Abstract

Hendrosari Village has an extraordinary function for health because it can treat various diseases, including: Kidney stone pain, Urinary tract pain, Back/waist pain due to being too tired/irregular in consuming drinking water. This is when viewed from the historical side of Hendrosari Village. Economically, judging from several studies and articles written by Setiawan, (2020), Komara (2020) and Kurniawan (2020), there is an explanation as follows: that this village has succeeded in developing the village into a palm tree-based tourism village. When the tourism sector is developed in Hendrosari village, of course it will create new economic channels from the village community. The MSME-based business sector has emerged with various types of products ranging from traditional processed products to modern ones (attractive packaging). This is then referred to as a blessing from the presence of the tourist village. This is in line with Setiawan's research (2020) that the tourism sector is a sector that influences each other economically and can synergize with each other if managed properly. However, based on our observations and in-depth observations, there are some interesting things to do research with the big questions are: How is digital tourism developed in Hendrosasi Village as an effort to increase the number of visitors? The research method used is a qualitative approach with three (3) resource persons to answer in the context of marketing and tourism promotion, namely how to increase the number of visitors using a digital system or in academic language called digital tourism.

Abstract

Setelah pandemic usai semua usaha dituntut kembali bergerak bangkit mengembangkan usahanya. Begitu juga terjadi pada toko retail bangunan mereka melakukan berbagai macam inovasi agar mampu bertahan dan berkembang ditengah persaingan usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan usaha Toko NBC Bangunan melalui inovasi, taktik dan mengetahui bisnis model yang digunakan, sehingga mampu bangkit dan berkembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Miles & Huberman dan menggunakan pendekatan metode Inovasi Ten Types of Innovations. Penelitian dilakukan pada Toko NBC Bangunan yang berlokasi di Kendal Kemlagi Karanggeneng Lamongan. Hasil Penelitian Toko NBC menggunakan 3 inovasi Network, Product System, Service dan 4 tacktikal inovasi yaitu aliancess, Kolaborasi, Ektensi/Plig-in, Guarantee. Tacktikal yang mendukung perkembangan Toko NBC yaitu Aliancess dan Kolabirasi. aliansi untuk bekerjasama menjadikan customernya dengan pengusaha kontraktor, kolaborasi dengan CV. Bintama Makmur untuk dapat melengkapi perlengkapan yang tidak dipunyai Toko NBC. Inovasi Service dipilih taktik Guarantee untuk menigkatkan value pelayanan berupa bergaransi barang jika terjadi kerusakan. Business Model Canvas yang menjadi point Toko NBC yaitu, adanya key partner yag melakukan kolaborasi dengan CV. Bintama Makmur dan value pelayanan fasilitas yang lengkap dan bergaransi jika terjadi kerusakan.

Abstract

Pandemi menjadi berkah tersendiri untuk jasa pengiriman barang. Salah satu yang berkembang adalah CV. Sae Sinau Andandani Ekonomi. Namun saat ini makin banyak usaha serupa yang berkembang dan menuntut upaya maksimal perusahaan untuk bisa bertahan serta dapat bersaing sehingga usaha mampu terus berkembang tidak mati digilas oleh para pesaing yang adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi pasar, para pesaing dan analisa perusahaan dari perspektif ten types innovation dan mengetahui tipe inovasi & taktik apa saja yang dipakai agar CV. Sae Sinau Andandani Ekonomi bisa berkembang lebih baik. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Analisa data menggunakan metode 10 Types of Innovation. Dari hasil penelitian ini, analisa pasar opportunity jasa pengiriman didaerah Lamongan tergolong sedikit, namun peluang bisnis jasa pengiriman sangatlah tinggi, Analisa pesaing kebanyakan menggunakan safety dan guarantee. Pengembangan bisnis CV. Sinau Andandani Ekonomi menggunakan 4 inovasi dan 4 tacktikal yang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Ten Types of Innovation dengan menggunakan Platform Shifting yang memfokuskan inovasi pada Scaled Transactions, CV. Sinau Andandani Ekonomi Memaksimalkan margin dengan pulang dan pergi membawa muatan. Alliances, CV. Sinau Andandani Ekonomi beraliansi dengan para mitra di seluruh indonesia. Efisiensi Proses, Takctikal tersebut dilakukan dengan cara sekali pemberangkatan mendapatkan dua orderan. Safety, CV. Sinau Andandani Ekonomi melakukan sebuah penjagaan barang yang akan dikirim untuk dapat menjaga kepercayaan pelanggan. Ten types innovation yang sangat mendukung adalah taktikal scaled transaction dan aliansi karena adanya kedua tacktikal ini menjadi perpaduan strategi yang sangat menguntungkan bagi perusahaan dengan sekali pemberangkatan menerima orderan pulang dan pergi.

