Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan pedoman hidup kaum muslim yang berisikan firman Allah yang tersusun dalam bahasa Arab yang simbol hurufnya dikenal dengan sebutan huruf Hijaiyah. Hampir dari keseluruhan umat muslim mampu membaca Al-Qur’an, akan tetapi tidak dapat membaca ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dengan benar dan teliti, sehingga tidak salah dengan makna yang terkandung didalamnya. kebanyakan kalangan umat islam masih mempunyai pandangan bahwa belajar ilmu Nahwu itu sulit, sehingga banyak juga kalangan umat islam kesulitan untuk mempelajari kaidah bahasa Arab yang disebut dengan ilmu Nahwu dan Sharaf. Oleh karena itu penulis mengembangkan sistem yang hanya memanfaatkan citra Al-Qur’an saja sebagai inputan untuk mendapatkan pola Fi’il Mudhari’ yang sesuai. Citra yang diuji nantinya akan mendeteksi bagian- bagian mana yang terkandung Fi’il Mudhari’. Metode Sokal & Sneath adalah suatu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menghitung jarak keakuratan tingkat kesamaan pola. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa keakuratan sistem ini sebesar 92,90%. Persentase detection rate (akurasi) tersebut menunjukkan Metode Sokal & Sneath dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu pendekatan untuk pengenalan Fi’il Mudhari’ pada citra Al Quran. Sistem ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan yaitu memiliki false positive rate, dapat dilihat pada unjuk kerja dari sistem pengenalan pola Fi’il Mudhari’, proses keakurasiannya dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan lebih lanjut dengan tambahan data yang lebih banyak dan lebih bervariasi.

Abstract

Setiap aparatur desa mempunyai tugas dan wewenang yang telah diberikan kepada mereka. dalam hal ini kepala desa mengeluh bahwa banyak aparatur desa yang kurang berkompeten dalam hal penguasaan media teknologi informasi dalam hal mendukung kinerja untuk melayani masyarakat khusus nya Microsoft Office. sebagaimana diketahui Microsoft Office memiliki banyak fitur dalam hal menangani urusan kantoran. oleh karena itu dilakukanlah kegiatan pengabdian berupa patihan Microsoft Office bagi aparatur desa Uteun Kot. selama pemateri memberikan pelatihan, terlihat peserta sangat antusias dan mengikuti oelatihan dengan baik. kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapat respon positif dari aparatur desa dan kepala desa. ini terlihat dari jumlah peserta yang hadir cukup banyak.  Abstract. Each village apparatus has the duties and authorities that have been given to them. in this case the village head complained that many village officials were less competent in terms of mastering information technology media in terms of supporting performance to serve the community, especially Microsoft Office. As is well known, Microsoft Office has many features when it comes to handling office matters. Therefore, a service activity in the form of a Microsoft Office patihan was carried out for the Uteun Kot village apparatus. during the presenter gave the training, the participants seemed very enthusiastic and followed the training well. This service activity received a positive response from village officials and village heads. This can be seen from the number of participants who attended quite a lot.

Abstract

Pendanaan terorisme ini didefinisikan dengan seluruh perbuatan dalam upayanya dalam menjalankan penyediaan, pengumpulan, pemberian ataupun peminjaman dan, baik itu yang dilaksanakan secara langsung ataupun yang tidak langsung, yang dimaksudkan untuk melaksanakan tindakan terorisme, teroris ataupun organisasi teroris. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah guna mengetahui ataupun menjelaskan bagaimanakah keterkaitan, bentuk perbuatan, dan pertanggung jawaban pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pendanaan terorisme dalam instrumen anti money laundering.  Untuk penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan ialah berupa Jenis penelitian yuridis normatif. Untuk melaksanakan penelitian ini, pendekatan yang digunakan ialah berupa pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan undang-undang. Sementara itu, untuk sifat penelitian ini ialah berupa penelitian deskriptif dan bentuk penelitian ini ialah berupa deskriptif. Merujuk hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Tindak Pidana pencucian uang dengan Tindak Pidana Terorisme ini mempunyai keterkaitan hubungan yang kuat. Subjek hukum dalam kasus tindak pidana pendanaan terorisme ini dinyatakan sudah melaksanakan perbuatan pendanaan terhadap beberapa aksi terorisme jika subjek hukum tersebut sudah sesuai dengan beberapa persyaratan hukum pidana, baik itu subjektif ataupun objektifnya. Pertanggung jawaban hukum pada pelaku tindak pidana pendanaan terorisme ini yakni berupa pidana penjara untuk para pelaku pendanaan terorissme dan pertanggungjawaban untuk ganti rugi.

