Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat likuiditas dan profitabilitas PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk selama periode 2017-2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder dengan cara dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis rasio likuiditas dan rasio profitabilitas serta menggunakan pendekatan Du Pont System. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk pada tahun 2017-2021 dari sisi likuiditas Current Ratio dalam kondisi cukup baik, Quick Ratio dalam keadaan cukup baik, dan Cash Ratio dalam keadaan baik. Dari sisi profitabilitas menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk di periode yang sama dari sisi Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Return on Investment (ROI) berada dalam keadaan kurang baik. Berdasarkan rata-rata hasil perhitungan Return on Investment (ROI) perusahaan selama lima tahun terakhir dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk dalam kondisi “Kurang Baik”, karena tingkat rata-rata ROI selama lima tahun berada di bawah standar penilaian ROI.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the rate of return on investment in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk., is a manufacturing company engaged in food and beverages and at the same time the largest coffee candy manufacturing company in the world. The analysis of the rate of return on investment in this study was measured using the Return On Investment analysis with the Du Pont System approach. The data collection method is carried out by documentation techniques using industry average assessment indicators from all companies such as research objects, namely in the form of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies. The findings in this study show that the Return On Investment in PT. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk., for 5 years, namely 2016-2020, is in good condition because it is above the industry average. The findings in this study can help investors to invest in a company, it can be seen from how.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini berdampak sosial terhadap anak-anak. Banyak anak-anak usia Sekolah Dasar mengendarai sepeda motor padahal dilarang. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pengetahuan terkait lalu lintas. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya pengenalan berlalulintas di usia dini agar anak-anak terbiasa memperhatikan rambu-rambu lalu lintas serta mematuhi batasan-batasan sebagaimana yang diatur dalam undang-undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan (UU LLAJ). Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan sosialisasi terkait lalu lintas pada siswa-siswi SDN 11 Karema. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode tanya jawab dan demonstrasi. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu siswa-siswi SDN 11 Karema memahami dengan baik aturan lalu lintas.

Abstract

Community Service Partners (PKM) is a micro and small brick business. Knowledge of business projections among business owners in Batu Bata is still very limited. The aim of this service is to empower traditional business owners with the knowledge and skills to produce accurate business projections to assist in developing their business. The implementation method uses lecture, exercise, and discussion/question and answer methods. The participants were brick business owners from the Limbung village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The technique for implementing this activity includes three stages starting from the preparation stage, implementation stage and activity evaluation stage. The results of the training show that traditional business owners experience difficulties in applying business forecasting techniques to their businesses because sales records are sometimes incomplete or non-existent. After carrying out the simulation, participants can understand the basis of sales forecasts for future sales forecasts. Additionally, brick-and-mortar business owners can know the exact estimates of their business. Knowledge of business forecasting is expected to improve business performance and competitiveness. The limitation of this training is that the implementation method does not use instructional techniques so that knowledge about business forecasting can be implemented in business activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of social capital in Arabica coffee farming in Kendenan Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. This research uses a purposive sampling technique for taking informants, namely informants who are determined deliberately. The data analysis technique used is qualitative, including data reduction analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that coffee farmers in Kendenan Village have a high element of trust by adopting an honest, open and respectful attitude. Social norms still apply in developing Arabica coffee farming, farmers are limited by rules that are understood verbally or unwritten. We can see the close social network through communication and cooperation that is built between fellow farmers, traders and extension workers. The reciprocal relationship between Arabica coffee farmers helps each other, pays attention to each other and helps each other, making it easier to complete work in coffee farming.
