Abstract

The phenomenon of moral decline and the humanitarian crisis is now rampant and is happening everywhere. The act is not only done by teenagers, but by some parents and even leaders. This can be seen by the proliferation of corruption, the association of free sex, drugs, the spread of news about sheepfighting and hatred and hoax news that are very disturbing to the public. Even radical movements in the name of religion and ethnicity began to flourish. The purpose of this study is to unravel the theme of the urgency of the spirit of the leadership of jihad embedded in the success of education because education leaders now face very heavy challenges in the success of education. The research method used in the research is the type of library research. Based on the results of the conceptual study the urgency of the spirit of the jihad of a leader towards the success of education is found that a leader in his heart implanted the spirit of jihad for the success of education, then a leader will devote all his abilities seriously in doing something in good totality concerning life, emotions, energy, mind and knowledge and time and place for the success of education. This shows that the ideal education leader is a leader who has leadership talents who are strong, responsible and have a spirit of great jihad in carrying out his leadership duties, and still maintain noble character in his own personality.

Abstract

Abstract Paying alms is the third pillars of Islam. The aim of this research are to find out about any roles, contributing factors and the supporting actions to Magelang alms agency by the local government in the- tasharruf process of alms, infaq and shodaqoh from muzakki. Qualitative method is used in this research paper. Researcher found that income until December 31st, 2018 is Rp 2.271.923.817, from the balance in 2017 is Rp 620.996.267 Tasharruf process by December 31st is Rp 1.771.560.305 to the amil people Rp 241.531.855 and Rp 1.530.028.450 for the asnaf. Moreover, the balance by December 31st, 2018 is Rp 500.363.512. Income by June 30th, 2019 is Rp 1.315.059.636 from the balance by 2018 is Rp 500.363.512 and DSKL Rp 814.696.124. Then, tasharruf process by June 30th, 2019 to asnaf and activities program Rp 780.098.400. Finally, the balance by June 30th, 2019 is Rp 534.961.236. The contributing factors of that conditions are lack of awareness of moslem in paying alms by individuals or in groups. Local government have given great support to facilitate physically and non-physically.

Abstract

Marriage is an agreement between a man and a woman to form a family and live together until the end of life. In Islam, unregistered marriage is known as a marriage that is legally valid in religion but not under state law. Siri marriage is very thick and inherent in practice in Islamic societies which tend to still think that religiously validity is sufficient, without the need for registration by the state as a legal marriage as stipulated in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The purpose of this research was carried out to try to examine in more depth the connection between siri marriage in the view of Islamic law and state law. The method used in this research is normative legal research or library research by examining document studies, namely using various secondary data such as statutory regulations, court decisions, legal theory, and it can be in the form of the opinions of scholars. This type of normative research uses qualitative analysis by explaining existing data in words or statements not with numbers. From the results of the research carried out, it was explained that carrying out a siri marriage is allowed by the state but with the consequence the power of law in solving problems due to the siri marriage.

Abstract

Introduction: This article examines the theory of sharia maqasid based on the thoughts of Ibn Assyria. Maqasid sharia, as one of the most important concepts in the study of Islamic law, is a universal goal that will be achieved by sharia and realized in life. There is a large framework of sharia maqasid according to Ibn Assyria, namely the principle of Qashdi, the principle of responsibility, the principle of Istikhlaf and Fitrah, and the principle of equality. The objectives of sharia that ibn Assyria has set are Kath's.Purposes of the Research: To elaborate the paradigm of sharia maqasid, especially in terms of economics as the fruit of thought from Ibn Assyria.Methods of the Research: This research uses qualitative research methods where the data is based on literature studies.Results of the Research: For Maqasih sharia is not separated from maslahah. Ibn Assyria sets out on five criteria to recognize which are categorized as maslahah and masadah among others: (1) Benefits and mudharat on a thing must exist and manifest in general nature. (2) Real and clear benefits and benefits in circumstances acceptable to common sense, so as not to contradict reason and logic. (3) All things that cannot be replaced in bringing about a maslhah and mudharat. (4) Its benefits and mudharat have things that can both be measured and chosen. Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of students of UKAI Ar-Ribath campus missionary activists about the four pillars of nation and state, and the radical Islamic movement at Tidar University. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Perception of students of UKAI Ar-Ribath campus missionary activists towards the four pillars of nation and state, that Pancasila, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, UUD 45 and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia are ijtihad from the founding fathers in forming a sovereign and just country. So that Indonesia which consists of many tribes, customs, races, and religions can unite into one nation, one nation, and one language. Their perception of the radical Islamic movement is that they do not support because good will be truly channeled well if done with wisdom and wisdom, not by means of violence. They also disagreed with the ISIS movement, HTI, FPI, MMI, Anshorut Tauhid, because their movement was very disturbing to the citizens. Keywords: Campus Da‟wah Institution, Four National and State Pillars, Radical Islamic Movement. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa aktivis lembaga dakwah kampus UKAI Ar-Ribath tentang empat pilar berbangsa dan bernegara, serta gerakan Islam radikal di Universitas Tidar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Persepsi mahasiswa aktivis lembaga dakwah kampus UKAI Ar-Ribath terhadap empat pilar berbangsa dan bernegara, bahwa pancasila, bhinneka tunggal ika, UUD‟45 dan negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia merupakan ijtihad dari para founding fathers dalam membentuk negara yang berdaulat dan berkeadilan. Sehingga Indonesia yang terdiri dari banyak suku, adat, ras, dan agama dapat bersatu menjadi satu nusa, satu bangsa dan satu bahasa. Persepsi mereka terhadap gerakan Islam radikal adalah mereka tidak mendukung karena kebaikan akan benar-benar tersalurkan dengan baik jika dilakukan dengan penuh hikmah dan kebijaksanaan tidak dengan cara kekerasan. Mereka juga tidak setuju dengan gerakan ISIS, HTI, FPI, MMI, Anshorut Tauhid, karena gerakan mereka sangat meresahkan warga. Kata Kunci: Lembaga Dakwah Kampus, Empat Pilar Berbangsa dan Bernegara, Gerakan Islam Radikal.

