Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of operational activities and the quality of bank services to their customers, banks are required to develop bank business strategies by utilizing more advances in information technology to increase bank competitiveness. The application of information technology has brought changes in operational activities and bank data management so that it can be carried out more efficiently and effectively and provide information more accurately and quickly. The development of technology-based banking products includes Autometicly Teller Mecine (ATM), Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Mobile Banking, E-Money and Internet Banking. From some of these technological developments, not a few banks use the services of third parties in providing systems and services, one of which is PT Alphanet. PT Alphanet is one of the three ATM network providers in Indonesia. PT Alphanet strives to provide support for banks, financial institutions and other partners or partners by providing innovative solutions to meet their needs. The analysis process of this study uses the COSO: ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) Framework to assist PT Alphanet in implementing risk management units and can also manage risks. The results of the analysis show that the activities in the IT units that have been identified mostly get a Low risk category, which means that risks can be accepted by management and risk management policies have also been prepared that can be applied at PT Alphanet.

Abstract

Service is the main thing in the service sector. The hospital is one of the health services for the general public. Currently, the queue monitoring information system has been running, where patients can register through the system, but there are still obstacles, namely invalid patient data. From these problems, it is necessary to evaluate the queue monitoring information system using the COBIT framework. The COBIT framework used is version 4.1, focusing on the ME (Monitor and Evaluate) domain on the ME1 (Monitor and Evaluate IT) sub domain. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and analysis of the COBIT 4.1 evaluation framework. The results of this study are the maturity level of monitoring and evaluation of system performance (ME1) is still at level 2, which means that the condition where the hospital has had a pattern that is repeatedly carried out in managing activities related to information technology governance, but its existence has not been defined clearly. good and formal so that there are still inconsistencies. The recommendation is that agencies must have concern for monitoring data as well as standards, policies and procedures for monitoring IT performance so that later they can be organized according to business processes.

Abstract

Peta digital event adalah hal penting bagi pengguna dalam mengarahkan dan mencari informasi mengenai booth acara yang akan ada. Dalam penelitian ini merancang dan mengembangkan peta digital event berbasis web dengan algoritma a star untuk menemukan rute terpendek. Pada penelitian ini, sistem yang memanfaatkan algoritma a star untuk pencarian rute dengan jarak terpendek ke tujuan yang dituju berhasil diimplementasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna mencari rute dengan jarak terkecil ke booth acara yang diinginkan. Dengan demikian, aplikasi peta digital event yang dirancang dapat memberikan solusi yang efisien dan efektif dalam membantu pengguna mengarahkan area acara.

Abstract

Enterprise  Arsitekture Planning (EAP) merupakan salah satu metodologi  melihat unsur secara keseluruhan  dalam perusahaan,  di mana EAP akan menentukan  arsitektur  untuk penggunaan  informasi  dalam mendukung  bisnis  dan rencana  implementasi  arsitektur  di sebuah  perusahaan  / organisasi. Disinilah dibutuhkan peranan dari arsitektur enterprise yang mendukung dari aktivitas bisnis utama serta bisnis pendukung yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Terdapat banyak framework yang dapat dipergunakan dalam perancangan sebuah enterprise untuk mendukung jalannya sistem disebuah enterprise tersebut. Pada kasus penelitian ini mencoba mengambil Framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) dengan metode ADM (Architecture Development Methode). Pada penelitian ini komponen architecture yang difokuskan terdiri dari Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, dan Information System Architecture. Pada penelitian kali ini, perencanaan arsitektur enterprise dibuat menggunakan TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) dengan metode ADM (Architecture Develoment Method). Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise ini akan menghasilkan blueprint arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur data, dan arsitektur teknologi pada setiap arsitektur, serta roadmap implementasi aplikasi untuk CV Kahuripan Teknologi Nusantara.

Abstract

At the end of 2023, several natural disasters were felt, especially in the capital city, namely floods, and the earthquake did occur outside DKI Jakarta but the earthquake was felt. From this incident, it will be made to monitor and optimize the location of earthquakes and floods that occur based on the web. According to the government website, the earthquake also occurred, but there was no flooding. Based on the occurrence of several natural disasters, it is hoped that this research can provide information related to the location of floods, earthquakes, forest fires, and landslides in the region, especially in Indonesia. With the news website source, it is the source of data that will be processed. Furthermore, the percentage level of accuracy obtained by combining from text filtering and Jaro Winkler algorithm.

