Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran filsafat ilmu terhadap dampak perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK). Teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang semakin memanjakan manusia ini banyak menarik perhatian terutama pada kalangan generasi milenial. Ilmu yang berkembang seirama dengan peradaban zaman memang tidak bisa ditolak atau dihentikan sementara, namun hal tersebut dapat disikapi secara bijak. Manusia sebagai pelaku dalam perkembangan IPTEK tersebut perlu menyadari pentingnya filsafat untuk memberikan batasan secara realistis dan logis untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan agar tidak merugikan manusia, alam dan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan pada artikel ini yaitu metode studi kepustakaan atau library research. Hasil dari artikel ini mengungkapkan bahwa Filsafat ilmu diperlukan kehadirannya di tengah perkembangan IPTEK yang ditandai semakin menajamkan spesialisasi ilmu pengetahuan. Filsafat ilmu memberi pandangan terhadap masyarakat agar tidak terbuai dan terlena akan kehadiran perkembangan zaman. Sebagai anggota masyarakat, dan khususnya generasi muda dapat mengambil langkah-langkah representatif dan preventif untuk mencegah semaksimal mungkin dampak negatif teknologi terhadap kehidupan. Kesimpulan artikel ini adalah perkembangan IPTEK tidak dapat dilepaskan dari Filsafat Ilmu. Filsafat ilmu dalam perkembangan IPTEK berperan sebagai kunci pada suatu ilmu dan fasilitas pengujian ilmiah supaya dapat membagikan pemikiran yang kritis serta logis terhadap pertumbuhan pengetahuan serta teknologi pada saat ini

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of the Adityawarman Museum as a source of historical learning and its obstacles. This research was carried out in Padang City, focusing on the Adityawarman Museum and SMA PGRI 4 Padang. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study strategy. Data collection was carried out by informant interviews with teachers, students and museum officials, as well as document analysis using an inventory of the Adityawarman Museum collection, syllabus and lesson plans. The results of the research show that the use of the Adityawarman Museum as a source of history learning at SMA PGRI 4 Padang is optimal because teachers are greatly helped by the learning resources from the Adityawarman Museum collection objects, while students will understand more easily and be clearer in concretizing the material in the books history lessons and foster students' enthusiasm and activeness in learning. The use of the Adityawarman Museum as a source of history learning at SMA PGRI 4 Padang was not simply implemented well. This is because there are obstacles in its implementation, namely time, funds or costs, long distance, permits and the Adityawarman Museum collection which is more dominant about Minangkabau culture.

Abstract

The development of historical thinking skills, one must analyze historical event evidence. A thorough, reliable, and trustworthy grasp of history will be created through a variety of historical sources. In order to construct historical narratives, one has to be able to find, recognize, evaluate, interpret, and generalize information from primary source material. In order to fully fulfill this potential, educators must create effective ways. Due to this, the purpose of this study is to (1) explain the value of using original sources to support historical understanding and (2) find ways to use Virtual Field Trip media to help students use primary sources to support their historical learning. A literature review is employed to obtain the answers to the stated research questions. Literature reviews that were pertinent to the issue under study were used to gather research data. The interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman for data analysis included data gathering, data reduction, data display, and conclusion-making. The study's major results point out that (1) using primary source evidence effectively is crucial for developing historical understanding and (2) using virtual field trip media effectively helps students develop higher-order thinking skills, including the ability to use primary sources effectively. According to the conclusions, this article advises teachers to employ learning resources that provide students with hands-on experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses adaptasi dan pembentukan habitus pembelajaran digital pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Sosiologi di Univeristas Negeri Padang selama masa transformasi pembelajaran daring. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengkaji bagaimana mahasiswa sosiologi yang terbiasa dengan pembelajaran berbasis lapangan dan interaksi langsung dengan masyarakat, dapat beradaptasi dengan sistem pembelajaran digital yang menuntut pendekatan berbeda dalam memahami realitas sosial. Teori habitus oleh Piere Bourdieu digunakan sebagai kerangka analitis untuk memahami proses pembentukan kebiasaan baru dalam konteks pembelajaran digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh melalui analisis sistematis terhadap berbagai literatur, dokumen pembelajaran, jurnal penelitian terkait yang relevan dengan pembelajaran digital dalam konteks pendidikan sosiologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses adaptasi dan pembentukan habitus digital dalam pembelajaran sosiologi mengalami perubahan yang signifikan diataranya pertama, Adaptasi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran digital menunjukan respons yang beragam mulai dari kemampuan literasi digital serta dukungan dari lingkungan belajar. Kedua, Pergeseran nilai dan praktik pembelajaran. Ketiga, Pembentukan habitus digital memberikan pengaruh mahasiswa memahami dan mengaplikasikan konsep-konsep sosiologi. Kata kunci: Habitus, Pembelajaran Digital, Transformasi Pendidikan

