Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions with Purchase Intention as an intervening variable at Shopee. This study uses primary data by taking data from questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling so that the number of samples used is 100 people. The data analysis technique in this study used (SEM) structural equation modeling with the help of smartPLS to be able to solve the problems and hypotheses that have been formulated in this study and used to test the relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that Social Media Marketing has no effect on Purchase Decision, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Purchase Intention has a significant effect on Purchase Decision Purchasing, Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest and Brand Image influences Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest. Purchase intention is able to have a positive and significant direct influence on the relationship between Social Media Marketing and Brand Image on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan penggunaan QRIS pada UMKM kuliner di Margonda Kota Depok dengan fokus pada perceived convenience dan perceived usefulness, serta mempertimbangkan minat sebagai variabel intervensi. QRIS adalah sistem pembayaran elektronik yang menggunakan kode QR untuk memfasilitasi transaksi tanpa uang tunai. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 100 pemilik UMKM kuliner di Margonda. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Minat berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan menggunakan QRIS, Persepsi kegunaan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat, Persepsi Kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat, Persepsi kenyamanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan, Persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat, Minat berperan sebagai kontrol parsial yang signifikan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel ada hubungan langsung seperti Persepsi Kegunaan terhadap Keputusan. Demikian pula, hubungan antara persepsi kemudahan keputusan yang dimediasi oleh minat dinyatakan signifikan, yang juga berarti bahwa minat berfungsi sebagai kontrol parsial dalam hubungan antara persepsi kemudahan pengambilan keputusan. Pengukuran ini memberikan nilai Q2 sebesar 0,9863 atau 98,64% yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai tersebut lebih tinggi dari nol. Dengan demikian membuktikan bahwa keputusan secara keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh variabel perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, dan interest sebesar 98,63% dan sisanya oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe quality of public services is the extent to which a public facility (public) in providing services to the public. The government is required to provide quality public services. Society can be satisfied from service apparatus (government) only oriented to total customer satisfaction. In providing quality services to the community in this case the customers who come, Cilodong District Office of Depok City has a goal to create optimal service so that people feel comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. The executor of the public service department at the Cilodong District Office, Depok City is always swift in providing services to customers, proved the quality of services provided to customers positively affect the satisfaction of the community. Can be seen from the regression line that Y = 10,658 + 0,745X this indicates that existence of positive and strong influence between public service and customer satisfaction. And based on the calculation of the correlation of 0.745 or 74.5% which shows the strong and positive relationship between the quality of public service to the satisfaction of the community or the customer.  Keywords: Public Service, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This article investigates the complex interplay of brand conformity, consumer values, consumer trust, and customer satisfaction in shaping brand loyalty within the context of PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa, Tbk. Through a comprehensive analysis utilizing the Smart PLS technique, the study explores both direct and indirect relationships among these variables. The results reveal significant positive associations between brand conformity, consumer trust, and customer satisfaction with brand loyalty. Notably, brand conformity demonstrates a substantial direct influence on brand loyalty, emphasizing the importance of a consistent brand identity. Furthermore, the mediating role of customer satisfaction is evident, particularly in the relationships between consumer trust and brand loyalty, as well as brand conformity and brand loyalty. While the direct link between consumer values and brand loyalty is not statistically significant, the article underscores the need for further investigation into influencing factors. These findings offer strategic insights for PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa, emphasizing the significance of maintaining brand consistency, fostering consumer trust, and prioritizing customer satisfaction to cultivate and sustain brand loyalty in a competitive market.

