Activities carried out in this Community Service are through socialization activities on the application of healthy life management in overcoming the spread of the Covid-19 virus pandemic in the form of counseling on healthy life management management for residents of Padasuka Village, Serang Regency. Solutions to mobilize healthy living management habits with a healthy life management socialization system in order to overcome the spread of the Covid-19 virus, as well as the need for masks and hand sanitizers in order to ensure health and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. The objectives of this service activity are 1) Increase understanding of the application of healthy living management in overcoming the spread of the Covid-19 Virus; 2) implementing healthy living management habits in overcoming the spread of the Covid-19 Virus. In the midst of conditions that will spread the Covid-19 virus, it is very necessary to socialize the application of healthy life management and prevention efforts which bring benefits 1) increasing understanding of the dangers of the Covid-19 virus, 2) increasing knowledge about how to prevent being infected with the Covid-19 virus , 3) increasing knowledge of how to wash hands properly, 4) increasing knowledge of how to maintain body resistance with healthy life management, 5) knowing how to take steps to implement a healthy lifestyle.

Covid-19 has harmed a variety of industries around the world, including Indonesia. Due to widespread social limitations, especially in the economic sector. Countless businesses and unemployed people have been affected by the virus's virulence. As a result, the Indonesian government does not stand silent when it comes to dealing with this issue. The PEN (National Economic Recovery) initiative is meant to help the country's economy get back on track. Because the data used comes from official sources, this research is descriptive quantitative, which means it presents the data in a methodical and comprehensive manner. This study was carried out in the banking sector, which is held by SOEs. A literature review was utilized to gather information and knowledge, which included theories, models, and concepts, in order to gain secondary data. The success of a company's business wheels is with a good and purposeful management pattern. This includes organized financial records. This study aims to determine the application of the QASIR application in the Cash Sales Accounting Information System. This study discusses about Cash Sale before and after using the Qasir application. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study were obtained through purposive sampling and snowball sampling, with primary and secondary data types. Primary sources, data obtained through interviews and secondary sources obtained from record sales and inventory of store owners. From this study, the results obtained in the form of the Qasir application that purchase transaction data can be automatically stored as proof of cash receipts, and through the Qasir application one can easily find out the amount of profit from the sale

Program community service aims to initiate the creative economy of the community in the Village Sayar Taktakan District Serang city, especially for pkk cadres as the driver of the family economy. The program was held by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bina Bangsa University. This form of program is to provide ecoprint training for pkk cadres of Sayar Village. The training started from the provision of materials about ecoprint, tips - tips to become an entrepreneur, recording financial statements in the family and business environment and a good way of speaking in establishing communication in business relations by a team of Lecturers bina bangsa university and Banten Shipping Polytechnic. then continued with the process of making ecoprint with several stages. The first stage is the mordanting process, the second stage is leaf treatment, the third stage is the process of leaf motif / leaf printing, the fourth stage is the steaming stage, the fifth stage is the color locking stage and the sixth stage is the final stage until the ecoprint results are ready for sale. The ecoprint training is to improve the skills of productive age PKK members in Sayar village berbasis creative economy. Through this ecoprint training is expected to be the birth of new female entrepreneurs to improve the family economy and to support their lives for the better in the future

This research is based on both recent and current phenomena regarding audit quality, one of the phenomena that has become of interest in conducting this research such as the previous cases, namely the Enron case and the latest one as experienced by PT Garuda Indonesia. affect audit quality. . The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of audit fees, audit tenure, audit rotation and company size on audit quality and to develop a theory of planned behavior that contributes to the independent variables. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies in the Multi-Industrial Sector and Companies in the Property, Housing & Construction Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 129 data samples. The analytical method used is Logistic Regression (Logistics Regression). The results showed that audit fees had a positive and significant effect on audit quality, while audit tenure, audit rotation and firm size had a positive but not significant effect on audit quality