Abstract

AbstractPaying alms is an obligation for Moslem who has completed the requirement and pillars. While paying income tax (PPh) is an obligation for Moslem as citizens. Therefore, Moslem bear double taxes that have to be paid. Does this research aim to prove how is the perspective of Kyai of Salaf’s Islamic Boarding School in Central Java relates to alms which has function to decrease the income tax? This research uses descriptive-qualitative. The respondents are Kyai of Salaf’s Islamic Boarding School in Central Java. The data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses synthesis descriptive method. This research shows the perspective of Kyai of Salaf’s Islamic Boarding School in Central Java generally agree that the paid of alms by Moslem through BAZNAS (National Alms Agency) has a function to decrease the income tax (PPh), because the alms of profession or income can be for all professionalism skills or job, the job can be in individual or group or other organizations that have halal income and already have reached minimum, so they have to pay the alms (nishab). Meanwhile the almsgiving distribution, better it is diverted from something consumptive to productive. Then the management of almsgiving uses transparent, accountable, and professional management. Keywords: Kyai of Salaf’s Islamic Boarding School; Alms; Income Tax. Abstrak Membayar zakat merupakan kewajiban bagi umat Islam yang sudah memenuhi syarat dan rukunnya. Sedangkan membayar Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) merupakan kewajiban umat Islam sebagai warga negara . Dengan demikian, umat Islam menanggung beban ganda (double tax) yang wajib dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bagaimana Perspektif Kyai Pondok Pesantren Salaf di Jawa Tengah Mengenai Zakat Berfungsi Sebagai Pengurang Pajak Penghasilan? Penelitian ini memakai metode deskriptif kualitatif. Responden penelitiannya Kyai Pondok Pesantren Salaf di Jawa Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan metode deskriptif sintesis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum perspektif Kyai Pondok Pesantren Salaf di Jawa Tengah sepakat jika zakat yang dibayarkan oleh umat Islam lewat BAZNAS dapat berfungsi sebagai pengurang Pajak Penghasilan (PPh), karena zakat profesi atau penghasilan merupakan zakat yang dapat dikenakan kepada setiap keahlian tertentu atau pekerjaan tertentu yang sifatnya profesionalitas, bisa juga pekerjaan tersebut dikerjakan secara sendiri atau dilakukan secara bersama-sama maupun lembaga lain yang dapat menghasilkan pendapatan yang halal serta sudah mencapai tenggat minimal, maka berkewajiban mengeluarkan zakat (nishab). Sedangkan penyaluran zakat sebaiknya dialihkan dari bentuk konsumtif ke dalam bentuk produktif. Serta pengelolaan zakat menggunakan manajemen zakat yang transparan, akuntabel dan profesional. Kata Kunci: Kyai Ponpes Salaf, Zakat; PPh.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the results of Nidhal Guessoum's thoughts on his studies on Islam and contemporary science issues contained in his book entitled "Islam's Quantum Question: Reconciling Muslim Tradition and Modern Science". Nidhal Guessoum's thoughts in the book, particularly in the Islamic section and contemporary science issues that can be understood through the four subsections he divides namely (1) Islam and Cosmology, which discuss Islam about the way one expresses his views freely; (2) Islam and the Rancanan Argument, which is about Islam and the arguments expressed by men such as about the law or social experience; (3) Islam and the Anthropic Principle, which deals with Islam and the revolution of human scientific thought, and (4) Islam and Evolution, which is to discuss Islam and the process of human evolution based on Darwin's theory.

