Abstract

DNP (Dinamika Nusantara Perkasa) is a business company involved in the field of distributor sales & Repair Services of industrial machinery. . The urgency in conducting research on this company is based on the results of observational activities on observed objects that during the process of activities in performing repair services workers are sometimes less vigilant and careful so that the work they do is at risk in the incidence of a number of accidents. In order to resolve the issues that arise,, conducted research actions aimed at minimizing the occurrence of accidents with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis. In this study was conducted using a semi-qualitative method with data analysis of occupational accident risk that resulted in the conclusion of occupational accident risk at low risk level occurred in the activities of machine component replacement, medium risk accident level in the activities of the installation of knife components and lubricant, high risk level in the activities of material removal , repair of components with welding machines, repair installation of control panels and electric motors. Suggestions intended for the company are expected to require the company to provide personal protective equipment facilities and first aid kit when there are injured workers and the need for the company to emphasize the application of work accident control efforts to workers to minimize the risk of work accidents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use SERVQUAL and the Zone of Tolerance methodologies to evaluate daycare facilities. Research was carried out to comprehend the elements that impact the quality of childcare services to enhance the experience and happiness of service users. A quantitative descriptive-analytical technique was used. Questionnaires were sent to parents who used early childhood care programs to gather data. To assess the gap between customer expectations and perceptions of service quality, the obtained data was analysed using the SERVQUAL technique. The Zone of Tolerance approach was also used to estimate the degree of consumer satisfaction with the services delivered. Staff neatness and service costs/tariffs came out positively in the Servqual gap analysis (0.150 and 0.117, respectively). Two positive MMS value characteristics were produced using the zone of tolerance approach. The zone of tolerance encompasses two characteristics: the ability to respond quickly and efficiently while delivering services (0.017, -0.067) and the capacity to meet customers' unique requirements (0.017, -0.100). The sufficient service category includes five service qualities; if any of these are no longer acceptable to clients, the service must be corrected quickly.  Keywords: service quality, child care, Servqual, zone of tolerance

Abstract

At this time, the Industry is more diverse and developing rapidly. Industrial development causes many companies to think of ways to survive and face fierce competition, which becomes a challenge for companies, especially for small MSME industries in their development stage. The establishment of this strategy is necessary to deal with changing market conditions as well as customers. Fulfillment of past demand is related to products (quantity and quality) and also raw materials and the increase in demand for a product varies. Consumer demand is uncertain, so methods that can minimize uncertainty are needed, one of which is the forecasting method. Forecasting uses historical data on sales demand and product usage so that it can be produced in the right quantity as well. UD Wijaya is one of the bag manufacturers.  Produce bags continuously in constant quantities. This if not managed properly, will cause overstock and understock Therefore, this study uses forecasting methods to forecast the next 3 months, this study compares 4-time series forecasting methods Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing and Double Exponential Smoothing. The four methods compared the smallest MAD, MAPE, MSE, and MAPE values and the results in the next 3 months with a moving average of 3 as much as 240 pcs, 280 pcs, 280 pcs

Abstract

The application of the Sanjai Sukarasa chips marketing strategy to customer satisfaction using the STP and 4P methods. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies, customer satisfaction, and provide recommendations to improve the marketing of Sanjai Sukarasa chips products. The research method applied is a quantitative approach by collecting data through filling out questionnaires. The results showed that the company uses a differentiation marketing strategy with a focus on product quality and promotion. In addition, consumer satisfaction with Sanjai Sukarasa chips products is quite high, but there are still several things that need to be improved. The recommendations given include improving product quality, increasing promotion, and developing new products.

Abstract

Mini rengginang is a traditional Indonesian food which has been innovated into a snack and can be consumed by all groups, both young and old. This research aims to identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase market penetration of mini rengginang products in the snack food industry. The SWOT evaluation method is used to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats associated with a product in a competitive market. Meanwhile, the application of the marketing mix aims to optimize product, price, promotion and distribution elements in order to achieve the specified marketing objectives. By integrating these two methods, this research seeks to provide a comprehensive view of how to address market challenges, identify competitive advantages, and adapt marketing strategies to gain a competitive edge in the ever-evolving snack food industry.

Abstract

Sinom drink product "FA DRINK" is a traditional drink that has many benefits for the body. In the development of its business, this beverage product has constraints in developing products to be accepted by the community. One of the problems encountered is the large number of similar beverage products on the market. The development strategy that will be carried out is based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) method, which is then sorted by the QSPM matrix to get a priority strategy. The results showed the total weight of the IFE matrix score of 3.319 and EFE of 2.990 so that the company was in a grow and build condition. Based on the QSPM matrix, the highest value is 6.863 and the lowest value is 5.17. Product development strategy recommendations based on the QSPM matrix are to collaborate with traders to increase sales, marketing by participating in exhibitions, improving product packaging to make it more attractive strengths

Abstract

PT XZY is a company in the industrial sector that produces instant noodles. In the production process, PT XZY faces several problems that cause product defects, especially in the packaging of Bumbu Oil Mie Goreng (BOMG). This packaging has several deficiencies such as quality defects (squashed packaging, folded edges, contents not up to standard) and unstable productivity. Therefore, this study aims to identify the factors that affect product defects and conduct development to improve quality and productivity. This research uses the Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) method with the stages of Define, Measure, Analyze, Design (DMAD). Based on the results of research using the design from six sigma method, it states that the highest sigma value of defects occurs with a total sigma value of 2,910 and also produces the highest value of defects in the noodle packaging squash factor of 38% resulting from the Pareto diagram.
