Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Multiple Group Design. Kelas eksperimen 1 berjumlah 27 orang yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model Creative Problem Solving berbantuan media audio visual dan kelas eksperimen 2 berjumlah 25 orang yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media audio visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPAS pada peserta didik kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah Pahandut yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model Creative Problem Solving dan Problem Based Learning berbantuan media audio visual. Sebelum dilakukan analisis terhadap hasil belajar, hasil pre-test dianalisis untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal pada kedua kelas eksperimen tersebut menggunakan uji independent sample t test yang diperoleh bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,746. Jika nilai Sig. (2-tailed) > 0,05, sehingga tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil pre-test pada kelas eksperimen 1 dan 2. Pada uji Normalitas, kelas eksperimen 1 diperoleh nilai signifikansi pada pre-test adalah 0,178 dan post-test 0,200, sedangkan kelas eksperimen 2 diperoleh nilai signifikansi pada pre-test adalah 0,244 dan post-test 0,200. Nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih dari 0,05, sehingga data penelitian ini berdistribusi Normal. Pada uji Homogenitas pre-test diperoleh nilai signifkansi sebesar 0,610 dan post-test sebesar 0,246. Nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih dari 0,05 sehingga varians data post-test dan pre-test pada kelas eksperimen 1 dan 2 bersifat Homogen. Pada uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,889 yang artinya nilai Sig. (2-tailed) > 0,05, sehingga dalam penelitian ini Ho diterima.

Abstract

Kelurahan Bereng Bengkel berpotensi  mengalami banjir yang cukup tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk: 1) mensosialisasikan keberadaan Tim MDMC Kalimantan Tengah, 2) memberikan pemahaman tentang Mitigasi bencana Hidrometeorologis, 3) membentuk Satgas MDMC di kelurahan Bereng Bengkel, dan  4) Memberikan aksi nyata MDMC berupa layanan pengobatan gratis bagi warga kelurahan Bereng Bengkel. Metode pelaksanaan melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan aksi. Sasaran peserta  adalah warga desa, perangkat desa, dan mahasiswa relawan UMPR. Total peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian adalah 50 peserta. Berdasarkan evaluasi, kegiatan  pengabdian ini  peserta telah memiliki pemahaman sangat baik, target terbentuknya satgas atau kader MDMC di Kelurahan Bereng Bengkel tercapai dan aksi nyata MDMC layanan kesehatan gratis terlaksana dengan sukses dan lancar. Pada dasarnya bimbingan MDMC kota Palangkaraya dan Lurah Bereng Bengkel diperlukan untuk menyusun program kerja dan  monitoring sehingga aksi MDMC di masyarakat  dapat di laksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Selain itu harapannya MDMC  lebih dikenal masyarakat luas. Fashtabiqul Khoirat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of animated learning videos and printed textbooks on learning outcomes of religious practices. The population of this study was only students of SD Muhammadiya Pahandudut Palangkaraya and the sample was third grade students of SD Muhammadiya Pahandudut Palangkaraya. Appropriate equipment and data collection is required depending on the phenomenon the researcher wants to study. Student observation and learning achievement tests were used as data collection techniques in this study. The key findings from this study are the applications used by researchers to help improve student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Learning video animation has a major effect on the learning outcomes of the practice of faldu prayer. (2) The learning outcomes of the fardhu prayer groups of students using learning animation videos were higher than the fardhu prayer group of students using printed textbook media.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe (1) students' preferences on counselor behavior, (2)student interest in guidance and counseling program, and (2) relation between student preference to counselor behavior and interest to counseling and guidance program. The research was conducted in Junior High School (SMP) in Palangka Raya City with a population of 843 students. The sample of this study is 84 students taken proportional random sampling. The result of this research are (1) students' preference toward counselor behavior is positive, (2) student's interest toward guidance and counseling program tends to be positive, and (3) there is a positive correlation between student preference toward counselor behavior and interest to guidance and counseling program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh Profesionalitas dosen terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa 2) Pengaruh kualitas metode pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023 sampai bulan Februari 2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 200 orang yakni mahasiswa UMPR yang menempuh kuliah semester 3, 5 dan 7 tahun tahun akademik 2023/2024, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 102 Orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik proposional non random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner berupa angket tertutup dengan jumlah item pernyataan 37 butir dengan koefisien reliabilitas X1 sebesar 0.870 (reliabel) , X2 sebesar 0.930 (reliabel) dan Y sebesar 0.879 (reliabel) dengan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan (1). Profesionalitas dosen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, dilihat melalui uji hasil uji t Parsial dan model persamaan regresi nilai t variabel X1 = 3.656 dengan sig. 0.000 di mana < 0,05 maka X1 mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu Y (2) Penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa UMPR dilihat dari nilai t variabel X2 = 5.875 dengan sig. 0.000 di mana < 0,05 maka X2 mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap variabel dependen (Y).

