Abstract

Infak is a voluntary social charity institution run by one person and the owner has the freedom to determine the type of assets and level of assets to be issued. Infak can be used to help ease the burdens of others and also increase devotion to God Almighty. Apart from that, donations can impact religious activities, for example helping fund the construction of a mosque. This research was carried out to learn more about donations' implications in mosque construction. This research uses a normative literature study method, namely by conducting literature research; with collection techniques through written sources. With this research, it is hoped that students will be able to pay more attention to the surrounding conditions that need help

Abstract

The State of Indonesia is a state based on law, so for Indonesian people who are Muslim when they enter into a marriage, they must obey and comply with the Marriage Law (UUP) and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), because UUP and KHI are legal products resulting from the government's (leader) ijtihad in regulating marital problems in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the obligation to comply with the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law from the perspective of maqashid sharia. The research method used uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, with the type of library research with data sources based on Presidential Instruction (Inpres) No. 1 of 1991 concerning the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage (UUP) and materials -Other library materials. The results of this study prove that the basic obligation to comply with the Marriage Law (UUP) and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) is because both are products of government ijtihad (ulil amri). The government's ijtihad is a manifestation of the thoughts and agreements of all the Indonesian people who have been represented by the DPR. So that the obligation to comply with UUP and KHI in the perspective of Maqashid Sayariah is mandatory because it brings benefit and avoids harm. The marital status of husband and wife and children born are legal and protected by law.

Abstract

Marriage is an inner and outer bond between a man and woman in order to create a happy and blessing full ever after family. In fact, some problems perhaps appear through family lifetime. The aim of this research: to analyze the role of Marriage Guidance and the obstacle of that in minimalizing the divorce cases amid Covid-19 in Magelang. The methodology in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis by field research model. Results: The highly dominant role of Marriage Guidance that is applied by the council on the Religious Affairs Office in minimalizing the divorce. They are the front troopers in helping pre-marriage couple to build strong family in the harmony then they can create sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah family. The obstacles which is faced by the Religious Affair Offices are still the same, such as; it is hard to invite the pre-marriage couple coming to the office to get the guidance because they have to work and difficult to get off days for the guidance. Contribution to the scientific world: The result of this research can be references for any researcher who has focus on the marriage field, especially pre-marriage couple that did not have enough time to join and get the Marriage Guidance.

Abstract

The phenomenon of moral decline and the humanitarian crisis is now rampant and is happening everywhere. The act is not only done by teenagers, but by some parents and even leaders. This can be seen by the proliferation of corruption, the association of free sex, drugs, the spread of news about sheepfighting and hatred and hoax news that are very disturbing to the public. Even radical movements in the name of religion and ethnicity began to flourish. The purpose of this study is to unravel the theme of the urgency of the spirit of the leadership of jihad embedded in the success of education because education leaders now face very heavy challenges in the success of education. The research method used in the research is the type of library research. Based on the results of the conceptual study the urgency of the spirit of the jihad of a leader towards the success of education is found that a leader in his heart implanted the spirit of jihad for the success of education, then a leader will devote all his abilities seriously in doing something in good totality concerning life, emotions, energy, mind and knowledge and time and place for the success of education. This shows that the ideal education leader is a leader who has leadership talents who are strong, responsible and have a spirit of great jihad in carrying out his leadership duties, and still maintain noble character in his own personality.

Abstract

Correctional institutions have complicated problems; the number of inmates is already over-capacity, prisons are places for courses on crime and terrorism, budget requirements are swelling, and the number of prison riots is increasing. Health problems exacerbate this during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method in this article uses qualitative research methods with a library approach. This paper contributes to the improvement of the system, especially in fostering Islam in correctional institutions through the pesantren program. The results state that it is necessary to strengthen the role of pesantren in correctional institutions to shape prisoners' morals for the better.

Abstract

Many people interpret the verses of the Koran just by reading the translation. It is very possible for errors to occur in interpreting the Koran. Muslims who only learn religious knowledge from social media to the phenomenon of the 'impromptu ustadz' who may not really understand Islam in depth. They only have skills in public speaking or the ability to speak in public. Therefore, the understanding of the science of interpretation of the Koran must be studied perfectly. One of the efforts in understanding the interpretation of the Koran is knowing the verses of muhkamat and mutasyabihat. Research conducted by the author uses qualitative methods with a research literature approach. The locus of research in this article focuses on the science of the Koran, especially in relation to muhkamat and mutasyabihat in relation to the interpretation of the Koran. The source of the data in this study comes from the literature relating to muhkamat and mutasyabihat. Data collection techniques in this study using library techniques. The results of this study display data about the meaning of muhkamat and mutasyabihat, the opinion of the clergy and the wisdom of the verses of muhkamat and mutasyabihat. Scholars differ in their interpretation of mutasyabihat verses. The salaf scholars are of the opinion that no one knows about mutasyabih except Allah and humans only believe in it. Whereas khalaf scholars argue that people who in their knowledge know about mutasyabih takwil.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the results of Nidhal Guessoum's thoughts on his studies on Islam and contemporary science issues contained in his book entitled "Islam's Quantum Question: Reconciling Muslim Tradition and Modern Science". Nidhal Guessoum's thoughts in the book, particularly in the Islamic section and contemporary science issues that can be understood through the four subsections he divides namely (1) Islam and Cosmology, which discuss Islam about the way one expresses his views freely; (2) Islam and the Rancanan Argument, which is about Islam and the arguments expressed by men such as about the law or social experience; (3) Islam and the Anthropic Principle, which deals with Islam and the revolution of human scientific thought, and (4) Islam and Evolution, which is to discuss Islam and the process of human evolution based on Darwin's theory. Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pemikiran Nidhal Guessoum tentang kajian Islam dan isu-isu sains kontemporer yang tertuang dalam bukunya yang berjudul “Islam’s Quantum Question: Reconciling Muslim Tradition and Modern Science”. Pemikiran Nidhal Guessoum dalam buku tersebut, khususnya pada bagian Islam dan isu-isu sains kontemporer yang dapat dipahami melalui empat sub-bab yaitu, (1) Islam dan Kosmologi, yakni yang membahas mengenai Islam kaitannya dengan cara seseorang mengutarakan pandangan-pandangannya secara bebas; (2) Islam dan Argumen Rancanan, yakni yang membahas mengenai Islam dan argumen-argumen yang diutarakan manusia seperti tentang hukum atau pengalaman sosial; (3) Islam dan Prinsip Antropik, yakni yang membahas tentang Islam dan revolusi pemikiran ilmiah manusia, serta (4)Islam dan Evolusi, yakni membahas tentang Islam dan proses evolusi manusia berdasarkan teori Darwin.
