Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Satwa Maju Sejahtera Sempurna (2) to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT Satwa Maju Sejahtera Sempurna (3) to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance of PT Satwa Maju Sejahtera Sempurna (4) to find out the most dominant factors influencing the performance of employees of PT Satwa Maju Sejahtera Sempurna. The research results show that: (1) The coefficient of the work environment variable (X1) is 0.016, meaning that every time there is an increase in the variable X1 (Work Environment) by 1%, employee performance increases by 0.016 (1.6%) or vice versa every time there is a decrease in the variable X1 (Work Environment) of 1%, employee performance decreases by 0.016 (1.6%). (2) The coefficient of the work motivation variable (X2) is 0.386, meaning that every time there is an increase in the variable 1% then employee performance decreases by 0.386 (38.6%). (3) Simultaneous test results show that the Fcount value is 9.036 > Ftable 3.19 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that the work environment variables and work motivation together have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This research is about financial distress analysis using the Altman Z Score and Springate models to predict financial distress in property companies, especially PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi, Tbk for the 2016-2020 period. The results of this analysis are two results obtained from the Altman Z model Score and Springate. The results of the prediction of financial distress are for the Altman Z-Score model in 2016 to obtain a ratio of 2.7470 indicating a prediction of not going bankrupt, in 2017 obtaining a ratio of 3.8066 indicating a prediction of not going bankrupt, in 2018 obtaining a ratio of 3.5711 indicating prediction of not going bankrupt, in 2019 obtaining a ratio of 3.2854 indicating a prediction of not going bankrupt and in 2020 obtaining a ratio of 0.6885 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy. Whereas for the Springate model in 2016 it obtained a ratio of 0.3999 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy, in 2017 it obtained a ratio of 0.5862 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy, in 2018 it obtained a ratio of 0.5526 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy, in 2019 it obtained a ratio of 0 .4408 indicates a prediction of bankruptcy and in 2020 obtains a ratio of 0.0292 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services on community satisfaction in Klapanunggal Village, Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, and by providing a systematic and accurate description of the perceptions, the community about the quality of public services provided by Klapanunggal Village, Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency. The results of the analysis with the Service Quality (SQ) method show that there is a gap in all elements of public services, which means that the community is not satisfied with the quality of public services provided by Klapanunggal Village. While the level of community satisfaction calculated using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method shows a result of 76.2%, meaning that it is included in the category of people feeling quite satisfied with the quality of public services in Klapanunggal Village, but not yet very satisfied. Furthermore, based on the results of the analysis with the Cartesian diagram of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, it is known that the service indicators included in the top priority (Quadrant A) to be improved in order to increase community satisfaction in the future are indicators P6 (competence/ability of officers), P8 (handling complaints) and P9 (quality of facilities and infrastructure).

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the Effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Aneka Tambang, Tbk on financial statements in 2017-2022 and become one of the references regarding research on the analysis of financial statements in company. This research uses quantitative methods with classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test in IBM SPSS 22 statistical applications. The results in the classical assumption test, this study was found to have normal distribution values, did not experience heterochedascity, was not exposed to multico problems, and there was no autocorrelation. The linear regression test shows that the Current Ratio has an inversely proportional influence on the Return on Assets because it shows a positif value 0.010 while the Net Profit Margin has a direct influence on the Return on Assets because it shows a positive coefficient value 0,469. The results of the test concluded that the Current Ratio partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the Return on Assets, and the Net Profit Margin partially had a positive and significant effect on the Return on Assets. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets with a value of 73,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the ability of financial performance at PT Semen Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk. before and during the Covid-19 pandemic Period 2017 – 2021 This research uses a type of comparative research with a quantitative approach, which is research that has the nature of comparing data to see similarities and differences in some facts and the nature of the object of research based on a framework of thought. This study uses secondary data obtained from company financial reports accessed through the IDX. The results of the study indicate that the liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio), solvency ratio (total debt to total asset ratio, total debt to total equity ratio, long term debt to equity ratio), activity ratios (inventory turnover, fixed asset turnover, total asset turnover), profitability ratios (net profit margin, return on investment, return one equity) and market ratio (earning per share and price earning ratio). From this research, the company's financial performance has decreased compared to before and during Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Competence and Leadership Style have on the Performance of State Civil Servants (ASN) at the Depok City Manpower Office. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant influence of competence on employee performance with a t count of 3.879 > t table of 2.021 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) There is a significant influence of leadership on employee performance with a t count of 4.051 > t table of 2.021 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test show that the calculated F value is 28.067 > F table 2.839 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, this proves that together the competency and leadership variables have a significant effect on employee performance. (4) The test results for the coefficient of determination obtained an adjusted R² value of 0.581. This proves that 58.1% of employee performance is influenced by competence and leadership, while the remaining 41.9% of employee performance is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health level of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk using the Risk-based Bank Rating method in accordance with POJK Number 8/POJK.03/2014 concerning the Assessment of the Soundness Level of Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units. This assessment covers 4 aspects, namely: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital or commonly called RGEC. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The data studied are quantitative data sourced from the annual financial statements and GCG reports of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk for the period 2016 – 2020. The data collection technique in this study uses the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique with the Risk-based Bank Rating or RGEC method consisting of Risk Profile (NPF and FDR), Good Corporate Governance (bank self-assessment), Earnings (ROA, ROE, and BOPO), and Capital (CAR). The results of this study indicate that during 2016 - 2020 the health level of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk is in the position of Composite Rank 4 (PK 4) which is categorized as "unhealthy".

Abstract

Fulfilling the need for transportation equipment is not only fulfilled by buying but, can also be done through a rental system. As a result, the vehicle rental business has become a very lucrative business opportunity, both corporate and individual. Efforts to seize a fairly large market share require the right strategy so that business owners can achieve the targets that have been set and can increase the number of management units (units in contract). This study aims to determine the effect of marketing variables (7P) on rental decisions at PT Surya Sudeco either partially or simultaneously. This study was also conducted to determine the marketing mix (7P) and how much the marketing mix (7P) can explain the vehicle rental decision at PT Surya Sudeco. The results of the T test show that among the independent variables (X) analyzed, only the product variable has a positive and partially significant effect on vehicle rental decisions. While the results of the F test show that the independent variable (X) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 35.1% indicates the contribution of the influence of the independent variable simultaneously to the dependent variable. While the remaining 64.9% is the influence of other variables (residual/error values) outside of the variables studied.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of financial ratios on firm value. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables, namely the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and total asset turnover, while the dependent variable was the value of the food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2020 period. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained as many as 10 companies. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression method. The results of this study are the disclosure of the effect of current assets, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and total asset turnover on firm value. significance 0.386 so that Ha1 is rejected; the variable debt to equity ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by the t-count result of 10,427 and a significance of significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by the t-count result of 2.782 with a significance of 0.007 so that Ha2 is accepted; the return on assets (ROA) variable has a positive and 0.000 so that Ha3 is accepted; The total asset turnover variable has a negative and significant effect as evidenced by the t-count result -2.091 with a significance of 0.041 so that Ha4 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and compensation both partially and simultaneously on employee performance in the Ciampea District office, Bogor Regency. The results showed that: (1) The results of the partial hypothesis test proved that communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, with a t-count of 9.133 > t-table of 2.028 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) The results of hypothesis testing partially prove that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency with a t count of 8.436 > t table of 2.028 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing prove that communication and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency with an F count of 111,585 > F table of 2.866 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. (4) The results of the determination coefficient test obtained an adjusted R² value of 0.863. This proves that 86.3% of employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency is influenced by communication and compensation, while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this study.
