Abstract

UD Tahu Pak Mat Rodli merupakan slah satu UD yang bergerak pada industri olahan makanan. Banyaknya air yang digunakan pada proses produksi memicu timbulnya limbah cair, dimana limbah ini apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan seperti munculnya bau tidak sedap. Dengan menggunakan metode green productivity dapat mengatasi masalah yang timbul akibat pencemaran lingkungan. Diketahui produktivitas total dari bulan Januari-Desember 2023 nilainya >1 dengan jumlah produktivitas total 16,37 dengan rata-rata 1,37 yang berarti efisiensi produksi perusahaan melebihi standar yang ditetapkan. Dari hasil uji lab limbah cair tahu terdapat 4 parameter yang diujikan yaitu TSS, pH, BOD dan COD. Pada perhitungan indeks EPI diketahui nilai akhir 9,4 yang termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik. Dari penyusunan alternatif dapat diberikan usulan dengan menerapkan IPAL yaitu pompa NANO Smart Filter Advacnce Model NSF 4500. Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulties of teachers with changing learning processes, namely online and offline learning. The teacher who teaches at SMAN 1 Kec. Akabiluru had difficulty adjusting to covid 19. Another problem faced was that students were not allowed to come to school. Teachers and students only meet on learning media that supports it. Teachers also have difficulty in understanding the character of students and teachers are also not free to convey material to students. And also many of the teachers are not proficient in using related social media to support the learning process. With the offline learning process, it is very helpful for teachers in terms of conveying material to students. The offline learning process can also overcome some obstacles during the online learning process. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach, which describes a phenomenon that occurs according to the data in the field. Researchers conducted research at SMAN 1 Kec. Akabiluru, with the key informant being the PAI teacher who teaches in class X and the supporting informant being the Principal of SMAN 1 Kec. Akabiluru, class X students and parents of class X students. In collecting data the researchers used interview and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, in analyzing it, the researcher took several steps, namely selecting data, presenting data and drawing conclusions, to test the credibility and validity of the data, the researcher checked the data that had been obtained from several sources, then selected and presented, categorized which views were the same, different and which were more specific. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that in the implementation of online and offline learning in the pie subject, class x students at sman 1 kec. Akabiluru is more or less going well. This is evidenced by the full support of the school in facilitating teachers and students in the online and offline learning process. The teacher is also eager to provide material to students even though they experience many obstacles. Students have difficulty in participating in learning because of the pandemic conditions that limit the space for students to move in learning. However, they must continue to follow the learning. This right is also inseparable from parental support at home.  Keyword: Online Learning, Offline Learning

Abstract

This research focuses on how disciplined character can be instilled in scouts who are raised in scout extracurricular activities at Raudhatul Jannah Payakumbuh Islamic Elementary School. The purpose of this research is to describe the trainer's efforts in forming a disciplined character in students through scout activities at Raudhatul Jannah Payakumbuh Islamic Elementary School. This research was conducted at Raudhatul Janah Payakumbuh Islamic Elementary School involving 20 students who took part in scout raising and coaching activities. This type of research is qualitative research using three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of observations made, it shows that scout extracurriculars can form a disciplined character in students. The formation of this disciplined character can be formed due to the efforts made by the trainer by applying punishment methods and giving appreciation to students for PPB material and pioneering activities.

Abstract

This research focuses on how disciplined character can be embedded in scouts who raise in extracurricular scout activities at Raudhatul Jannah Payakumbuh Islamic Elementary School. The aim of this research is to describe the coaches' efforts in forming a disciplined character in students through scout activities at Raudhatul Jannah Payakumbuh Islamic Elementary School. This research was conducted at Raudhatul Janah Payakumbuh Islamic Elementary School involving 20 students who participated in scout raising activities and coaching. This type of research is qualitative research, using three data collection techniques, namely, interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the observations carried out, it shows that scout extracurriculars can form a disciplined character in students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan gaya hidup terhadap pengelolaan keuangan ibu wali santri di Pondok Pesantren Roudlotut Tarbiyatil Qur’an (RTQ) Nurul Huda, Desa Brongkal, Kecamatan Pagelaran, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 111 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Mengingat peran ibu sebagai pengelola keuangan rumah tangga, pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku keuangan mereka menjadi sangat krusial. Temuan ini juga memperkuat teori perilaku keuangan dalam konteks komunitas pesantren serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap perancangan program literasi keuangan berbasis nilai lokal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and determine whether there is a relationship between social comparison and self esteem in students who use TikTok social media at the Faculty of Da'wah, Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember State Islamic University.  The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach that focuses on correlation. The sample collection method in this study used purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents 205 students of class 2022 of the Faculty of Da'wah. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using pearson product moment techniques. The results of the pearson product moment analysis technique show a significance value of 0.000 with a comparison of the hypothesis test guideline value <0.05, therefore the two variables of social comparison with self esteem are stated to be related, because Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The Pearson Correlation value of -0.247 indicates a negative relationship between social comparison and self esteem. This result shows that the lower the social comparison, the higher the sellf elstelm. Conversely, the higher the social comparison, the lower the self esteem.