Abstract

Magnetic method had been employed at Seulawah Agam area in term of unveiling the potentially geothermal source. This method was carried out locally in both the geothermal filed of Heutsz’s Crater and Cempaga’s Crater where the locations are in Seulawah Agam slope which is included in Aceh Besar District. Geologically, the area is mainly controlled by volcanic mudflow and Lam Teuba’s rocks consisting of breccia, pumice and tuff and their age are from Tersier to Resen Period. The deployed equipment consisted of Magnetometer GSM-19T, Proton Sensors, Aluminum Stick, Connection Cable, GPS Antenna, Compass, and Watch. Portable GPS (Global Positioning System), Navigation type (map of the survey area), and complemented by the other technical equipment, such as handy talky, umbrella, pens and notes of observed data. This study was done by following two steps. At first, the base station was established as a reference point for all magnetic data of measurements. Furthermore, recording magnetic data at each point by repeating three times until the last point by following the looping pattern as pathway of measurement both in Heutsz’s crater whose nine point recordings and in Cempaga’s crater whose seventeen points was consecutively done. The data were simply processed by using Microsoft excel that can just plot the magnetic anomaly and interpreted qualitatively being preliminary research. The result showed that at the north pathway had high magnetic anomaly of rocks located at B6 point and it was assumed as the area having the economically mineral in fracture zones. The rocks with low a anomaly value were obtained at –F125 BR is suggested as the thermal sources while at the South pathway from observing station till the Cempaga’s crater was obtained the geological structure as the Sumatran Fault of Aceh’s segment at CK4 point and this finding showed similar correlation with the result of gravity survey at same pathway published in another paper. In conclusion, this method effectively showed that the Seulawah Agam has potency as thermal source.

Abstract

The importance of protecting the environment is one way to carry out the orders of the 1945 Constitution. The Indonesian government has actually shown seriousness in dealing with environmental problems, as evidenced by the making of regulations that discuss the environment, it's just that in the field there are still gaps between das solen and das sein because the rules are very good, in fact not enforced according to expectations. The results of the study show that UUPPLH requires companies that are proven to have polluted to be responsible in the form of civil liability (compensation) and take certain actions, the results of the study also show that PT. Ciomas Adisatwa is also proven to have polluted the river, so that it is subject to administrative sanctions written warnings and forms of responsibility are carried out by increasing supervision, evaluation and taking/checking waste samples regularly in order to anticipate pollution and carry out environmental restoration as a form of corporate moral responsibility because it has make a mistake. Abstract

The utilization of micro hydropower plant is intended for providing electricity at Alue Dua village in North Aceh. A problem associated with the implementation of the micro-hydropower plant in the village is that the water flowrate of the run-of-river is varied at 117 litres per second during the wet season and at 36 litres per second during the dry season. This variation affects the speed of the water turbine and the capacity of power generated by its generator. Therefore to stabilize the output power and voltage of the generator during the course of the year, this paper aims to regulate the intake water flowing into the water turbine by controlling the opening vent valve from 0% up to 100% and controlling the electrical load connected to the generator. The speed of the water turbine was measured using the tachometer. It was found that the generator can produce electricity at its rated power 40 kVA during the wet season by opening the valve at 100% and at 12 kVA with the opening valve at 30% during the dry season. Opening the vent valve at 100% during the dry season can drain the water within 12 minutes