Abstract

Berkah Coffe Mak'ju is one of the coffee entrepreneurs in Sidayu District, Gresik Regency with the highest consumer interest in Sidayu District. This is shown by the turnover income of more than 65 million per year and this figure is higher than other coffee MSMEs in Sidayu District, Gresik Regency. However, the revenue is still not in accordance with the desired target. Therefore, new innovations are needed to be able to achieve the desired income target. This study aims to find out the innovations and tactics that have been implemented by competitors and Berkah Coffe Mak'ju, innovations and tactics recommended to increase turnover in the Berkah Coffe Mak'ju business and the Berkah Coffe Mak'ju canvass business model so that the business can be sustainable. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods on Mak'ju Coffe Blessings in Ngawen Village, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data was taken from one business owner, one supplier and three competitors, namely Cakri and Lajiem from Gresik city and Mahkota Raja from Sidorjo city. The results of the study show that the business innovation that has been used by Berkah Coffe Mak'ju to get high turnover is by using Cost Leadership, Focus, and Inderect Distribution tactics and competitors Cak Ri, Lajiem, and Mahkota Raja have similarities in using tactics namely, Focus tactics , Customization, and Diversification, and each competitor has different tactics. New innovations that are right to use Berkah Coffe Mak'ju use Cost Leadership, Premium, Customization, Guarantee, and Diversification tactics. The results of other studies also found a new business model canvas that is suitable to run on Berkah Coffe Mak'ju.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is implemented as an elective subject in various tertiary faculties with the aim of producing graduates who become job creators. The rapid growth of entrepreneurship education has been fueled by declining employment and a desire to self-manage. The aims of this research are 1) To find out how to make an entrepreneur education model that is effectively applied. 2) Describe how to measure the success of entrepreneur-based universities in forming young entrepreneurs. 3) Analyze student behavior when implementing the entrepreneurship education model through existing programs. This research includes qualitative research. Data collection resulted from in-depth interviews with 5 batch 2017-2021 entrepreneurship study program students, some of whom are already alumni, 6 teaching lecturers, Head of the Laboratory & Business Incubation Center, Head of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business and Chancellor of Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. The results of this study are an effective entrepreneur education model that includes building an entrepreneur mentality, design workshops and seminars, project-based learning, and sustainable business/entrepreneur project courses. The success of forming young entrepreneurs is measured through the stages of the Entrepreneur Project, including the creation of new product/service prototypes with the principle of entrepreneur decision-making (Effectuation), validation of business models and product/service prototypes through customer testing, product launches with at least two repairs, and innovation. with 10 types of structured innovation. Student behavior shows enthusiasm for innovation, but the effectiveness of understanding in making business decisions still needs development