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen pembentukan karakter bangsa yang berakhlak mulia melalui model pembelajaran holistik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain evaluatif, melibatkan 97 peserta didik yang terlibat dalam pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai moral. Instrumen berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5 diujikan untuk mengukur karakter seperti integritas dan kepedulian sosial. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach's Alpha. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden cenderung tidak setuju terhadap pernyataan terkait karakter, dengan nilai rata-rata di bawah 2. Validitas konstruk diperoleh dengan outer loading yang bervariasi, menegaskan bahwa indikator secara signifikan berkontribusi pada pengukuran karakter. Kesimpulan menegaskan pentingnya validitas alat ukur dalam menilai dampak model pembelajaran terhadap karakter bangsa yang berakhlak mulia.Kata Kunci: Validitas, realibilitas, intrumen, karakter, holistikABSTRACTThis study aims to evaluate the validity and reliability of instruments for fostering noble character through a holistic learning model among students engaged in character education programs. Using a quantitative evaluative approach, a purposive sampling method was employed to select 97 participants. A questionnaire measuring indicators of noble character—such as integrity, responsibility, honesty, and social concern—was developed based on a Likert scale of 1–5. Data were collected both online and in-person, ensuring respondent comprehension. The validity and reliability of the instrument were assessed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Cronbach's Alpha. Results revealed that most items scored below a mean of 2, indicating a prevalent disagreement among respondents regarding the character values assessed. High outer loadings for social concern and responsibility indicators confirm the instrument's effectiveness. In conclusion, the holistic learning model significantly influences the development of noble character, underscoring the necessity for robust measurement tools in educational settings.Keywords: Validity, realibility, intrument, character, holistic

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine whether there is an influence of utilizing the school library on learning outcomes in the Indonesian Language subject, (2) determine whether there is an influence of students' learning motivation on learning outcomes in the Indonesian Language subject, and (3) determine whether there is a combined influence of utilizing the school library and students' learning motivation on learning outcomes in the Indonesian Language subject. The population in this study consists of fifth and sixth-grade students from public elementary schools in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, totaling 1,117 students from six public elementary schools. The sample for this research includes 285 students, determined according to the Krejcie and Morgan table. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling.The results of the study indicate that: (1) there is an effect of school library utilization (X1) on learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject (Y), based on the regression test results, the significance value (p) obtained is 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05 (p < 0.05); (2) student learning motivation (X2) has no effect on learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject (Y), based on the results of the nonlinear regression test, the significance value (p) obtained is 0.106, indicating that p > 0.05; (3) there is an effect of both school library utilization (X1) and student learning motivation (X2) together on learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject (Y), based on multiple nonlinear regression analysis, the regression R value is 0.199.

Abstract

Students’ well-being is often disturbed by external demands, such as academic pressure, family expectations, and social expectations. These demands can impact students’ mental and emotional well-being. This research aims to explore the problems of external demands for students’ psychological well-being. This research used the systematic literature review (SLR) method to investigate the impact of external demands on students’ psychological well-being. Data were collected from articles published between 2018 and 2023 from the Scopus database. Of the 93 articles, 26 articles were obtained after screening. Data mining and analysis were conducted with the help of Publish or Perish, Biblioshiny, and ATLAS.ti. The results show the complexity of external demands, with factors such as internal and external support, job control, social media use, and individual differences in emotion regulation playing essential roles. The long-term impacts of these demands can include increased levels of stress, anxiety, and depression in students. Therefore, it is essential to manage external demands strategically to create a learning environment that supports students’ psychological well-being. This research highlights the need for joint efforts between schools, families, and communities to address external demands on students. Effective interventions are needed to reduce the negative impact of external demands.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and differences in critical thinking skills between students with reflective and impulsive cognitive styles in learning mathematics in college. Critical thinking skills are an important competency needed to understand and solve complex mathematical problems. Cognitive style, which reflects an individual's preferences in processing information, can affect the way students learn and think critically. The population of this study was 147 students consisting of all students of the 2023 intake who took Mathematics courses, but the sample taken was 64 students. The research instrument used a critical thinking skills test and a cognitive style test. The critical thinking skills test is in the form of mathematical questions that require in-depth analysis and evaluation, while the cognitive style test can use instruments such as the Matching Familiar Figures Test (MFFT) to group students into reflective and impulsive cognitive styles. Analysis of the quantitative data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Statistical analysis can include correlation tests to see the relationship between cognitive style and critical thinking skills, as well as difference tests to compare critical thinking skills between groups of students with impulsive and reflective cognitive styles. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship (<0.05) between critical thinking skills and students' cognitive styles in learning mathematics. And there was a significant difference in critical thinking skills between students with impulsive cognitive styles and students with reflective cognitive styles. The differences were in the speed and accuracy of problem solving, evaluation and decision-making skills, and understanding of mathematical concepts.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of child-friendly school programs in public elementary schools in Mentawabaru Ketapang District, East Kotawaringin Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with the CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product and Outcome) evaluation model. The results of this research showed that: (1) the results of an evaluation of the context in which the SRA Program was implemented were in accordance with the legal basis and in accordance with community needs; (2) the results of the input evaluation are the unavailability of KHA-certified teaching staff and the need for supporting facilities that comply with SRA regulations; (3) the results of the process evaluation aspect which is based on the linkage of the program with the internalization of child-friendly values ​​in the curriculum and all learning processes which are very good but there is still minimal stakeholder cooperation; (4) the results of the evaluation of the results during which the SRA program was implemented can be seen from the percentage reduction in violations committed by students by an average of 23.6%; (5) the results of the output aspect are that students have felt a positive impact on the formation of character or attitudes or behavior which then has an impact on the school environment and the community environment. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for improvement and improvement for all parties involved in implementing the SRA program.
