Abstract

This study was intended to reveal the profile of students’ misconception of the concept of  dynamic electricity in one private university in Cirebon city. In the study of physics, the  misconception will hamper the achievement of physics learning goals. Misconceptions will greatly hinder the process of acceptance and assimilation of knowledge in students, so that they will hinder the success to learn more. It is necessary to conduct research on the analysis of misconception of mathematics teacher candidates on the concept of dynamic electricity. Misconception is defined as a student conception that is incompatible with the simplified conception of physicists. To identify misconceptions experienced by students, multiple-choice diagnostic tests equipped with a Certainty Response Index (CRI) can be conducted. The data obtained is then completed with interview data. This research is a descriptive research which is a research to give a description about phenomenon, or facts under study by describing the value of the variable without comparing. The study found that 81% of students’ have a misconception in the sub-chapter of electric current, and 50% in the concept of electric potential difference sub-chapter.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the use of crossword puzzle application (TTS) Online for prospective teachers Raudhatul RA (RA) State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Jati Bandung. The focus of this study is to describe the response of RA student teachers to use TTS Online. TTS application is made through Crossword Eplicse software and integrated online through http://bumibiologi.weebly.com/neurosains.html. (RA) Raudhatul student teachers in question is the fourth semester students contracting courses neuroscience  2016-2017. Neuroscience courses a neural science that studies the nervous system, especially the study of neurons or nerve cells with a multidisciplinary approach. Data collection techniques are: 1. Direct observation, 2. Questionnaire, 3. Analysis of documents 4. Test Shaped TTS. Based on data and analysis of the results conducted in two classes, namely class A and class B of the obtained findings that TTS Online research can increase the interest of the student teachers RA subjects neuroscience. Providing student responses that use TTS Online is very useful for their lectures. Use of this Online TTS in feel easy and precise in neuroscience lecture. Students assess one technique using perkulihan with Online TTS is already well in its application

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to increase the ability of elementary school teachers in Bandung Wetan district to develop STEM-based science learning plans during the Covid-19 pandemic. In detail, the objectives of this service can be described as follows: first knowing the teacher's perceptions of the implementation of STEM learning that is carried out in online learning, second knowing the teacher's needs for the implementation of STEM in online learning, the third design of the SFH training program (STEM From Home ) to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in Bandung Wetan sub-district to develop a STEM-based science learning plan during the Covid-19 pandemic and most recently as an effort to describe the ability of elementary school teachers in Bandung Wetan sub-district to develop a STEM-based science learning plan during the Covid-19 pandemic after participating in the program SFH (STEM From Home) training. This service activity targets the target audience is elementary school teachers in the Bandung Wetan district. The number of schools in Bandung Wetan District is 17 with 15 private schools and 2 public elementary schools. On this occasion, the involvement of teachers as many as 28 people was prioritized. A series of PKM activities have been carried out from August to September 2020. Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan sebagai upaya peningkatan kemampuan dan kesiapan sekolah SD Plus Ar-Rahmat dalam mempersiapkan Sekolah Adiwiyata di era kenormalan baru. Secara rinci, tujuan pengabdian ini dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut: pertama, mengetahui persepsi guru terhadap implementasi program adiwiyata di era kenormalan baru; kedua, mengetahui kebutuhan guru dan sekolah terhadap implementasi Sekolah Adiwiyata di era kenormalan baru; ketiga, rancangan program pelatihan program Sekolah Adiwiyata untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar Plus Ar-Rahmat mengembangkan recana pembelajaran sains berbasis lingkungan di era kenormalan baru; dan yang terkahir sebagai upaya mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar Plus Ar-Rahmat mengembangkan recana pembelajaran sains berbasis lingkungan di era kenormalan baru setelah mengikuti program pendapingan kesiapan Sekolah Adiwiyata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menargetkan khalayak sasaran kepada guru-guru di SD Plus Ar-Rahmat. Serangkaian kegiatan PKM ini telah terlaksana pada bulan Maret hingga April 2021. Secara garis besar, para peserta kegiatan memberikan respons postif atas terlaksanannya kegiatan pendampingan kesiapan SD Plus Ar-Rahmat untuk menjadi Sekolah Adiwiyata di era kenormalan baru.

Abstract

This elementary school learning media development program aims to provide a picture of improving the quality of learning media product creation for prospective elementary teacher students after carrying out lesson study activities based on the Lecturer Expertise area in the PGSD FKIP Unswagati Cirebon study program. The research method uses descriptive methods. The study population was second-year students prospective teachers of the FKIP Unswagati Elementary School in Cirebon. The expectation of this program is an increase in the ability of lecturers to plan lectures to improve better, the ability of lecturers to implement lectures is expected to be even better. Through this program Lecturers are expected to be able to create a more interesting lecture process. Can make students more active and creative in exploring to produce elementary school learning products that are creative, innovative and fun. This program encourages lecturers to have a well-organized learning structure. Teaching skills such as mastery of the material, use of lecturing media, classroom management, questioning skills and motivating skills of students are trained in this program through the principle of collegiality. Lesson study activities have the potential to increase lecturer professionalism which has an impact on improving the quality of the process and results of lectures. The results obtained from this study were an increase in the quality of lectures conducted by collegial learning based on collegiality of lecturers' colleagues in teaching which was facilitated in the lesson study program.