Abstract

A comfortable and good work environment is a collection of processes that encourage employee behavior and encourage the achievement of company goals. The work environment is things related to the workplace itself and can influence the way he does his work. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Bandar Bakau Jaya. This research used a questionnaire method with a Likert scale which was distributed to 37 respondents. The variables studied include work environment (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and employee performance (Y). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and data quality testing through validity and reliability tests. The research results show that a good work environment, such as adequate lighting, appropriate temperature, and good ventilation, has a positive influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Most respondents agree that the conditions of their work environment affect productivity and the quality of work results. This research suggests that companies continue to improve working environmental conditions to increase employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Performance is a description of a result that can be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of work carried out by human resources in realizing the targets, goals, vision and mission that are realized through a company's planning strategy. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the environment and motivation on employee performance at PT Pratama Rindo Raya. This research uses a quantitative statistical approach method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling which had 38 respondents. Data collection techniques use observation through questionnaires. The results of this research show that the work environment (X1) has a significant effect with a value of 0.848 or 84.8%, which means that the work environment variable (X1) has a strong influence on employee performance (Y). Motivation (X2) has a significant effect with a value of 0.842 or 84.2%, which means that the motivation variable (X1) has a strong influence on employee performance (Y). The work environment (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously (together) have a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Pratama Rindo Raya with a value of 90.4% and the remaining 9.6% is influenced by factors others that researchers are not careful about.

Abstract

Employee performance is a good work success that has been achieved by employees through the activities that have been carried out. High performance indicates that employees successfully achieve the desired results, both in terms of quantity and quality of their work. It can be seen in increased productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business results. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Iss Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 68 employees at PT Iss Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the extent to which work discipline and work motivation affect employee performance. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect of 0.812 or 81.2%, meaning that work discipline has a strong influence on employee performance. Motivation also has a significant effect of 0.832 or 83.2%, meaning that work motivation has a strong influence on employee performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Iss Indonesia with a value of 87.5% and the remaining 12.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan harus memiliki standar pelayanan yang baik. Pelayanan terbaik yang diberikan perusahaan untuk pelanggan dapat menciptakan kepuasan pada pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan software SPSS. diartikan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara pelayanan prima, kepuasan pelanggan denagn Budaya kerja. Pada uji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai R Square sebesar perhitungan 0,432 atau 0,432 atau 43,2% , dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup dan searah karena bernilai positif. dipengaruhi faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan seperti kesesuaian, daya tahan, dan kemudahan. Abstract

This research examines the impact of hyper-personalization and big data usage on consumer expectations and customer engagement within the context of the Spotify platform. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 150 students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bina Sarana Informatika University, through a structured questionnaire. The analysis employed Smart PLS to evaluate the relationships between the variables, with consumer expectations as the dependent variable, hyper-personalization and big data usage as independent variables, and customer engagement as an intervening variable. The findings reveal that while big data usage significantly enhances customer engagement, its direct influence on consumer expectations is negligible. Conversely, hyper-personalization demonstrates a strong positive effect on both consumer expectations and customer engagement. Furthermore, customer engagement positively impacts consumer expectations, indicating that increased interaction with personalized content elevates user satisfaction. These results suggest that marketers should focus on implementing effective hyper-personalization strategies to optimize consumer experiences and foster brand loyalty in the competitive digital music streaming landscape. This study contributes valuable insights into consumer behavior, emphasizing the essential role of data-driven personalization in shaping user expectations and engagement.

Abstract

PT Pegadaian (Persero) CPS Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan. Location address: Jl. Ceger Raya No. 99 Bloom Residence Ruko I, Tangerang Selatan, Banten. The office of PT. Pegadaian CPS Pondok Aren branch in Tangerang Selatan, Banten serves Rahn Business, Sharia Pawn, Arrum, Amanah, Mulia, EmasKu, Gold Savings, Gold Savings, MPO (Purchase and Payment of Telephone Bills, Electricity, Water, Tickets, Internet, Pay TV, BPJS Contribution Payments, etc.). This study aims to analyze work motivation, work discipline and employee performance at PT Pegadaian Sharia Branch Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan. This research method is a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT Pegadaian Sharia Branch Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. The independent variables are work motivation and work discipline while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the significant level F <α (0.000 <0.05) and the determination of R Square on the influence of motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) obtained a value of 0.900 or 90%. This means 90%. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance of 0.005, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance of 0.000.