Tourism development is currently aimed at sustainable tourism development with development based on the principle of community-based empowerment. One of the villages that developed with these principles is Pipitan Village. Pipitan Creative Park is a new tourist attraction in Kota Serang that has many tourist destinations. Pipitan Creative Park tourism has resources that are abundant enough that it has considerable tourist potential to be developed as a tourist attraction. This place when considered more than potential can be developed as a charming beauty makes tourists more comfortable. In this case, the program implemented is to further develop the Pipitan Creative Park of Walalantaka Subdistrict. In tourism management, there are several aspects of planning, management, supervision and evaluation. But in its implementation, not optimal for this reason, the management of tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) is necessary. Human Resource Development, Friendly local population and Artisan community training. These methods are used to improve the economy of the community by organizing events involving the community around tourist attractions, maintenance of garbage tubs and cooperation programs with third parties. The positive impact on Creative Park attractions is the opening of jobs, increasing community income, the use of tourist facilities in the local community.

The effect of the PSBB or PPKM implemented by the government has changed the economic life of the Indonesian people in general, so that housewives must be able to manage their family finances well. With her knowledge and confidence in managing every family's expenses by adjusting her husband's income. This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitude on Financial Management Behavior of Women Farmers Group with Self Efficacy as Intervening Variable. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample is 30 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Primary data processing using path analysis techniques using SMART PLS 3 software. he results of the research hypothesis 1 have a P value of 0.001 so that it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Hypothesis 2, obtained a P value of 0.027 so that it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Hypothesis 3, the result of P value is 0.781 so that it accepts Ho and rejects Ha. Hypothesis 4, the result of P value is 0.450 so that it accepts Ho and rejects Ha. And hypothesis 5, the result of P value is 0.773 so that it accepts Ho and rejects Ha. The conclusion is that financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management behavior, while financial attitudes have a significant effect on financial management behavior. And Self Efficacy has no influence on financial management behavior. In addition, the results of the study show that Self Efficacy is not able to mediate financial literacy on financial management behavior and is also unable to mediate between financial attitudes and financial management behavior

The purpose of this study is to analyze cash flow statements to assess the financial performance of companies engaged in agriculture listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data used is secondary data, namely the complete financial statements of agricultural sector companies, totaling 6 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using purposive sampling. The analytical technique used is using the cash flow ratio by comparing each cash flow statement from each company engaged in the agricultural sector each year. The results show that the agricultural companies studied in general have good performance, if examined from the ratio of cash flows to interest, capital expenditures, and the ratio of cash flows to net income, but from the ratio of cash flows to current liabilities and total debt, the company the agricultural sector is underperforming

Sources of regional original income consist of regional tax revenues, regional levies, results of separated regional wealth management and other legitimate regional revenues.. Realization of local revenue decreased in 2019, the realization of entertainment tax decreased in 2020 and 2021, and realization of taxes on non-metallic minerals and rocks decreased in 2019 and 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entertainment taxes and taxes on non-metallic minerals and rocks on Lebak Regency's Original Revenue in 2018-2021 partially or simultaneously with the object of research at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Lebak Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the realization of entertainment tax revenue, non-metallic minerals and rock tax and local revenue for 2018-2021. The research sample obtained by the saturated sampling method amounted to 48 samples The results showed that the entertainment tax variable based on the partial test obtained a value of tcount-0,139 > ttable-2,01410 with a significance value of 0,890 > 0,05. The non-metal mineral tax variable and rock value obtained tcount 2,223 > ttable 2,01410 with a significance value of 0,31 < 0,05. Simultaneous test results obtained Fcount 2,490 < Ftable 3,20 with a significance value of 0,094 > 0,05. The conclusion of this study is that partially entertainment tax has no effect on local revenue and non-metallic mineral and rock taxes have a significant effect on local revenue. Simultaneously entertainment tax and taxes on non-metallic minerals and rocks no effect on local revenue