Abstract

Fenomena Study From Home di masa Pandemi Covid-19 seringkali membuat mahasiswa merasa jenuh. Sudah lebih dari dua bulan sejak diberlakukannya kebijakan untuk work from home. Segala kegiatanpun dialihkan secara online dari rumah, termasuk kegiatan perkuliahan. Selama beberapa lama di rumah saja, wajar jika rasa jenuh dan bosan mulai dirasakan. Fokuspun mulai terganggu yang berujung pada sulitnya memahami materi saat kuliah online. Dari hal itu peneliti meurumuskan masalah bagaimana efektivitas senam otak (brain gym) menurunkan tingkat kejenuhan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah senam otak (brain gym) efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kejenuhan belajar (burnout) pada mahasiswa calon guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA). Solusi yang bisa dilakukan agar mahasiswa menjadi lebih aktif dan lebih bisa dengan mudah menerima pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh dosen salah satunya yaitu dengan melakukan senam otak atau bisa disebut dengan brain gym. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti merumuskan masalah yaitu: apakah senam otak efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kejenuhan mahasiswa dan bagaimana cara senam otak dalam menurunkan kejenuhan mahasiswa calon guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA)? Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa brain gym mampu menurunkan tingkat kejenuhan mahasiswa selama perkuliahan masa pandemi covid-19. Selain mahasiswa tidak jenuh mahasiswa juga lebih konsentrasi fokus dan membantu meningkatkan motivasi. Beberapa gerakan senam otak dapat membantu efektivitas perkuliahan dalam jaringan sehingga meningkatkan fokus konsentrasi dan pemahaman, membantu meningkatkan konsentrasi, meningkatkan konsentrasi dan fokus, dan membantu meningkatkan motivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian  bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas model pembelajaran cooperative learning terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada materi biologi di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode metaanalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan embedded design untuk menganalisis hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan cooperative learning terhadap hasil belajar kognitif pada Materi Biologi. Skripsi yang diteliti adalah skripsi yang menggunakan model pembelajaran cooperative. Sampel yang dianalisis adalah tiga belas skripsi mahasiswa di salah satu universitas di Bandung pada rentang tahun 2013-2021. Berdasarkan analisis nilai effect size secara keseluruhan didapatkan nilai rata-rata effect size 1,45 yang termasuk kategori efek sangat besar, sedangkan pada tipe model efek terbesar yaitu model Think Pair Share (TPS), Media dengan effect size terbesar yaitu LKS/LKPD, dan materi dengan effect size terbesar yaitu system pencernaan. Temuan analisis menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran cooperative learning memberikan pengaruh yang besar dan efektif dilihat dari segi tipe model, media dan materi yang dipelajari. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran cooperative learning sangat efektif terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa.

Abstract

One of the habits of mind developed in the 21st century is critical thinking skills. This study aims to describe the increase in students' critical thinking skills after learning using the approach of science, technology, religion, engineering, art, and mathematics (STREAM) on ecosystem materials. This research was conducted in one of the public high schools in Bandung Regency with a pre-experiment method whit one group pretest posttest design. The research sample was 35 students who were selected through purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is in the form of test questions that refer to the indicators of critical thinking skills as follows: giving simple explanations, building basic skills, concluding, providing further explanations and developing strategies and tactics. The data analysis technique used is to perform statistical tests. Based on the results of the study, the average value of the N-Gain critical thinking skills of students in classes using the STREAM approach was 67% in the medium category. The highest increase is in the indicator of setting strategy and tactics by 67% in the medium category. The lowest increase is the indicator providing a simple explanation of 49% in the medium category. The results of the study indicate that the STREAM approach can improve students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengimplementasikan produk desain penilaian peserta didik di jenjang sekolah menengah yang diinterasikan dengan teknologi digital wordwall untuk pembelajaran biologi dengan format assessment for learning (AFL). Pada penelitian ini produk desain assessment for learning (AFL) yang dikembangkan melalui aplikasi wordwall  mampu mendukung pembelajaran biologi. Penelitian deskriptif focus pada produk desain assessment for learning (AFL) berbantu aplikasi wordwall. Produk AFL tersebut mencakup seluruh materi Sekolah Menengah baik tingkat SMP/ MTs dan SMA / MA yang kemudian diimplemetasikan untuk cara pembuatannya kepada sejumlah mahasiswa calon guru biologi. Pada artikel ini Penulis menguraikan bagaimana proses pembuatan dan produk AFL melalui wordwall konten pembelajaran biologi sekolah menengah dan implementasinya saat disampaikan ke melalui workshop pemanfaatan AFL melalui aplikasi wordwall kepada 48 Mahasiswa calon guru Biologi. Berdasarkan penjaringan data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa AFL Pembelajaran biologi dengan aplikasi wordwall, baik dan dapat mendukung aktivitas pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran Biologi di sekolah menengah. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan suatu alternatif pendekatan pembelajaran secara integrative pada pembelajaran biologi melalui pemanfaatan AFLmelalui wordwall untuk pembelajaran pasca pandemic covid-19 yang secara tidak sadar masih tetap harus menintegrasikan dengan teknologi.