Abstract

The “Bite Me” and “Dapoer Teh Widia” bakery businesses have considerable marketing potential, operating in the Kejuron Village area, Madiun City. The problems faced at this time are not having a dough making machine so that it is less smooth and the process of making bread is quite long. This business also lacks understanding of business financial management, and online marketing methods to develop a business. These problems make their businesses unable to meet market demand, difficult to access capital and the acceleration of business development is not as expected. Recognizing the problems faced by partners, community service activities were carried out to improve the performance of the two partners. The method used is in the form of 1) Providing Mixer Machine assistance with a capacity of 25 kg. 2). Training to increase the ability to make business and business risk accounting 3). Improved ability to market online. The results that have been achieved are the procurement of production equipment that has been planned even with the existing budget more production equipment can be fulfilled, there is a change in behavior to use business bookkeeping that was previously unknown and after the training there is a desire and ability to market online. All of this has an impact on increasing the quantity and quality of production which also significantly increases the market and partners' income.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik mengadakan pengabdian kepada siswa kelas satu dan dua Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Pertanian Pembangunan Pelaihari Kalimantan Selatan. Sebanyak 231 siswa dari tiga jurusan yakni Agribisnis Ternak Ruminansia (ATR), Agribisnis Unggas dan Kesehatan Hewan menjadi objek pengabdian dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat kewirausahaan. Dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan sosialisasi pentingnya kewirausahaan bagi masyarakat dapat diketahui hasil kegiatan dari tiga jurusan tersebut awalnya tingkat ketidaktahuan tentang kewirausahan hingga 19,8 persen. Namun, setelah diadakan kegiatan pengabdian angka ini mengalami penurunan hingga 10 persen. Sementara tingkat pengetahuan meningkat dari 40 persen menjadi 58,4 persen.

Abstract

This study will only examine two things, namely: (1) how is the process of transforming farmers into entrepreneurs and (2) what benefits are obtained by participants who work as farmers while participating in the agripreneur academy program from the Sang Matahari Educational Institute (LPSM). The approach in this study uses an exploratory qualitative approach. From the results of the research and discussion that we analyzed, it was concluded that the transformation process from farmer to entrepreneur who took part in the agripreneur academy education program at LPSM in Sidoarjo, was as follows: (1) Curriculum designed to educate participants to become entrepreneurs in agriculture and plantations; (2) The entrepreneurial mindset of farmers as participants in the agripreneur academy is that farmers aspire to be entrepreneurs and have the motivation to develop their farming/agriculture business through networking and enriching the vision and mission; (3) The process of transforming from a farmer into an entrepreneur is known from two major changes, namely the transformation of farmers from cultivation to market-oriented farmers and from traditional farmers to managerial entrepreneurs.

Abstract

At present the problems faced are increasingly complex, making it impossible to solve them in the traditional way, because the problems are increasingly complex and there are no references in the past, solutions must be found through innovation. For example, the emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic was followed by social restrictions. Schools are required to innovate to solve problems that arise. Among them, schools must organize online schools, where previously all learning processes were carried out outside the network. In the future there will be more and more complex problems for which there is no solution, such as disruptions, global crises, regulatory changes, digitization, and so on. This service aims to teach the importance of innovation and direct practice of implementing innovation using the design thinking method to teachers and principals of SMK3 Gresik and several SMK schools in the Cerme Gresik Subdistrict. Learning in the form of workshops to be more interactive and project-based so that participants can have experience in innovating. The service was carried out well, the participants were able to properly accept the training provided and asked to be given guidance through a follow-up workshop program.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi Covid-19 sangat dirasakan oleh para UKM, termasuk usaha produk Vulkanisir ban“Rahmad Jaya”. Pendapatan menurun drastis bila dibandingkan dengan masa sebelum pandemi. Hal ini membuat pengusaha harus bijak dalam menentukan inovasi dan strategi agar usaha yang dijalankan tetap bertahan dan berjalan sebagaimana mestinya serta memiliki pelanggan yang banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi terhadap bisnis Vulkanisir ban “Rahmad Jaya” dan bagaimana inovasi usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usaha. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pandemi sangat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan pendapatan usaha Vulkanisir Ban “Rahmad Jaya”. Inovasi relasi dengan taktik kerjasama partner dan Inovasi jalur dengan taktik menyesuaikan permintaan pelanggan, telah dilakukan dan berhasil meningkatkan kembali pendapatan usaha vulkanisir ban. “Rahmad Jaya’ juga berhasil menetapkan sehingga 9 elemen bisnis modelnya, sehingga diharapkan kedepan mampu membuat usaha ini mampu terus bertahan dan berkembang.
