelumnya. Dengan memahami faktor dukungan dan hambatan, sekolah dapat mengambil tindakan yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan dukungan dan mengatasi hambatan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja sekolah. Penerapan strategi-strategi ini harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi sekolah SDN 9 Kecamatan Kwandang serta melibatkan partisipasi dan dukungan aktif dari semua pemangku kepentingan

Abstract

This study aims to quantitatively measure the influence of teacher competence, teacher work motivation and training education (Training) on teacher performance. This research is included in the descriptive quantitative research. Partial Least Square (PLS) is the method used to analyze the data in this investigation. This research was conducted at a state elementary school in Bolangitang Barat. This study used a purposive sampling strategy, with participants drawn from elementary school Bolangitang Barat. The findings of this research suggest that factors such as education and training, competence, and teacher motivation in elementary school Bolangitang Barat, this leads us to the conclusion that to improve school teacher performance, it is necessary to provide education and training activities and also provide programs with the aim of increasing teacher competence. In addition, the teacher himself needs to have high motivation with the hope of help improve his performance.

Abstract

Artikel ini betujuan untuk melihat kebijakan pendidikan islam di Indonesia pada masa reformasi, sebagai bahan kajian dan pelajaran bagi proses dan pengambilan kebijakan dewasa ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka, di mana sumber atau data-data yang dihadirkan pada penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai literature yang dianalisis secara komprehensif, sistematis dan filosofis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan islam di era reformasi sudah sangat baik, bahkan bisa dibilang kebijakan yang dikeluarkan sudah sangat berpihak pada pengembangan pendidikan islam baik secara proses maupun secara lembaga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of teachers in fostering religious attitudes among students at SDN 1 Telaga Biru. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher and the homeroom teachers of Grades IV and V. The findings indicate that teachers play three primary roles in cultivating students’ religious attitudes. First, as Mu’allim, teachers guide students by teaching religious values and integrating them into daily life. Second, as Mu’addib, teachers instill religious values by modeling exemplary behavior and serving as role models for their students. Third, as Mursyid, teachers provide continuous advice and reminders to encourage students to behave well and adhere to school rules. Overall, the study concludes that the development of students’ religious attitudes is carried out through three key approaches: habituation, exemplary behavior, and advisory guidance. It is recommended that efforts to foster students’ religious attitudes be carried out in collaboration with parents to ensure consistency between the school and home environment.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the implementation of the elementary school teacher certification policy through the teacher professional education program in Gorontalo City from four different aspects. The evaluation shows that in terms of context, the implementation of this policy is considered very good with an achievement of 92%, which is in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures as the organizer of PPG activities. In addition, in terms of input, the evaluation showed excellent results with a percentage of 97%, supported by the availability of adequate Human Resources and the qualifications of instructors in accordance with government requirements. In terms of process, the study found excellent performance with an achievement of 95%, showing that PPG activities were carried out in accordance with the SOP set by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. On the product side, the evaluation showed excellent results with a percentage of 93%, emphasizing that a well-organized process in implementing the PPG program contributed to the quality of the final product produced. Overall, these findings confirm that the teacher certification policy through the teacher professional education program in Gorontalo City has been successfully implemented from all aspects evaluated, providing an important view for the development of future education policies and the importance of compliance with operational standards to achieve optimal results in teacher professional education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Interorganizational Relationship (IOR) strategy in the implementation of the Independent Learning (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka MBKM) policy at private universities (PTS) in Gorontalo Province, emphasizing the dimensions of coordination, cooperation, and collaboration between organizations. In the context of MBKM, interorganizational relationships are key to expanding resource access, strengthening curriculum relevance, and improving the quality of experiential learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in several private universities that have implemented the MBKM program in Gorontalo. Informants were purposively selected from the leadership of private universities, LLDIKTI Region XVI, and APTISI Gorontalo Region, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results show that coordination between private universities is facilitated by APTISI and LLDIKTI through meeting forums that regularly discuss MBKM implementation, so that communication flows and information exchange are relatively well established. However, substantive cooperation and collaboration between private universities in the form of student exchanges and lecturer teaching outside their home base have hardly materialized, although these two indicators have great potential for development based on the MBKM Key Performance Indicators. Field findings reveal that weak cooperation and collaboration are influenced by institutional egos, competitive tendencies in student recruitment, similar capacities and resources across private universities, and complex internal bureaucracy. This study confirms that the success of MBKM implementation in Gorontalo's private universities is largely determined by the institution's ability to build inter-organizational networks that are not only coordinative but also collaborative and mutually beneficial in a sustainable manner.
