Abstract

The social service is a government agency tasked with improving the quality of social welfare for individuals, groups and communities. One of the mandates of the social service is the service of social complaints in the regions, especially in Pringsewu District. Currently the complaint system still uses a manual system. This caused an obstacle, namely the slow service of complaints, so EMAK (Maximum Complaint Electronic Application) was created to speed up and improve the handling of complaints related to the need for social services, especially in the administrative area of the Pringsewu social service. The methods used in the EMAK application are interview methods, observation methods and literature reviews. This application is designed with a simple layout to facilitate the use of social services manager, just enter according to the section, users can directly access the relevant application. The Emak application was developed to make it easier for social services to process information on public complaints

Abstract

Lung diseases caused by fungal or bacterial infections can lead to inflammation in lung and even death when not detected early. A standard method for diagnosing lung diseases is the use of chest X-ray, which require careful examination of X-ray images by a radiology expert. Therefore, this study proposes several new architecture models, namely CSLNet, to classify chest X-ray images for diagnosing whether patients suffer from COVID-19, viral pneumonia, bacterial pneumonia, tuberculosis, and normal. The experimental results show that the model has an 0.99 average Accuracy, 0.98 Precision, 0.98 Recall, and 0.98 f1-score. Meanwhile, the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) for bacterial pneumonia, COVID-19, normal, tuberculosis, and viral pneumonia are 0.97, 0.99, 0.99, 0.94, and 0.97 respectively. This study is based on a deep learning with a new model, CSLNet, which can work well on the dataset of chest X-ray images used for diagnosing lung diseases.

Abstract

Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang mulai dari perkotaan hingga kepelosok daerah, menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerintah daerah dalam memaksimalkan teknologi informasi. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) adalah sebuah instansi pemerintah daerah yang berada dibawah Kementerian Dalam Negeri yang mempunyai tugas dalam bidang kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil. Untuk melakukan pelayanan kependudukan yang makimal demi menghilangkan kegiatan yang manual dalam proses pengolahan data kependudukan, dalam hal ini Disdukcapil memanfatkan teknologi informasi berupa Aplikasi Getuksewu yang nantinya akan diterapkan pada 59 pekon yang ada di kabupaten pringsewu. Apilkasi pencatatan sipil yang diterapkan pada setiap pekon digunakan untuk melakukan pembuatan surat permohonan kependudukan kecuali E-KTP dari masayarakat yang di lakukan melalui operator pekon agar dapat dilayani secara real time oleh Disdukcapil Kabupaten Pringewu.

Abstract

Monkeypox Virus (MPXV) is part of the Orthopoxvirus (OPXV) group within the Poxviridae family. This virus is contagious when someone has direct contact with infected individuals, animals, or contaminated materials. Transmission can occur through direct bodily contact, animal bites, respiratory droplets, or mucus in the eyes, nose, or mouth. However, since the emergence of the recent outbreak in May 2022, this disease has spread to various countries, posing a threat to develop into a global pandemic. Many machine learning algorithm approaches, including for classifying monkeypox disease, are proposed. This research suggests a system that can be used for Comparative Analysis of monkeypox virus classification with several machine learning algorithm approaches. From the work that has been done, it states that the neural network algorithm model outperforms other algorithm models. Testing the neural network algorithm model obtained accuracy of 1.0, precision of 1.0, recall of 1.0, f1-score of 1.0, and ROC-AUC of 1.00 for Monkeypox Positive and Monkeypox Negative.

Abstract

Recognition of document based, and handwritten characters has recently emerged as highly relevant field of study in the field of digital image processing. The ability to read and write Lampung script is a crucial competency as it helps preserve the language, which is a part of Indonesian culture. This research utilizes data obtained from classified documents and handwritten samples, categorized into eight types. To recognize Lampung characters, deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) architecture is proposed. The novelty of this architecture lies in optimizing document-based and handwritten character recognition to achieve the best performance in terms of accuracy and execution time. The proposed architecture will be compared to principal component analysis (PCA) combined with support vector machine (SVM) to evaluate its results. Experimental results using the DCNN architecture show an average accuracy of 99.3% and an execution time of 283 seconds for all data, while PCA and SVM exhibit an average accuracy of 92.9%. Furthermore, the recognition results for all data from documents and handwritten samples yield satisfactory accuracy of 98.6%. These results make the DCNN architecture suitable for use in recognizing Lampung characters and are expected to make it easier for Lampung people to recognize Lampung character.