Abstract

In the era of globalization and technological advancements, 21st-century skills—such as critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving—are essential for vocational high school students. This study examines the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in fostering these competencies within Egypt’s vocational education system. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews with educators and an analysis of student project outcomes. Data collection focused on assessing how PjBL influences students’ skill development and the challenges associated with its implementation. Findings indicate that PJBL significantly enhances not only students' technical expertise but also their adaptability and critical thinking skills, preparing them for the evolving labor market. Additionally, institutional support and continuous professional development for educators emerged as key factors in ensuring effective PJBL integration. These results highlight the potential of PJBL as an innovative pedagogical approach aligned with Egypt’s ongoing educational reforms. By fostering essential 21st-century skills, PJBL can better prepare vocational students for the workforce. However, successful implementation requires strategic institutional backing and teacher training. PjBL is a valuable instructional strategy for modernizing vocational education in Egypt. Its broader application could contribute to global educational advancements, equipping students with the competencies needed in a dynamic, interconnected world. This study adds to the discourse on enhancing vocational education through active, skill-oriented learning methodologies.

Abstract

History education holds strategic potential in shaping student character by integrating values essential to national identity, such as nationalism, integrity, tolerance, and empathy. However, recent revisions to Indonesian History learning materials have not sufficiently emphasized these character-building elements. This gap presents a challenge in transforming history education from mere knowledge transmission into a medium for character development. This study employed a qualitative approach using Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). Data were collected through document analysis, in-depth interviews with educators, and classroom observations. The analysis focused on identifying discursive patterns in history teaching materials and the nature of educator-student interactions during lessons. The study revealed that current history materials lack consistent integration of character values. Educators often rely on traditional narratives that fail to engage students with contextual or ethical dimensions of historical events. Additionally, classroom practices rarely encourage reflective or empathetic discussions that could foster character development. These findings highlight the need to reframe history learning as a platform for character education. Strategies such as incorporating value-based narratives, promoting student-centered discussions, and aligning content with contemporary social issues are discussed. The study proposes a responsive pedagogical framework tailored to the challenges of globalization and evolving educational priorities. This research offers practical recommendations for enhancing Indonesian History curricula to better support character education. It contributes to the broader discourse on curriculum reform and underscores history’s role in shaping morally grounded and socially responsible citizens.

