Abstract

As a bank supervised by authorities such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK), however, Bank ATR must improve its digital maturity in accordance with the criteria of the OJK Digital Banking Transformation Blueprint. The blueprint has not yet established a method to measure the digital maturity. As a result, the banking industry is having difficulty meeting these requirements. This study aims to measure the level of capability and provide recommendations for improvement using the COBIT 2019 framework. This study uses a qualitative method approach with the COBIT 2019 framework and data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the study show that the level of IT maturity at Bank ATR is 2.76 (Managed). This shows that the Bank's IT management produces a level of process capability that has achieved its goals by carrying out activities that are carried out regularly, while EDM objective management gets the highest maturity with 4.0, and APO objective management gets the lowest maturity with 2.0.

Abstract

As information becomes increasingly important in companies, information threats and vulnerabilities also increase, as evidenced by the emergence of certain hacks/information leaks that impact organizations. Information security awareness is important to any organization's efforts to safeguard information. All organizational efforts to safeguard information may become ineffective due to such risks. Therefore, awareness is the starting point for all personnel in a company to pursue or understand knowledge about cyber security. With security awareness, an employee can focus his or her attention on one or more potential problems or dangers. So, to create awareness among the public or bank employees, one way is to deliver material, through Community Service events with the theme of cyber security. This activity was carried out online using zoom media which was attended by 524 participants and consisted of several lecturers as resource persons who used educational and evaluation methods in delivering the material. Based on the activities that have been carried out and the evaluation results during this community service activity, we can conclude that the community service program has been able to provide benefits for participants in this training, especially in building awareness of information security in the banking environment. Participants were able to understand well based on the evaluation results which showed that 93% of participants were able to answer questions with scores that passed the standard

Abstract

Digital literacy is not only limited to the ability to use digital devices and applications, but also involves a deep understanding of cyber security awareness. In this digital era, threats to cyber security are increasingly complex and can affect the continuity of every aspect of life, including education and health. Therefore, increasing awareness of the importance of cyber security, especially among students at the Cipta Bhakti Husada Yogyakarta Health Vocational School is crucial. In this research, the author used a qualitative research method with a descriptive model. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can provide students with a better understanding of potential risks and precautions in cyberspace. In addition, we want to improve students' skills in using technology wisely, ethically, and safely. We also need to be committed to continuing to develop digital literacy and cyber security awareness among students so that students can grow into an intelligent and creative generation in facing a digital era full of challenges. Abstract

Pada tahun akhir-akhir ini, beberapa bencana terjadi di Indonesia khususnya daerah sekitar Jabodetabek, seperti banjir, cuaca ekstrem, tanah longsor dan kebakaran. Dari beberapa bencana yang terjadi tersebut, dapat dibuatkan sebuah sistem pendeteksi lokasi kejadian bencana alam dari berbagai data sumber website berita nasional. Kemudian dijadikan data proses yang dikombinasikan dengan algoritma regresi liner sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Dengan adanya kombinasi algoritma tersebut, diharapkan mendapat akurasi yang tinggi dalam menentukan lokasi kejadian bencana alam berbasis multiplatform.

Abstract

Credit scoring in financial institutions/banks is very important in determining whether it is feasible or not to receive borrowed funds. Therefore, credit scoring is the most important part of the company and has a great impact on the company's profits. Therefore, there are very strict regulations in the credit scoring process. This credit evaluation uses customer data collected by filling out forms, customer financial history data, and various other data sources. The Optimal Binning Algorithm is an industry-standard method used by data scientists to build credit scoring models. However, data scientists need to analyze each variable or feature individually to understand how the pattern of each variable affects the goal. When there are hundreds or even thousands of variables, it will take a lot of time, From a business perspective, it usually requires a solution that is as fast and effective as possible. To solve this problem, we propose the implementation of evolutionary algorithms to find the best solution of variable value constraints to form optimal binning. Genetic algorithms as a branch of adaptive evolutionary algorithms commonly used to solve value searches in optimization problems.  Through this research, genetic algorithms can solve the problem of determining the limitations in the formation of optimal binning ariables very well.  The results of the comparison between the classifier methods provide evidence that Logistic Regression can consistently have stable performance. In addition, it can maintain the performance of the predictive model despite changes in trends in the test data, while other methods get a decrease in performance results. In the Logistics Regression t test data, he received an AUC of 0.71

Abstract

Peta digital event adalah hal penting bagi pengguna dalam mengarahkan dan mencari informasi mengenai booth acara yang akan ada. Dalam penelitian ini merancang dan mengembangkan peta digital event berbasis web dengan algoritma a star untuk menemukan rute terpendek. Pada penelitian ini, sistem yang memanfaatkan algoritma a star untuk pencarian rute dengan jarak terpendek ke tujuan yang dituju berhasil diimplementasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna mencari rute dengan jarak terkecil ke booth acara yang diinginkan. Dengan demikian, aplikasi peta digital event yang dirancang dapat memberikan solusi yang efisien dan efektif dalam membantu pengguna mengarahkan area acara.

Abstract

English is an international language, and the age of globalization now, especially in science and technology. Techniques used using web crawlers combined with an English word guess game. The process is done the user chooses the vocabulary categories to be played for guessing words, then will appear the composition of one word of some of the letters to guess the answer of the question that will appear. The long-term goal of this research is the creation of an interactive English word guessing app for students and students ranging from Elementary School to Higher Education  Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa internasional, dan jaman globalisasi sekarang, khususnya dalam sains dan teknologi. Dari renstra penelitian di Universitas Mercu Buana topik penelitian yang dibutuhkan merupakan terkait dengan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis multimedia. Kemudian, khususnya pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Teknik yang dipakai menggunakan web crawler dikombinasikan dengan permainan tebak kata bahasa Inggris. Proses yang dilakukan adalah pengguna memilih kategori kosa kata yang akan dimainkan untuk tebak katanya, kemudian akan tampil susunan satu kata dari beberapa huruf tersebut untuk ditebak jawaban dari pertanyaan yang akan tampil. Target pencapaian jangka panjang riset ini adalah terciptanya sebuah aplikasi permainan tebak kata Bahasa Inggris yang interaktif terhadap siswa dan mahasiswa mulai dari tingkat Sekolah Dasar sampai Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

The continuous growth of the industry drives PT Porta Griya Indah, an industrial company, to retain their customers. Currently, the company still employs manual methods such as telephone, WhatsApp, and email to manage customer relationships, making it difficult for the marketing team to foster good relations. To overcome this challenge, the company needs to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies. To increase sales and customer loyalty, the appropriate choice is to provide rewards to customers. Therefore, the aim of this research is to develop a simple web-based Customer Relationship Management application with K-Means Clustering algorithm, used to determine rewards for customers accurately and quickly. Data will be grouped into two clusters, namely eligible for rewards and not eligible for rewards, based on criteria and assessment weights. The research results indicate that this system helps the marketing team in communicating with customers, facilitating the conveyance of customer issues and needs to the directors, and facilitating the selection of the best customers eligible for rewards to enhance loyalty. The implementation of this system enhances the efficiency of PT Porta Griya Indah in retaining customers and increasing customer satisfaction amidst the continuously growing industry.