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Dissatisfaction that occurs in a social community of injustices in the treatment due to politics, economics and law has led to social conflicts that lead to a variety of social behavior in the context of civic life. One of the social perubahana in the application of the law of politics in Indonesia since the end of the New Order regime, and the period of reform can be seen in efforts to address the phenomenon of Indonesian statesman disintegritas arising in Aceh so that eventually gave birth to Law Number 11 Year 2006 about the government of Aceh, the Act has brought great changes to the law in force in Aceh. The birth qanu-qanun and implementation efforts of Islamic law in Aceh has extended the range deversitas kaffah laws of the Republic of Indonesia with the 1945 constitutional system. On the one hand the notion as a group of people about the rights of autonomy that is so vast and highly principled for the Aceh region of Act No. 11 of 2006, who were later considered to be one of the basic implementation of Islamic sharia in Aceh kaffah is a part of Indonesia's legal system. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of Panglima Laot's institution authority in the maritim area to resolve sea disputes and to find an ideal dispute resolution model to be used. This research uses qualitative method by sociological juridical approach in the form of descriptive analytical. The Panglima laot's authority in an effort to assist the government in resolving maritime disputes is a formal authority granted by a law which is attributively regulated in Article 28 of Qanun Aceh Number 10 of 2008 concerning Customary Institutions. However, when dealing with certain cases between fishermen where the regulation is not very clear in the Qanun, Panglima Laot seeks to resolve cases by using traditional approaches, religious values, propriety, a sense of justice and human conscience. Therefore, Panglima Laot needs detailed and written instructions for carrying out tasks in the form of Government Regulations or Qanuns. Including dealing with refugees who come from abroad.

Abstract

Abstract: Generally girder are made of reinforced concrete which is relatively heavy, that make it  requires many molds (formwork) and scaffolding to hold the load during the execution. To overcome this used ferro foam concrete material with profile I as a girder. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of carrying capacity arising under variation girder high for for a few short span .High variation girder under review was 150 mm, 200 mm and 300 mm. Some spans that will be reviewed is 1.5 meters, 2 meters, 2.5 meters, 3 meters, 3.5 meters, 4 meters, 5 meters, and 6 meters. The results showed that the nominal moment is greater than the ultimate moment. for a maximum span length of 2 meters on the type of bridge traffic light. While on the pedestrian bridge shows that the nominal moment is greater than the ultimate moment for a maximum span length of 5 meters.  Value nominal moment resistance (ФMn) was 1.1 tm for the girder size 15x20 cm, 1.6 tm for  size 20x20 cm, and 2.8 tm for size 30x20 cm. Girder large dimensions also affect the amount of deflection, the higher the girder, the smaller flexural.Keywords : profile I, ferro foam concreteAbstrak: Umumnya gelagar terbuat dari beton bertulang yang relatif berat, yang dalam pelaksanaannya membutuhkan cetakan (bekisting) dan penyokong yang relatif banyak untuk menahan beban selama pelaksanaan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini digunakan material ferro foam concrete dengan bentuk profil I sebagai gelagar.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya kapasitas daya dukung yang timbul berdasarkan variasi tinggi gelagar untuk bentang-bentang pendek. Variasi tinggi gelagar yang ditinjau adalah 150 mm, 200 mm dan 300 mm. Bentang-bentang yang akan ditinjau yaitu 1,5 meter, 2 meter, 2,5 meter, 3 meter, 3,5 meter, 4 meter, 5 meter, dan 6 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa momen nominal lebih besar dari momen ultimit untuk panjang bentang maksimum 2 meter pada tipe jembatan lalu lintas ringan. Sedangkan pada jembatan pedestrian menunjukkan bahwa momen nominal lebih besar dari momen ultimit untuk panjang bentang maksimum 5 meter. Nilai momen nominal tahanan (ФMn) untuk gelagar ukuran 15x20 cm diperoleh ФMn sebesar 1,1 ton, ukuran 20x20 cm diperoleh ФMn sebesar 1.6 ton, dan ukuran 30x20 cm diperoleh ФMn sebesar 2.8 ton. Besar dimensi gelagar juga mempengaruhi besarnya lendutan, semakin tinggi gelagar maka semakin kecil lendutannya.Kata kunci : Profil I, ferro foam concrete