Abstract

Aplikasi SiTabsis adalah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Tabungan Siswa berbasis web dengan sistematis dan terstruktur yang digunakan untuk menginput data tabungan siswa, kemudian digunakan SMPN 3 Gading Rejo untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada pada sistem saat ini. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa user sangat mempermasalahkan tentang user interface (UI) dan user experience (UX) aplikasi SiTabsis. Dari hasil kuisioner dan pengujian pertama yang menggunakan metode usability testing dan skala Likert ke 31 pengguna aplikasi SiTabsis didapatkan respon untuk aspek user friendly sebesar 35.5 % dan aspek efficiency sebesar 36.7% dari kedua nilai tersebut merujuk pada indikator tidak setuju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan permasalahan usability dan membuat redesign aplikasi SiTabsis dengan mengamati aspek UI dan UX memakai pendekatan Human Centered Design dengan 4 tahapan yaitu, understanding context of use, specify user requirements, design solutions dan evaluating the design. Pendekatan ini berfokus pada user dan kebutuhan user karena pengembangan desain dan sistem interaktifnya. Pengumpulan data awal dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara dengan pihak pengguna aplikasi SiTabsis. Lalu, menggunakan rekomendasi pengujian UI & UX memakai metode usability testing dan skala Likert untuk rekomendasi desain ke 31 pengguna. Didapatkan hasil dari kedua ini mengalami kenaikan nilai dari aplikasi SiTabsis saat ini, dengan rata-rata nilai user friendly sebesar 83.2%, indikator effisiensi meningkat 82.5%, indikator memorability meningkat 88%, indikator errors meningkat 81.2%, indikator satisfaction meningkat 83.6%. Kata Kunci: user interface, user experience, human centered design, skala likert, efficiency, user, errors, satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: The Population and Civil Registration Office is a governmental institution responsible for managing population administration in provinces or districts/cities. One of the tasks of the Population and Civil Registration Office is to provide services for death reporting, particularly in Pringsewu Regency. Currently, the death-reporting service system still operates manually. Methodology/approach: This challenge arises from the slowness of death-reporting services. Therefore, socialization regarding the protection of death certificates and the reporting of funeral registers has been conducted to facilitate and improve the reporting of funeral registers, especially in the administrative region of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Pringsewu Regency. The method used in the implementation of death certificates and funeral register reporting starts from the preparation stage, technical application guidance stage, and final stage, which involves affirming the commitment to implement the knowledge gained during the technical guidance process. Results/findings: This application was designed with a simple layout to facilitate the use of death certificate services and to report the main burial book. By entering relevant sections, users can directly access relevant applications. Limitations: In serving the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pringsewu Regency, there is a limitation, namely, the Funeral Register Reporting application is built based on a website platform that can be utilized across multiple platforms. Contribution: The contribution to community services involves designing, constructing, and directly implementing the Funeral Register Reporting application for relevant stakeholders in Pringsewu Regency. Consequently, the developed application proved to be highly beneficial and helpful for the stakeholders involved.

Abstract

In today's digital era, using applications to support the health service process is very useful. The service that everyone expects is one that truly serves and makes it very easy. In this research the author proposes to develop a Home Care application which aims to facilitate public access to health services. People do not need to go to health centers or hospitals, but medical personnel will visit patients. The Home Care Health Service which is presented via the web platform is designed with a UCD (User Centered Design) approach to overcome the challenges faced by users in using the Home Care application provided. Users can easily understand the functions of these application modules in just one use. The User Centered Design (UCD) method succeeded in obtaining usability testing results with an average percentage of 83.72%. Thus, the Home Care application has succeeded in creating a system that is user-friendly and very useful.

Abstract

Extension worker of Islamic Religion is a profession that became the spearhead in syiar Islam Religion either functional or honorer or even volunteer. The management faced is increasingly complex with the development of the era of all-digital (modern). The purpose of this research is to design an information system about religious education activities in Banyumas Subdistrict especially related to data processing of target institution or group target, management of activity schedule and extension agenda, guidance and consultation activity, and making final report of performance target of religious instructor. This study uses data collection techniques through observation and documentation interviews to obtain data more clearly in accordance with the required in the study. In this study produce a website-based data processing system that can be used Banyumas District Government to conduct pengelolahan data extension religion in the District Banyumas. It is expected that this system can facilitate the work of religious instructors in Banyumas Subdistrict in terms of managing, organizing and organizing religious education activities that take place to be faster, accurate and computerized in real time.

Abstract

Bonuses is one method that is widely used as a form of tribute to workers whose performance so far can be considered satisfactory by the company. So is the case with STMIK Pringsewu that rewards Her staff as a token of appreciation for its performance over the years. However, the annual bonus is only given to employees who are considered berprestasit. It required a decision support system (DSS) or decesion support system that can take into account all the criteria that support and to help facilitate the decision making process. This decision support system using Simple Additive Wighting (SAW). The issue of decision support is basically a form of election of the various alternative actions that may be selected include discipline or the number of absences in a year, length of employment, crafts, and work in a year that the process through specific mechanisms, in hopes of generating a best decision. Employees who got the votes of 100% working receive an annual bonus that is the departure of the hajj, work evaluation 87.5% earn an annual bonus that is the departure of Umrah, and the assessment work 75% earn an annual bonus that is the departure of the general allowance.
