Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1). Reliabilitas instrumen supervisi daring yang digunakan kepala sekolah untuk mengukur kinerja guru (2). Kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, (3). Korelasi usia dan masa kerja dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring (4). Perbedaan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring jika ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, pangkat-golongan, dan jenjang pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode korelasional dan komparatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 47 orang guru SMPN-6 Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi luring dan daring. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi, uji-t, dan analisis variansi satu jalur. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan (1). Instrumen supervisi daring yang digunakan kepala sekolah merupakan instrumen yang reliabel karena hasil pengukurannya berkorelasi positif dan signifikans sebesar 0,71 dengan hasil supervisi luring sebelum pandemi. (2). Kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring berada pada kategori baik dan sangat baik, (3). Usia dan masa kerja guru tidak berkorelasi dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring. (4). Jenjang pendidikan dan pangkat guru, merupakan faktor yang menyebabkan perbedaan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring, sedangkan faktor jenis kelamin, bukan merupakan faktor yang menyebabkan perbedaan kinerja guru. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya perumusan kebijakan pembinaan guru berdasarkan pangkat dan jenjang pendidikan, sehingga kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the data from the results of interviews and documentation in several government high schools Palangkaraya that there are limitations in the mastery of information technology, lack of infrastructure, limited budget, causing the lack of application of the instrument to be used as guidelines for the implementation of guidance and counseling, including the collection of data results service becomes not routinely performed. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of guidance and counseling in SMA Govenrment School Palangkaraya. This research used descriptive research, by adapting the evaluation of the two models, namely models EPIC from Hammond and Countenance Model of Stake. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The assessment criteria is three categories; low, medium, and high. The results showed: (1) Components antecedents in the form of service characteristics as supporting the implementation of guidance and counseling in SMA Government School in Palangkaraya, categorized: Medium. (2) Components of transactions in the form of activity characteristic of services as the implementation of guidance and counseling in high schools in Palangkaraya, categorized: Low. (3) Components outcomes in the form of the results of activities in the implementation of guidance and counseling in high schools in Palangkaraya, in the form of benefits from the implementation of the guidance and counseling that marked the development of behavioral changes of students, categorized: High.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning activities of students using the Campus Bowling learning strategy. To improve science learning outcomes using the Campus Bowling learning strategy. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which has tried to solve or answer the problems faced in the current situation. The subjects in this study were 36 fourth grade students of Palangka Elementary School 3 in the Academic Year 2016, consisting of 24 male students and 11 female students. The qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques used are observation and tests. Data analysis uses the calculation of the average value and percentage of students' mastery of learning in classical. The results of the study concluded that the learning activities of students increased after going through the Campus Bowling learning strategy, namely in the first cycle with an average of 2.78 (quite good) and in the second cycle namely 3.42 (reasonable). There is also an increase in student learning outcomes after going through the Campus Bowling learning strategy, namely in the first cycle with an average of 54 with classical completeness of 45% (less achieved) and in the second cycle with a percentage of 73 with artistic integrity 100% (excellent).

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To find out the learning activities of Indonesian Language students in class V by applying the Snowball Throwing learning model. (2) To find out the improvement of Indonesian language learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of Kasongan Lama Elementary School-4 by asking the Snowball Throwing learning model. The type in this study used a variety of classroom action research (CAR). As for the subjects in this study were students of class V SDN-4 Kasongan Lama, amounting to 24 students. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets and test questions about learning outcomes in the form of essays. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors causing low self-confidence in 1/4 Mutwasit Arunsat Vittaya School class students, in Payo, Saiburi, Pattani, Southern Thailand. The approach used in the study of the causes of Low-Self Confidence in 1/4 Mutwasit Arunsat Vittaya School students, in Payo, Saiburi, Pattani, Southern Thailand is a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The results of this study indicate that the causes of Low-Self Confidence in 1/4 Mutwasit Arunsat Vittaya School, in Payo, Saiburi, Pattani, Southern Thailand consist of internal and external factors. The internal factors include self-concept, self-esteem, physical condition, and life experience. While external factors include education, work and the environment

