Abstract

Mahasiswa keperawatan dengan berbagai macam beban belajar, beban sosial, psikologisbahkan dari lingkungan keluarga menjadikan mahasiswa sangat rentan terhadap stres. Kondisi stresyang terus menerus dialami oleh mahasiswa dapat menjadi salah satu faktor timbulnya penyakitpsikologis seperti depresi, gangguan kecemasan dan kemarahan, akibat kondisi burnout. Selain ituburnout juga mungkin akan berdampak pada penurunan prestasi akademik, perpanjangan studi dantingginya angka drop out. Hipnoterapi merupakan salah satu terapi yang dapat dipergunakan untukmereduksi pemikiran negatif lebih kearah positif. Terapi ini mampu menjadikan mahasiswa merasalebih baik dan lebih positif dalam menjalankan pendidikannya. Terapi ini dapat membantu banyakorang untuk dapat menjalani kehidupan dengan baik. Pelatihan yang diajarkan kepada mahasiswakeperawatan bertujuan untuk menjadikan mahasiswa mampu untuk menjadi penolong bagi mahasiswalain untuk siap dan lebih positif menjalani pendidikan.Kata Kunci : burnout, hypnoterapi, mahasiswa keperawatan

Abstract

ABSTRAKRemaja adalah generasi masa depan yang akan memimpin dan membawa perkembangan suatu negara kedepannya. Di Indonesia angka pernikahan usia dini, pergaulan bebas seperti seks bebas dan narkoba masih menjadi masalah yang setiap tahunnya meningkat. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan mengoptimalisasi kesehatan dalam komunitas remaja Indonesia tentang kesehatan reproduksi untuk menguatkan pemahaman mereka pentingnya memahami kesehatan reproduksi secara komfrehensif. Penyuluhan kesehatan dilaksanakan online dengan zoom meeting terhadap 167 remaja yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi tentang tumbung kembang remaja, bahaya pernikahan dini, penyuluhan tentang bahaya seks bebas, kehamilan dan perilaku aborsi dikalangan remaja. Pada kegiatan ini didapatkan 167 remaja memiliki pengetahuan baik sebesar 98%. Remaja membutuhkan informasi yang benar dan dari orang yang tepat sehingga informasi yang diterima benar dan remaja dapat berprilaku dengan baik, sehingga perlu adanya pendampingan terhadap remaja untuk mencari informasi yang valid dan perlunya penguatan dari orangtua terkait pentingnya mengenal perkembangan remaja Kata kunci: kesehatan reproduksi; penyuluhan; remaja ABSTRACTTeenagers are the future generation who will lead and bring the development of a country in the future. In Indonesia, the number of early marriages, promiscuity such as free sex and drugs is still a problem that increases every year. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize health in the Indonesian adolescent community about reproductive health to strengthen their understanding of the importance of understanding reproductive health comprehensively. Health counseling was carried out online with zoom meetings for 167 adolescents spread throughout Indonesia. The methods used are lectures and discussions about adolescent development, the dangers of early marriage, counseling about the dangers of free sex, pregnancy and abortion behavior among adolescents. In this activity, 167 adolescents had good knowledge of 98%. Adolescents need the right information and from the right people so that the information received is correct and adolescents can behave properly, so there is a need for assistance to adolescents to find valid information and the need for reinforcement from parents related to the importance of recognizing adolescent development. Keywords: reproductive health; extension; adolescent

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Menjadi caregiver bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus bukanlah peran yang mudah. Tugas dan tanggung jawab Caregiver dapat menjadi beban yang berpotensi menimbulkan banyak masalah emosional dan mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis caregiver. Kondisi mental emosional caregiver yang buruk dapat mempengaruhi pelayanan dan asuhan yang diberikannya kepada ABK. Sehingga, pengalaman caregiver dalam memaknai pengalaman hidupnya menjadi pengasuh profesional bagi anak-anak ABK menjadi penting untuk dieksplorasi. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengeksplorasi makna pengalaman caregiver Panti Asuhan Bhakti Luhur Banjarmasin dalam merawat ABK. Metode : Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Fenomenologi interpretatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik indept interview dengan bantuan daftar pertanyaan yang sudah disusun peneliti. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik 7-steps of IPA. Partisipan berjumlah 5 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil : Penelitian ini menghasilkan 4 tema utama yaitu; (1) Realitas pekerjaan tidak sesuai teori, (2) Kondisi pencetus emosional, (3) Tujuan kerja tidak tercapai (4) Beban psikologis emosional caregiver Kesimpulan : Pengalaman caregiver yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini memaknai pengalamannya bahwa menjadi caregiver bagi ABK bukan suatu pekerjaan yang mudah. Tugas utama dan tambahan yang diberikan sering membuat caregiver merasa kelelahan, kejenuhan dan marah. Tugas dan beban yang tinggi inilah yang sering membawa stres dari tanggung jawabnya sebagai caregiver. Kata Kunci : ABK, Caregiver, Pengalaman Emosional

