The study was based on primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis approach uses binary logistic regression. Result: Based on the results of the study, the financial literacy calculation (X1) was 5,423 with a P-value of 0.020 and the digital literacy calculation value (X2) of 4.269, with a P-value of 0.039 while the table for significance was 0.05 and df (nk) 424 – 3 = 421, namely 1,966. Based on this, it was decided to reject Ho, which means that financial literacy and digital literacy partially affect the use of QRIS. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, financial and digital literacy variables partially & simultaneously did not have a significant effect but had favourable odds on the use of QRIS payments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the critical reasoning and to develop a research framework on how to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) to rebuild the country from the economic slump caused by previous government failure. By applying a trusted financial network such as Sardex, business owners would be able to access FDI. By applying performance metrics based on The Morgan Stanley Capital International – Environmental, Social, and Governance or MSCI-ESG risk factors and principles of responsible investment, the study can measure the efficiency and the productivity of the proposed financial network. Experiments will be carried out to determine how efficient and productive ZimNet is in assisting Zimbabwe to attract FDI. This research is one of the first studies investigating the critical reasoning and developing a research framework on attracting FDI for the country's economic rebuilding. This study would also be the first to measure the efficiency and productivity of the proposed financial network.

Abstract

The market size of medical implant in Indonesia is estimated around US$ 20 million in 2021 and will reach a value US$ 36,67 million by 2026 with 15.2% CAGR. Furthermore, the total medical implant market size in Asia was estimated US$ 7.302 million and is expected to growth become US$ 10,610 million in 2026. Those number bring medical implant business become very attractive market potential to be developed and produced in Indonesia, to meet local demand as well as for Asia market. The feasibility study is carried out using capital budgeting method by analyzing result of net present value (NPV), internal rate of Return (IRR), payback period (PP) and profitability index (PI). In addition, sensitivity analysis is performed to assess the susceptibility of the NPV result toward change in the variables input. Based on the analysis, the investment project is feasible and accepted where the NPV is USD 6.252.653, IRR 35%, and payback period 3,7 years. Sensitivity analysis also reveals that this project exhibits a relatively low susceptibility to variable uncertainty where NPV is still positive when subjected to various variables changes. Sales volume and selling price are variables that greatly influence into the change of NPV result into ±37% variance where 20% increase of sales volume in each period will dramatically increase the NPV into USD 8.584.201. Meanwhile 20% reduction of sales volume will reduce the NPV into USD 3.919.321.

Abstract

This study investigates the interconnections between the rising instances of illegal online loans, illegal online gambling, and the prevalence of sugar daddy relationships in Indonesia. The research aims to explore how financial desperation, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, drives individuals towards these activities and the resulting socio-economic impacts. Utilizing a literature synthesis and content analysis of secondary data sources, including scientific articles, government reports, and media narratives, this study identifies common drivers and regulatory challenges. The findings reveal that economic hardship, lack of financial literacy, and cultural influences are key factors contributing to the proliferation of these phenomena. The study concludes with recommendations for comprehensive regulatory frameworks, public awareness campaigns, and strengthened social support systems to mitigate the adverse effects on Indonesian society.

It has become a much-discussed issue and attracted the researchers attention, both in terms of preferences, indexes, and solutions to deal with the problem. Generation Ys preferences in purchasing a house were also investigated in this research to understand which preferences will affect the demand and price of the houses because price is also an indicator used to identify the affordability. In addition, those preferences also will help some parties involved in housing transactions to create a strategy that will increase the affordability index. The data in this research is gathered using mixed methods in which the qualitative is used in the 5 interviews with the property experts to gain the questionnaire items, and the questionnaire as the quantitative method with 206 respondents limited to Generation Y who have fixed income every month and are willing to have a house in Jakarta. The data then further processed using PLS-SEM analysis. This research finally found that Generation Ys preferences are divided into four categories which are product specifications, future considerations, supplemental factors, and dweller characteristics (stated in sequence from the most influential to the least influential). In terms of affordability, according to five banks with lowest interest rate, BTN as well BRI and Mandiri have become the most affordable bank for Generation Y to do KPR because the indexes were 4.41% (can afford) and 95.59% (cannot afford) or the highest compared to BJB and BCA.