Abstract

This study aims to determine learning activities and increase learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were all students of class VIII.5 of Muhammadiyah Middle School in Palangka Raya, which numbered 23 students. The method in this study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The results of the survey show that: (1) Students are more active in the learning process so that students can understand the material presented properly. This can be seen from the scores of social studies learning activities of students in the first cycle, there were 12 students who scored 21, and in the second cycle, there were 23 students who scored 21: (2) the use of inquiry methods could improve learning outcomes. In the first cycle of 16 students, the average learning outcome was 61.30 with a percentage of 69.56%, and in the second cycle of 23 students, the average learning outcomes increased to 75.65 with a rate of 95.65%. There was an increase of 26.09% from the period I to II.

Abstract

The researcher aims to find out the activities and find out the improvement in participants' economic learning outcomes. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). As for the subjects in this study were students of class X IPS 1 in Katingan Hilir 1 Senior High School totaling 22 students. The instruments used were observation sheets and learning outcomes test questions. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative. The results of the study show that: (1) The activities of students during the economic learning process are more active. Learning activity cycle I obtained an average score of 2.7 with fairly good criteria, and in the second cycle, the score increased to 3.5 with good criteria. (2) There is an increase in economic learning outcomes after applying the Make a Match learning model. In the first cycle the learning outcomes of students complete with an average of 65 with a data percentage of 64%. Then there is an increase in the second cycle, with an average score of 80 with a percentage of 86%.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To find out the implementation of school-based management (2) To find out the organization in the development of the curriculum used in the implementation of school-based management in Katingan Hilir 2 High School. This research was conducted in 2 (two) months, taking place at Katingan Hilir 2 High School, located on Tjilik Riwut km 2.5 road, Kasongan Lama Village. The method used in conducting this research is qualitative with the type of case study. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. To test the objectivity and validity of the data used triangulation techniques, using reference materials, and holding member checks. Data analysis used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that at Katingan Hilir 2 High School in Katingan District the implementation of school-based management had gone well. Because this can be done well because of the collaboration between the principal and the board of teachers and the school community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar IPA peserta didik pada penggunaan kombinasi media grafis jenis bagan proses dan media video. (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik menggunakan kombinasi media grafis jenis bagan proses dan media video. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 5 Pahandut Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) ada peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan kombinasi media grafis jenis bagan proses dan media video, dan (2) ada peningkatan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik setelah menggunakan kombinasi media grafis jenis bagan proses dan media video, pada siklus I nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu 75,86 dengan kriteria keberhasilan cukup tercapai dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh 93,25 dengan kriteria tingkat keberhasilan pembelajaran sangat tercapai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is a difference in statistical mastery and the ability to write scientific papers on UM Palangkaraya PGSD students, both multivariate and univariate if viewed from the gender and origin of the student area. The research method used was descriptive-comparative, with a sample of 94 people. The research time is at the beginning of the even semester 2014/2015. Data analysis techniques use MANOVA. From the results of data analysis, it was concluded that (1). There were differences in statistical mastery and the ability to write scientific papers when viewed from gender, with an F value of 3.993 which was significant at the level = 5% (p = 0.022 <0.05). (2). There are differences in statistical mastery and the ability to write scientific papers if viewed from the origin of the student area, with an F value = 7.307 which is significant at the level = 5% (p = 0.000 <0.05). (3). The ability to write female student scientific work is better than male students with a significant F = 5.211 at the level of = 5%. (4). There is a difference in the mastery of statistics on students if viewed from the origin of the region with a value of F = 4.575 which is significant at the level = 5%. Based on the average sample, the best statistical mastery is for students from urban areas, followed by students from urban areas and then by students from rural areas. (5). There are differences in the ability to write scientific papers if viewed from the origin of the student area, with a value of F = 11.151 which is significant at the level = 5% Based on the average sample, the best ability to write scientific work is for students from urban areas, followed by students from urban areas and then by students from rural areas.