Abstract

Welcoming the era society 5.0, Nursing Education make adjustment by implementing a digital-based and focused learning process Student Centered Learning (SCL). However, the problem that exists is lecturers still play an important role as the main learning source (Teacher Centered Learning). Students tend to be passive because they only listen to explanations of material from lecturers. EBook multimodality interactive developed to help improve lecturers' abilities in the digital field and help increase student interest in learning. This research aims to analyzing the effect of providing interactive multimodality EBooks using the SCL method on nursing students' learning interest in this era society 5.0. The research design used quasi experimental with post-test control group design. The research was conducted in September-November at the Nursing Study Program at Universitas Lambung Mangkurat.The sample was 84 respondents with Total Sampling. Statistical test using independent sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. Measuring student interest in learning using a questionnaire. Significance value p-value of 0.001 (<0.05) with a value of 95% confidence interval amounting to 3,513-6,261 so it can be concluded that there is an influence of giving EBook multimodality interactive through the SCL method on nursing students' learning interest in this era society 5.0. EBook multimodality interactive developed can be applied by lecturers in every nursing course, making it easier for students to carry out independent learning and interact digitally.

Abstract

Introduction: In response to the Society 5.0 era, nursing education must adapt by integrating digital-based learning approaches that emphasize Student-Centered Learning (SCL). However, many educators continue to rely on traditional Teacher-Centered Learning (TCL) methods, where students passively receive information, often resulting in disengagement and boredom. To address this challenge, an interactive multimodality eBook was developed to support digital teaching practices and enhance student learning interest. This study aimed to analyze the effect of providing interactive multimodality eBooks using the SCL method on nursing students’ learning interest in the Society 5.0 era.Methods: This quasi-experimental study used a post-test control group design. The sample consisted of 58 fourth-semester nursing students selected through total sampling. The intervention group received the interactive multimodality eBook integrated with SCL, while the control group followed conventional learning methods. Student learning interest was measured using a validated questionnaire. Data were analyzed using an independent sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05.Results: There was a significant difference in learning interest between the two groups. The intervention group had a mean score of 19.66, classified as high, while the control group had a mean score of 13.77, classified as moderate. The p-value was 0.001 (p < 0.05), and the 95% confidence interval ranged from 3.513 to 6.261. These results indicate a significant effect of the interactive multimodality eBook using the SCL method on increasing students’ learning interest.Conclusion: Interactive multimodality eBooks can be effectively integrated into nursing education to promote digital literacy, foster independent learning, and enhance student engagement. Their use aligns with the goals of Society 5.0 by combining technology and education to create a more adaptive and student-focused learning environment.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Alasan minat baca siswa di Indonesia rendah disebabkan karena penggunaan smartphone yang kurang tepat dan kebiasaan membaca yang tidak dilatih sejak dini. Kebiasaan membaca harus dimulai sedini mungkin termasuk saat anak memasuki taman kanak-kanak (TK). Namun, kebanyakan siswa lebih memilih menggunakan smartphone untuk menonton video di youtube dan bermain game dibandingkan dengan membaca buku. Tujuan: kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa melalui stimulasi buku dongeng fabel digital berbahasa Banjar. Metode: Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 60 siswa Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 37 yang berlangsung dari 2 hingga 14 September 2024. Kegiatan mencakup sesi pemberian buku dongeng fabel digital berbahasa Banjar melalui metode story telling dilanjutkan dengan pengukuran minat baca melalui observasi menggunakan instrumen yang terdiri dari 3 indikator yakni attention, interest dan desire. Hasil: terdapat peningkatan pada minat baca siswa setelah diberikan buku dongeng fabel digital berbahasa Banjar. Kesimpulan: Minat baca siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemanfaatan media digital, guru dapat mengaplikasikan buku dongeng fabel ini di sela waktu belajar siswa.

Abstract

Nursing is an integral part of health services, so professional services are the final product of nursing care. The application of Evidence Based Practice in nursing care helps answer the needs and challenges of professional nurses in developing their independent care. Nursing professional students are change agents in the world of nursing to be able to change care for the better so that services become more optimal. The basis for implementing EBP is the education they had during academics, so this research aims to see a picture of students' knowledge and readiness in implementing EBPN at the maternity and pediatric stages. This research is quantitative descriptive, with a total sampling of 30 respondents, and has passed an ethical review and uses a knowledge and readiness questionnaire. The data analysis used is Univariate and the results of this research state that students' knowledge is still lacking (70%) and their readiness is still lacking (53.3% ). The Evidence Based Practice in Nursing course at the undergraduate nursing education level is very necessary to increase students' knowledge and readiness to become change agents, so in this course there are more tricks to make it easier for students to learn EBPN more easily and there are internal workshops for institutions to strengthen independent intervention nurses based on EBPN.
