Abstract

Budaya perusahaan merupakan suatu kekuatan yang mempengaruhi efektivitas organisasi, karena budaya perusahaan mempengaruhi pemikiran, perasaan dan tindakan manusia yang terlibat dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Aerofood Indonesia Surabaya. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti dan dianalisis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu budaya kerja (X1) dan variabel dependen kepuasan  kerja (Y). Populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian karyawan perusahaan tersebut yang berjumlah 58 orang.Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan positif pada budaya kerja yang meliputi non materi dan materi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, budaya kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerjanya.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has revolutionized international trade, significantly facilitating cross-border transactions. This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on global trade, identify emerging opportunities, and uncover ongoing challenges, particularly in terms of regulation and security. A descriptive qualitative method is employed by reviewing relevant literature on digitalization, e-commerce, blockchain, and global trade policies.The findings indicate that digitalization brings various benefits, including enhanced transaction efficiency, greater transparency in supply chains, and expanded international market access, especially for developing countries and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, several challenges persist, such as regulatory discrepancies between countries, cybersecurity threats, unequal access to technology, and protectionist policies imposed by developed nations. Therefore, adaptive policies, harmonized international trade regulations, and investments in human resource development and digital infrastructure are essential to fostering a more inclusive and sustainable global trade environment.

Abstract

Pulau Rantau Village is one of the villages under the working area of ​​Tanah Grogot District. Community Service by providing material related to TQM so that village employees are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities well, namely by providing maximum service to every community who needs services at the village office. The target of implementing this activity is all employees at the Pulau Rantau Village Office, Tanah Grogot District, with the material of Implementing TQM in Improving the Quality of Excellent Service carried out through lecture and question and answer discussion methods. In this activity, the importance of cooperation between all village officials in providing services to the community is also conveyed, so that excellent quality service and satisfaction is felt by every community member who receives services at the village office.

Abstract

The process of long-term improvement in the economic condition of a country to a better state over a certain period is called economic growth.When the level of economic activity is higher than that achieved in previous periods, the economy of a country is said to be experiencing growth.The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which the manufacturing industry and the agricultural industry influence Indonesia's growth.This type of study is a qualitative study that uses the literature review method.This method is very suitable and relevant for analyzing the influence of the manufacturing industry and the agricultural industry.The results show that the manufacturing and agricultural sectors have a complex influence on Indonesia's economic growth.By becoming a leading sector, manufacturing can drive economic growth by creating more jobs and boosting other sectors such as trade and services.Foreign direct investment (FDI), bank credit, and the number of business units in certain sectors influence the development of the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have an important task in supporting national economic growth, creating jobs and supporting income redistribution. However, SMEs still experience various obstacles that can disrupt their competitiveness and development. This research aims to analyze and identify the main obstacles experienced by SMEs. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research results stated that the obstacles experienced in optimizing the development scheme were time and motivation. Apart from thet, the entrepreneur is willing to put into practice what he has learned from training or mentoring in business management.

Abstract

The aim of the community service activity is "Socialization and Education of Sharia Banking Products for UMKM". This socialization aims to educate about sharia banking products so that they can know and understand sharia banking products so that it is hoped that a lot of knowledge and information will be absorbed by respondents, in this case are UMKM actors in Tanah Grogot. During educational outreach related to Sharia Banking, the team distributed questionnaires to respondents or participants in the socialization for UMKM actors to analyze based on the answers of respondents who attended the socialization. From the results of the socialization, the understanding of UMKM actors towards Islamic banks is sufficient. This can be proven by 15 respondents or (83.33%) who answered Yes, Fairly Understand. This shows that of the 18 UMKM actors who attended the socialization, they had sufficient understanding regarding Islamic banks and The Products. This means that the education that has been provided by the community service team has been quite successful in increasing the insight and knowledge of UMKM players and it is hoped that it can increase public awareness, especially UMKM players in Tanah Grogot, to carry out minimum savings transactions at sharia banks. Apart from that, one of the biggest obstacles in Sharia Bank transactions is the lack of available ATM networks, which makes UMKM players still hesitant to become interested in becoming Sharia Bank customers. This was proven by the UMKM players who attended the socialization, 9 respondents or 50% still Hesitance to become a sharia bank customer is due to the fact that the ATM network is not large, which is one of the factors why there are still many who are not interested in becoming sharia bank customers. From the results of the community service activity "Socialization and education of sharia banking products for UMKM in Tanah Grogot" it can be concluded that the presenters were able to educate the UMKMs who attended the socialization very well. This was proven by 11 respondents or 61.11% who responded that the material presented by the lecturers related to sharia banking product education was very good so that UMKM players could gain understanding and knowledge about sharia banking contracts and products which they hoped would be equipped with this knowledge. applied in sharia-based economic life.

Abstract

This article examines various factors that determine the success and competitiveness of cooperatives in Indonesia from the perspective of economic management education. The analysis draws upon recent empirical studies, theoretical reviews, and case-based comparisons published in the past five years. Findings reveal that institutional governance, member participation, digital innovation, cooperative education, and capital structure are key determinants of cooperative performance. Educational efforts in management, especially in vocational and community-based settings, significantly influence the sustainability and competitiveness of cooperatives in the modern economy.

Abstract

Partisipasi anggota merupakan elemen fundamental dalam keberlangsungan dan keberhasilan koperasi sebagai lembaga ekonomi yang demokratis. Namun, pada praktiknya, masih banyak koperasi menghadapi tantangan rendahnya keterlibatan anggota dalam pengelolaan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam strategi-strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi anggota dalam pengelolaan koperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mengandalkan berbagai literatur ilmiah dari jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang efektif meliputi edukasi koperasi yang partisipatif, pelibatan aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan, pelayanan koperasi yang responsif, pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara inklusif, kaderisasi pengurus yang berkelanjutan, serta pemberian insentif moral dan ekonomi kepada anggota. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan sistemik dan berkelanjutan dalam membangun budaya partisipasi anggota. Dengan menerapkan strategi yang tepat, koperasi tidak hanya akan mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan anggotanya, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi koperasi sebagai pilar ekonomi kerakyatan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) which influence jointly (simultaneously) and individually (partially) on the performance of Civil Servants at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. From the research results, it was obtained that the validity test results of the total number of questions were 22 items, all of which had a value of rcount > rtable, which means that all questions were valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.881, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the research results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 1.152 + 0.338 X1 + 0.383 X2 is obtained. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.737, this shows that there is a strong relationship between the Reward variable (X1) and the Punishment variable (X2) on the Performance of Civil Servants (Y) at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.543, which means that the Reward variable (X1) and Punishment variable (X2) can explain the Civil Servant Performance variable (Y) at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service by 54.3% while the remaining is 45. 7% is influenced by other variables not studied. From the results of the F Test, it is obtained that Fcount is 18.432 > Ftable 3.30 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence simultaneously (simultaneously) between the Reward variable (X1) and the Punishment variable (X2) on the Civil Servant Performance variable (Y) at the Youth Service, Sports and Tourism in Paser Regency so that the first hypothesis is confirmed or Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the results of the t test for the Reward variable (X1) and the Punishment variable (X2) they have a significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants (Y) at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that the Punishment variable (X2) has a dominant influence on Civil Servant Performance (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 2.758 and the smallest significance value of 0.010 so that the second hypothesis is proven or Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