Abstract

Construction of the Ganting Raya Mosque from 1945 to 2022 Research on the construction of the Ganting Raya Mosque will examine in more depth the construction of the Ganting Padang Grand Mosque and the construction of the Ganting Raya Mosque and the construction of the mosque from 1945 to 2022 at the Ganting Padang Grand Mosque. What is the architectural form of the Ganting Padang Grand Mosque. Then, it will discuss how to form the renovation of the Padang Ganting Grand Mosque. This study uses a historical approach through stages consisting of the following steps: the first stage is heuristic, namely collecting data from various relevant sources and interviewing informants who know about the construction of the Great Ganting Padang Mosque. The second stage, source criticism, tests the data through external and internal criticism to see the truth of the contents and sources. The third stage is interpretation (interpretation) by connecting and analyzing the data. The fourth stage, historiography, describes the research results in scientific writing, namely the thesis. The research results show the construction of the Ganting Great Mosque from 1945 to 2022. Ganting Raya Mosque is a mosque that is one of the old mosques among the mosques in the city of Padang. Ganting Raya Mosque is located on Jalan Ganting No. 10, Ganting Parak Gadang Village, East Padang District. The Ganting Raya Mosque is right on the edge of the main road, making it easier for people to access the mosque when it's time for prayer. To the North and East it is bordered by the houses of the people and tombs to the West and South. in the construction of the Ganting Raya Mosque from 1945 to 2022. Also known as the effect of changing the mosque from Period to Period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana generasi muda memainkan peran sebagai agen epistemik dalam menjaga, mengadaptasi, dan merevitalisasi nilai-nilai adat di tengah dinamika modernitas. Berangkat dari kajian filsafat budaya, filsafat moral, dan teori sosial kontemporer, penelitian ini menelaah hubungan antara tradisi, modernitas, dan konstruksi identitas generasi muda sebagai bagian dari proses pembentukan pengetahuan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui penelusuran sistematis terhadap buku, artikel ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan melalui proses reduksi data, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola pemikiran filosofis dan temuan empiris terkait adaptasi nilai tradisional oleh generasi muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai adat tidak bersifat statis, melainkan terus diperbarui melalui mekanisme reflektif yang dijalankan oleh generasi muda. Dalam perspektif epistemologi dan teori strukturisasi, generasi muda mampu menafsirkan kembali tradisi melalui kreativitas, penalaran kritis, dan pengalaman sosial. Modernitas serta perkembangan teknologi digital tidak menghilangkan tradisi, tetapi justru membuka ruang bagi rekonstruksi nilai yang lebih adaptif. Media digital menjadi sarana penting bagi generasi muda untuk memproduksi pengetahuan baru tentang adat melalui praktik representasi budaya, produksi konten kreatif, serta revitalisasi simbol-simbol adat dalam bentuk visual dan naratif kontemporer. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa generasi muda berperan sebagai jembatan nilai antara masa lalu dan masa kini, serta berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan martabat adat dalam masyarakat modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kontradiksi Kajian kepemilikan tanah ulayat di Nagari Katapiang, Padang Pariaman, sebagai pergeseran dari tradisi komunal ke sertifikat formal negara. Tanah ulayat di Minangkabau berakar pada kedaulatan adat dan berfungsi sebagai amanah leluhur serta cadangan sosial, diatur sepenuhnya oleh Ninik Mamak. Program sertifikasi seperti Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL), didorong oleh positivisme hukum, berupaya menstandarisasi hak ini untuk kepastian hukum administrasi dan investasi. Konflik di Katapiang, yang memuncak dengan ancaman pemindahan ulayat, menunjukkan bahwa negara gagal menjembatani jurang antara legal certainty formal dan cultural certainty substantif. Metode yuridis normatif digunakan untuk membedah kontradiksi regulasi dan filosofi, menghasilkan temuan bahwa otoritas adat menolak subordinasi kekuasaan teritorialnya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya rekognisi substantif dan registrasi komunal alih-alih formalisasi individualistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) di Indonesia dari perspektif filosofis, dengan tujuan memahami dimensi etis dan epistemologis di balik transformasi digital pemerintahan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka terhadap Peraturan Presiden Nomor 95 Tahun 2018 dan literatur mengenai digital governance dan e-gverment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SPBE menandai pergeseran rasionalitas administratif menuju sistem yang digerakkan oleh big data dan algoritma, dengan orientasi utama pada efisiensi dan integrasi birokrasi. Pergeseran ini menimbulkan persoalanyaitu terancamnya kepercayaan publik akibat sulitnya lembaga negara menjelaskan proses pengambilan keputusan digital kepada masyarakat. Dari sudut pandang filosofis, SPBE menuntut keseimbangan antara kontrol negara dan kebebasan individu, serta menekankan pentingnya legitimasi yang bersumber dari keandalan sistem dan integritas data. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan SPBE tidak semata-mata diukur dari kecepatan dan efisiensi layanan, tetapi juga dari kemampuannya menegakkan prinsip keadilan, etika, dan nilai kemanusiaan dalam tata kelola digital. Implementasi SPBE ke depan perlu berlandaskan kesadaran humanistik dan moral agar teknologi berfungsi sebagai sarana pemberdayaan manusia, bukan sebagai pengganti nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.