Abstract

Cookies are a dry snack that has several flavors to choose from, from savory to sweet. This snack is usually served at big holiday celebrations such as Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, Chinese New Year and New Year. Indonesia, with a majority Muslim population, makes the pastry business a business that has good prospects. Community service partners, in this case students from the Development Economics study program, saw this prospect and started starting a dry cake business. The dry cake business he started started with the production of pineapple cakes and was offered through word of mouth. The market segment targeted is the lower middle segment. With the scope of marketing being limited to college friends and neighbors in the village where the partners live. The community service team saw that the partner's dry cake business startup had prospects for further development. The first thing the service team did was discuss with partners to identify problems found in their start-up business. From the problems identified, solutions are then planned. The results of the service activities include producing a logo design for the packaging label that is more attractive than previously not having a packaging label, the packaging used is more attractive, marketing has been expanded by utilizing social media Instagram, and product quality is better by using quality ingredients and delicious taste. more delicious.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan keselamatan pasien merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat global yang serius. Menurut Komite Nasional Keselamatan Pasien yang terdapat di dalam Sistem Pelaporan dan Pembelajaran Keselamatan Pasien Nasional (SP2PKN), di Indonesia terus terjadi peningkatan dalam pelaporan insiden sebanyak 11% pada tahun 2015-2019. Perilaku perawat dan kemampuan perawat dalam melaksanakan sasaran keselamatan pasien sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sasaran keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap bagian saraf. Pengambilan sampel melalui metode Accidental sampling dengan jumlah 22 perawat. Alat pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi diadopsi dari Sundoro, Rosa dan Risdiana tahun 2016. Analisa Data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menentukan frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan penatalaksanaan sasaran keselamatan pasien secara keseluruhan dengan menerapkan 6 sasaran keselamatan pasien masih belum optimal (95,5%), Namun, secara detail pelaksanaan sasaran keselamatan pasien pada setiap variabel didapatkan hasil yang sudah optimal yaitu sasaran mengidentifikasi pasien dengan benar (90,9%), sasaran memastikan lokasi pembedahan yang benar, prosedur yang benar, pembedahan pada pasien yang benar (86,4%), sasaran mengurangi resiko infeksi akibat perawatan kesehatan (59,1%), sedangkan yang belum optimal yaitu sasaran meningkatkan komunikasi efektif (86,4%), sasaran meningkatkan keamanan obat-obatan yang harus diwaspadai (72,7%), dan sasaran mengurangi resiko cedera pasien akibat jatuh (77,3%). Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat memberikan perhatian dan supervisi berkelanjutan secara periodik dalam upaya meningkatkan pelaksanaan sasaran keselamatan pasien oleh perawat di ruang rawat inap.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and students’ perceptions of using Rebus Story media in Arabic language learning at SD NU Insan Cendekia. The research background arises from the low interest and comprehension of students in Arabic vocabulary due to conventional methods that lack visual and contextual engagement. This study employed a mixed methods approach using a convergent parallel design, combining quantitative data from pretest–posttest results and qualitative data from classroom observations and interviews. Statistical analysis revealed that the use of Rebus Story significantly improved students’ learning outcomes, with the mean pretest score of 68.5 rising to 93.25 in the posttest, and a paired-sample t-test result of t(19) = 20.012 (p < 0.001), indicating a highly significant effect. The qualitative findings further showed that students responded positively to the use of this media because it made learning more enjoyable, contextual, and interactive. These results support Mayer’s Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning and Paivio’s Dual Coding Theory, emphasizing the importance of combining visual and verbal elements in language learning. The study concludes that Rebus Story is effective in enhancing students’ understanding and motivation in learning Arabic, while also fostering a communicative and collaborative classroom atmosphere.
