Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas strategi pemasaran PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. (BRI) melalui layanan BRILink dalam mendukung pertumbuhan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Dengan memanfaatkan layanan keagenan BRILink, BRI memperluas jangkauan layanan perbankan ke daerah pedesaan yang sebelumnya sulit dijangkau. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan fokus pada mitra BRILink yang telah beroperasi minimal satu tahun dan memiliki volume transaksi signifikan. Responden meliputi mitra BRILink dan pemilik UMKM yang menggunakan layanan BRILink. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan peramalan data masa lalu selama dua tahun, dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model bisnis BRILink berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas layanan perbankan, efisiensi operasional, serta pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Layanan BRILink juga memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat desa untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan dan memberdayakan ekonomi lokal. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya inovasi dalam strategi pemasaran perbankan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kepercayaan nasabah, serta mendorong minat pembelian.

Abstract

One of the most important sources of natural light for life is sunlight, and the skin is the outermost and most significant organ in the human body, making it vulnerable to sunlight exposure. This study aims to determine the biochemistry of secondary metabolite compounds in the guava tangkalak leaves of the plant and their activities as an active ingredient of sunscreen using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The results of this study indicate that the guava tangkalak leaves plant contains secondary metabolite compounds, such as flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, saponins, and steroids. The SPF values produced at concentrations of 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, and 1000ppm, SPF values of 2.96, 4.60, 7.70, 10.76, 15.13, and 27.41. The maximum concentration of 1000 ppm protects ultra-categories in SPF.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran bahasa Arab dalam penyebaran agama Islam di Indonesia pada abad ke-20. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan historis dan analisis literatur, penelitian ini mengungkap bagaimana bahasa Arab berperan sebagai alat komunikasi utama dalam penyebaran ajaran Islam di Nusantara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Arab tidak hanya digunakan dalam konteks keagamaan, tetapi juga dalam pendidikan dan budaya masyarakat Muslim. Namun, seiring perkembangan zaman dan pengaruh globalisasi, pemahaman serta penggunaan bahasa Arab dalam aspek keagamaan mulai mengalami pergeseran. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pelestarian bahasa Arab dalam pendidikan Islam serta implikasinya terhadap keberlanjutan nilai-nilai keislaman di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh keberagaman budaya terhadap kondisi pendidikan di sekolah khususnya pada kualitas proses belajar mengajar dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Keberagaman budaya di sekolah dapat memberikan pengaruh positif maupun negatif bagi warga sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keberagaman budaya di sekolah dapat mendorong kreativitas guru dan pengembangan karakter siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini juga membahas tentang perubahan nilai-nilai siswa maupun tenaga pendidik yang ada di sekolah dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas terutama pada mata pelajaran sejarah. Sehingga, artikel ini diharapkan mampu memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai keberagaman budaya di sekolah yang dapat menjadi peluang positif pada pendidikan karakter siswa dari adanya pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not Coffe's Instinct business is feasible to run based on its business feasibility study. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. The object of this study is the Instinct Coffee business located on Jl. Bojong No.98, Soreang, Bandung Regency. The result of this research is that the Coffee Instinct business is feasible to run with several points of improvement for business development.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the empowerment efforts carried out by the government for household appliance artisans using aluminum in Tanjung Atap Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consist of five individuals: the village head, the head of the artisans, and three household appliance artisans working with aluminum in Tanjung Atap Village. The findings indicate that the government’s empowerment efforts follow three community empowerment indicators. In the potential development indicator, artisans have received socialization from the head of the artisans, students from PGRI University Palembang and Sriwijaya University, as well as training from the Provincial Government of South Sumatra and the Department of Industry and Trade regarding casting techniques, shaping, finishing, and raw material recycling. In the business strengthening indicator, artisans receive assistance in the form of personal protective equipment (PPE) and access to funding through a savings and loan system managed by the village government. In the business protection indicator, artisans receive support in marketing and promotion through annual exhibitions organized by the Ogan Ilir Regency Government, local village events, and social media promotion facilitated by the Department of Industry and Trade.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Role Playing method in addressing Bullying on students' interest in learning Physical Education (PJOK) among fourth-grade students at SDN 165 Palembang. The research method used was a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Nonequivalent Control Group design. The population in this study consisted of all fourth-grade students at SDN 165 Palembang. The sampling technique used was random sampling, resulting in class IV A as the experimental group and class IV B as the control group. Data collection techniques in this study included validated Bullying and PJOK learning interest questionnaires. Based on the hypothesis test results, the obtained t-values were 3.426 and 3.043, while the critical t-value (t-table) was 2.011. Since the t-values were greater than the critical t-value (t > t-table), the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the Role Playing method in addressing Bullying on students' interest in learning PJOK among fourth-grade students at SDN 165 Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using PhET Simulation media on learning outcomes in mathematics subjects at SD Negeri 69 Palembang. This research uses an experimental method with a True Experimental design "posttest - Only Control Group" with a sample of 47 people. The sampling method in this research was taken using a total sampling technique where each member of the population was used as a sample. The data collection technique in this research uses tests, while the data analysis technique uses normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the data from the research that has been carried out, it can be proven from the results of the posttest in the experimental class which was given treatment using PhET Simulation media, it was found that the significant value was 0.005 which was smaller than alpha (α) = 0.05 with a calculated t value > t table or 2,935 > 2,014. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of using PhET Simulation media on learning outcomes in mathematics subjects after being given treatment in the experimental class using PhET Simulation media and the control class using conventional learning. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of PHET simulation media on learning outcomes in mathematics subjects at State Elementary School 69 Palembang.

Abstract

Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. The aim of this research is to increase knowledge and skills about digital marketing, especially social media, for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business people to increase their sales and profits. Online marketing is suitable for new businesses or ventures. Of course it is cost effective, because you don't have to place products/services, can be controlled yourself without having to recruit employees, unlimited time or working hours, and has a wide market reach, because online marketing is supported by the presence of websites or social media (Facebook, Instagram, WA, etc.) and this research is also aimed at proving that there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents who were Durenstory customers. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This means that the better the implementation of digital marketing, the higher the sales performance of Durenstory products. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing is an effective strategy for improving the sales performance of MSME products. Therefore, MSMEs need to implement digital marketing strategies appropriately and sustainably.