Abstract

Pada tahun akhir-akhir ini, beberapa bencana terjadi di Indonesia khususnya daerah sekitar Jabodetabek, seperti banjir, cuaca ekstrem, tanah longsor dan kebakaran. Dari beberapa bencana yang terjadi tersebut, dapat dibuatkan sebuah sistem pendeteksi lokasi kejadian bencana alam dari berbagai data sumber website berita nasional. Kemudian dijadikan data proses yang dikombinasikan dengan algoritma regresi liner sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Dengan adanya kombinasi algoritma tersebut, diharapkan mendapat akurasi yang tinggi dalam menentukan lokasi kejadian bencana alam berbasis multiplatform.

Abstract

With the books of hadith and syarah as the primary sources, this essay seeks to investigate scholarly perspectives on the recitation of sirr and jahr in prayer as well as relevant hadiths. This study compares scholarly perspectives about the interpretation of sirr and jahr and conducts a thorough hadith analysis using the book of Syarah. This research used a qualitative methodology with an emphasis on content analysis using data from the literature. The study's conclusions demonstrate that the relevant hadiths provide a thorough justification for the recital of sirr and jahr during prayer. Yearning to enhance spiritual appreciation and benefit the makmum who hears it, jahr is said throughout the Maghrib, Isha, and Fajr prayers. Conversely, the recital of sirr, as in the prayers of Dhuhur and Asr, seeks to preserve individual solemnity and prevent disruption of the surrounding environment. This research highlights how crucial it is to have a thorough comprehension of the wisdom behind each instruction while putting the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW into practice via prayer.

Abstract

In the digital era, personal data protection has become a crucial concern, especially in educational institutions. This study aims to evaluate the level of school awareness in protecting students' personal data at vocational high schools in Manado, Indonesia. A quantitative survey method was employed, involving 111 respondents consisting of Principal, teachers, IT staff and students from five vocational high schools. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on the ISO 27001:2022 standard, which covers four control domains: organizational, human, physical, and technological. The instrument's validity and reliability were confirmed through content validation and Cronbach's Alpha analysis. The results indicate that SMKs in Manado demonstrate a relatively high level of awareness across all domains, particularly in technological and organizational controls. However, gaps remain in the implementation of formal policies and consistent practices. This study highlights the novelty of applying ISO 27001:2022 as an assessment framework for educational institutions in Indonesia, which is rarely explored in existing literature. The findings suggest the need for continuous training and structured policy development to ensure sustainable data protection practices. These results can serve as a foundation for policymakers and school administrators to enhance data security readiness in the education sector.

Abstract

Pada akhir tahun 2022 terjadi beberapa bencana alam yang terasa khususnya di Ibu Kota, yaitu banjir, dan gempa memang terjadi di luar DKI Jakarta tetapi sampai terasa gempanya. Dari kejadian tersebut akan dibuatkan untuk monitoring dan optimasi lokasi kejadian gempa bumi dan banjir yang terjadi berbasis web. Dari wesbite pemerintah, juga terjadi gempanya saja, tetapi untuk banjir belum ada. Berdasarkan kejadian beberapa bencana alam tersebut, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi terkait lokasi banjir, gempa bumi, kebakaran hutan, dan tanah longsor di daerah khususnya di daerah Indonesia. Dengan adanya sumber website berita, merupakan sumber data yang akan diproses. Selanjutnya tingkat presentase akurasi yang didapat dalam menggabungkan dari text filtering dan algoritma jaro winkler.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of interactional communication in building effective relationships between teachers and students in Special Needs Schools (SLB), particularly at Mutiara Hati Special Needs School in Magelang. Unresponsive and one-way communication often becomes an obstacle in creating optimal learning quality for students with special needs, especially students who experience verbal barriers and social development disorders. In this context, this research aims to identify teacher interactional communication practices that can encourage increased student participation and motivation in learning. This research uses the interactional communication theory of Schramm and Budianto, which includes five leading indicators: response, openness, trust, empathy, and support. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The primary informants consisted of three teachers at Mutiara Hati Special Needs School who had direct experience interacting with students with special needs. The study results indicate that interactional communication practices that prioritize empathy and openness, as well as adaptive verbal and nonverbal responses to the unique needs of each student, contribute significantly to increasing learning motivation, self-confidence, and learning quality. Teachers who demonstrate emotional understanding and use non-verbal approaches such as gentle facial expressions and light touch have been shown to create a more supportive and inclusive classroom climate. Effective interactional communication is a tool for conveying messages and a medium for building deep psychological connections between teachers and students. This study also recommends interactive communication training for special needs teachers as a sustainable strategy to improve the quality of inclusive education in Indonesia.