Abstract

Pergeseran kebijakan ekonomi nasional yang mengikuti perkembangan ekonomi global telah membuat pemerintah untuk membenahi kegiatan ekonomi negara. Salah satu kegiatan ekonomi yang dibenahi adalah kegiatan perbankan. Kehadiran Lembaga keuangan syari`ah seperti BMT UGT (Usaha Gabungan Terpadu Sidogiri) merupakan pioner untuk membantu masyarakat kalangan menengah kebawah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan simpan pinjam nasabah. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah yang beragam BMT UGT Sidogiri melakukan inovasi akad seperti penyertaan akad lain pada suatu akad tertentu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif meliputi observasi, interview dan liabrary research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi akad bai bitsaman ajil (BBA) di BMT UGT Sidogiri cabang pembantu Asembagus mensyaratkan harus disertakan akad lain yakni akad wakalah, ada dua model dalam melakukan tersebut. Model pertama barang diserahkan ke BMT oleh nasabah yang menjadi wakil, baru kemudian diserah-terimakan kembali oleh BMT kepada nasaba. Hal ini diperbolehkan (sah) dalam hukum Islam dimana pihak BMT UGT Sidogiri dan Nasabah telah melakukan akad sesuai dengan syariat Islam dan ketentuan perbankan. Model kedua, barang langsung dibawa pulang oleh nasabah dan menjdi hak milik, tanpa terlebih dahulu diserahkan kepada BMT, model seperti ini tidak sah sebab tidak sesuai dengan hukum muamalat yang mengakibatkan terjadinya ittihadul qaabit wal muqbit yang dilarang oleh hukum Islam

Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era is very influential on the current learning system, especially during the current New Normal. Seen based on the shift in learning from teacher-centered learning to student-centered learning. The learning system used to still use conventional methods or teacher-centered learning where students mostly listened to explanations or explanations of the teacher's material in front of the class and did the assignments given if the teacher distributed practice questions to students. Learning through e-learning is an innovation in the world of education that is expected to improve the quality of education and become a means of continuous learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach related to e-learning based fiqh learning in the new normal era at Mts Nurul Hidayah Andong Boyolali. Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using deductive by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the e-learning based fiqh learning process implemented at Mts Al-Hidayah Andong Boyolali by using the E-learning application there were supporting factors so that this learning could be implemented, including the teacher's ability to guide students to be more active and creative; provide space for students to get used to asking questions and expressing opinions, and provide learning resources. In addition to these supporting factors, there are also inhibiting factors, including Students having difficulty using e-learning based learning due to limited internet quota and difficulties in accessing the internet network; students are not fully active in the process of learning fiqh; and difficulties in managing learning time. With e-learning, learning fosters enthusiasm in learning even without face-to-face so that the material obtained can be absorbed optimally

Abstract

Children in early childhood is the golden age in a completely human life, they start to sense the environment and ready to receive the education. They ready to get an enhancement of physical function and their psychic is ready to respond and actualized. Problem; 1. How is the concept of Early Childhood Education in the interpretation of the Qur’an Surah Al-Baqarah verse 83? 2. How is the actualizing of Early Childhood Education in the interpretation of the Qur’an Surah Al-Baqarah verse 83? This research aims to analyze the concept and actualization of Early Childhood Education in the interpretation of Surah Al-Baqarah verse 83. The research method is a literature study that based on the book research, notes, and the result of previous research, magazine, and journal. The primary source is Qur’an especially in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 83 and the Prophet’s hadith about Early Childhood Education. The secondary source is the interpretation of the Qur’an about Early Childhood Education and relevant books. Based on the results of the study it found that in Early Childhood Education based on the Qur'an of Surah Al-Baqarah verse 83. Students must be inculcated in an attitude of keeping promises, worshiping God, doing good to parents, doing good with relatives, do good to orphans, say good words to fellow human beings, establish prayer, give alms and not break promises. Kata Kunci: Al-Baqarah verse 83; Early Childhood Education; PAUD. AbstrakTujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengurai tema konsep dan aktualisasi Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD)  dalam tafsir Al-Qur’an Surat Al-Baqarah ayat 83. Metode penelitiannya studi kepustakaan (library research) yaitu  penelitian berbasis buku, baik berupa buku catatan, hasil penelitian terdahulu, majalah, artikel dan jurnal. Sumber primernya Al-Qur’an khususnya Surat Al-Baqarah ayat 83 dan Hadist Nabi yang berkaitan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD).  Sumber sekundernya tafsir Al-Qur’an tentang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dan buku yang berkaitan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) berdasarkan Al-Qur’an Surat Al-Baqarah ayat 83 maka peserta didik harus ditanamkan sikap selalu menepati janji, menyembah Allah, berbuat baik terhadap orang tua, berbuat baik dengan kaum kerabat, berbuat baik kepada anak yatim,  mengucapkan perkataan yang baik kepada sesama manusia, mendirikan sholat, mengeluarkan zakat dan tidak mengingkari janji       Kata Kunci: Sumber Hukum; Al-Baqarah: 83, PAUD.
