Abstract

This study explores the development and implementation of the Smart-Rural Entrepreneurship model as a strategic initiative to strengthen rural economic systems through the integration of digital technologies. Rural micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) often face challenges such as limited access to markets, decision-making tools, and institutional support, which hinder their competitiveness in the digital economy. The objective of this research is to design and evaluate a context-specific model that integrates Internet of Things (IoT) technology, Business Intelligence (BI), and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) decision-making method to enhance entrepreneurship in rural areas. The research followed four stages: identifying local potentials and needs, designing a smart entrepreneurship system, implementing and testing the system in a partner village, and evaluating and refining the system. The findings show that more than 82% of MSME actors adopted the digital promotion website after training, 76% utilized the SAW system to prioritize business strategies, and 68% benefited from the BI dashboard for real-time monitoring of sales and inventory. The integration of IoT and BI improved decision-making and reduced reliance on intuition, while the SAW method supported objective prioritization. The overall digital adoption increased from 40% to 82%, showing the effectiveness of the model in empowering rural MSMEs and promoting inclusive digital transformation.

Abstract

Pengelolaan air yang efisien merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional di SMK Diponegoro. Tandon air yang selama ini dikelola secara manual sering menimbulkan kendala, seperti tandon meluap atau kosong akibat keterlambatan pengisian. Hal ini menyebabkan pemborosan air dan listrik serta meningkatkan beban kerja staf pengelola. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang sistem pendeteksi ketinggian air otomatis berbasis sensor ultrasonik dan Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Sistem ini menggunakan sensor water level control untuk mendeteksi batas bawah dan atas ketinggian air, yang kemudian diolah oleh PLC untuk mengontrol pompa secara otomatis. Selain itu, data ketinggian air dikirim ke database dan ditampilkan pada web secara real-time. Metode logika fuzzy Tsukamoto digunakan dalam sistem kontrol untuk mengakomodasi ketidakpastian pembacaan sensor, dengan aturan berbasis bahasa alami seperti “air rendah”, “air sedang”, dan “air tinggi”. Hasil implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan air, mengurangi pemborosan, dan meringankan beban pengelola di lingkungan SMK Diponegoro.

Abstract

Pegon is an Arabic alphabet modified to write Javanese, Madurese and Sundanese. Pegon itself is widely used among Muslims, especially for religious education facilities in Islamic boarding schools. At that time, the Javanese still used the Kawi script and Javanese script to write classical Javanese texts. To develop the motivation of students in mastering science, learning the Pegon alphabet can take advantage of Information Technology and Computer-based learning, especially Android-based smartphones that are practical and have a high level of mobility. The results of this study are learning media for writing pegon letters in interpreting books in android-based Islamic boarding schools

Abstract

From the results of the analysis of the data or information obtained, there is an urgent need for the availability of an employee data processing application program. To perform the processing of employee salary data processing at PT. GrandBest Indonesia is done by saving the data as an archive, then the data is entered into the computer through the Ms. Excel. Based on data from interviews with officers who handle employee payroll issues, that the ability of HR in using Ms. Excel is very low. As a result, this program cannot be used properly to process employee salary data. This is an obstacle because it causes delays in information and data loss. To overcome these problems, a new computerized system is needed to improve work efficiency. The methodology used to design the computerized system is: analyzing the current system, designing a new system, creating a system / programming, and finally testing the system that has been created. The resulting application in making this program is an employee payroll information system application at PT. GrandBest Indonesia using Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language. This application generates employee biodata reports, salary data reports consisting of all salary data reports, attendance and salary data reports, salary data reports per class and journals..

Abstract

Design and Development of Fire Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things Using Flame Sensor and Smoke Sensor (Case Study at Balai Desa Dlimas). Fire is a disaster that can cause significant losses in both material and human life. Early fire detection is crucial to minimize the potential impact. Balai Desa Dlimas, located in Banyuputih District, Batang Regency, currently lacks an adequate fire detection and monitoring system. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a fire monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using an ESP32 microcontroller, a flame sensor, an MQ-2 smoke sensor, and a DHT22 temperature sensor. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a prototyping model. The system is designed to detect the presence of fire, smoke, and room temperature in real time. Data from the sensors is processed by the ESP32 and sent to the Blynk application to notify users. Warning outputs are also provided through a buzzer and LED lights as on-site alerts. The test results show that the system can detect fire, smoke, and temperature increases with high accuracy. Users can receive real-time notifications via the Blynk application within less than 3 seconds of fire detection. This system is expected to help Balai Desa Dlimas minimize fire risk and can be further developed for implementation across various public facilities.

Abstract

Trimegah Cipta Mandiri is a company that operates in the service sector, namely outsourcing or what is known as outsourcing and this company, so far, for marketing still uses telephone, print media and comes directly to the prospective employment company so it cannot find out information about PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri is complete and up to date and takes quite a long time and costs quite a lot. Apart from that, when work relations require new potential workers, they experience difficulties, because they do not know directly the data about potential new workers. The purpose of writing this thesis is to design a web-based ordering system at PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri, so that it can act as a liaison between PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri and work relations without being limited by the location of a region and access times, as well as ease of obtaining information about prospective workers. new work required by work relations. The research methods used included field studies and literature studies. Field studies include interviews and direct observations. Meanwhile, literature research is carried out by looking for materials that are relevant to the problem. Design methods include system analysis in the form of Flow of Documents, system design in the form of Context Diagrams, DFD, ERD, Normalization. The results of the design are applied in the form of web design using the PHP programming language and database management using MySQL. After the system analysis and design has been carried out, it can be seen that PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri requires a more effective and efficient method of processing and data collection, so that it is hoped that it will be able to produce information quickly, precisely and accurately which is useful for improving services to work relations.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce system integrated with a barcode scanner to support product data management at Toko Keko Branded Yogyakarta. The system is proposed as a solution to the previous manual ordering and recording processes, which were time-consuming and prone to errors. The application was developed using PHP and MySQL, with Bootstrap to provide a responsive user interface. The integration of a barcode scanner enables faster and more accurate product input, stock updates, and product search without manual typing. The development process follows the Waterfall model, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that the system improves the efficiency of product management, facilitates transactions, and supports the digitalization of store operations.
