Abstract

SIAK adalah sistem Informasi Yang Memamfaatkan Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi untuk melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan data administrasi penduduk. Namu aplikasi SIAK belum banyak digunakan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya evaluasi terhadap perimaan pengguna SIAK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana  penerimaan pengguna terhadap SIAK menggunakan metode TAM. Hasil penelitian dari tujuh hipotesis di ajukan menunujukan Perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness dalam penerimaan SIAK, Perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude toward using dalam penerimaan SIAK, perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude toward using dalam penerimaan SIAK, perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap acceptance of system dalam penerimaan SIAK, attitude toward using berpengaruh signifikan terhadap acceptance of system dalam penerimaan SIAK, Perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness secara simultan dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward using dalam penerimaan SIAK, perceived usefulness dan attitude toward using secara simultan dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap acceptance of system dalam penerimaan SIAK.

Abstract

Pada tahun anggaran 2021-2022 Bantuan Stimulan Rumah Swadaya (BSRS) mendapat alokasi peningkatan kualitas sebanyak 110 unit dengan lokasi dikawasan kumuh yang ditetapkan pada SK Walikota tentang lokasi perumahaan dan pemukiman kumuh di Kota Gorontalo, yang meliputi 18 kecamatan yaitu Limba U satu, Pohe, Tenda, Tanjung kramat, Bugis, Leato selatan, Leato utara, Talumolo, Tamulabutao, Buliide, Dembe 1, Lekobalo, Pilolodaa, Tenilo, Heledulaa utara, Padebuolo, Dembe 2, dan Dembe jaya. permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah tidak adanya metode pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh pihak instansi sehingga dapat mengakibatkan kurang tepatnya penyaluran bantuan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Bantuan Stimulan Rumah Swadaya Berbasis Web di Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil akhir yang diharapkan bisa membantu Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Gorontalo dalam mengambil keputusan dengan menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerima Bantuan Stimulan Rumah Swadaya (BSRS) menggunakan metode Multi Attribute Rating Technique.

Abstract

Sistem informasi keuangan adalah sistem informasi yang dirancang untuk menyediakan informasi mengenai arus uang bagi para pemakai di seluruh organisasi yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan di Gereja Kanaan Suwawa saat ini belum memiliki sistem informasi yang baik sehingga seringkali mendapatkan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu bendahara gereja dalam mengelola data keuangan agar lebih teratur dan terperinci sehingga pembuatan laporan lebih akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tersedianya sebuah sistem informasi keuangan yang dapat mempermudah bendahara dalam mengelola data keuangan

Abstract

Marriagge Registration Information System ( The Principal Suppervisor is Mukhlissulfatih Latief, S,Kom, MT., and the co-supervisior is Rachamad Thohir Jassin, S.Kom., Eng.)KUA (Kantor Urusan Agama or Office of Religios Affairs) of Ampana Tete Sub-district is a govemment institution serving to register mamage  process. Currently, the process is a paper- based work which tends to complicate officer in seeking certain data informing marriage schedule duc to the making requires the officer to look at the applicant's data one by one Consenquently, it may hamper a service quality to the community, in addition,  the complication applies to monthly and yearly reporting, which is a time- consuming process due to its making process involves a check data additionally, the mamage  data processing still operates Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel so that it leads to a frequent data duplication, data compt/lost, and also error committed by officer in registering the data. Another problem is that a penghulu ( Muslim Wendding offciant) often forgets abouts a must-do schedule. Objective of this research is to design a mamage registration information System at KUA of Ampana Tete Sub district. Data used in this research are descriptive data. Research finding is a mamage registration information system which facilitates and supports performace of KUA of Ampana Tete in processing and registering mamage data. Also, the community and penghulu  of KUA are earsier in accesing information about mamage data as well as mamage schedule due to the system functions SMS gateway technology.Keywoards :Mamage Registration Information System SMS gateway.

Abstract

The distribution of Sosial Assistance (BANSOS) in Molombulahe Village remains to experience various issues where its one of them is the village has yet to indicate a significant change for the recipients of Social Assistance according to the data from Central Bureau of Statistics. In addition, the process of distribution for this assistance is still redundant at two types of assistance, while the selection process for the assistance recipients is still timeconsuming in regards to data processing so that an individual may take in more than one type of Social Assistance Dealing with the previos issues, a decision support system for recipients og Social Assistance by using the implementation of Fuzzy AHP method is required which could facilitate in data collection process and decision making in determining decent recipients of Social Assistance, so that there is no mare redundancy for the Assistance distribution in molumbulahe Village. Therefore, the distribution process of Social Assistence through applying the implementation of Fuzzy AHP method in the Decision Support System of Social Assistance Recipients could help the government of Molombulahe Village in the data management for proposed recipients of Social Assistance in the assistance distribution process. Abstract

Higher education plays a crucial role in shaping the future of the younger generation, and in the ever-evolving digital era, technology has become an integral part of the education process. Amid the ongoing digital transformation, students’ interest in the Informatics Engineering major is increasing; however, challenges remain in attracting high school (SMA) and vocational school (SMK) students to pursue this field. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of students' sentiments toward the Informatics Engineering major and to formulate an effective promotional strategy to encourage high school and vocational school graduates to choose this path. To achieve these objectives, the research employs the TextBlob classification method, a natural language processing tool that assigns sentiment polarity scores (positive, neutral, or negative) to textual data. Sentiment analysis was conducted on responses collected through questionnaires, involving number of high school and vocational school students. The results of the sentiment analysis for high school (SMA) students reveal that out of 209 data points, 93 tweets (44.5%) were categorized as positive sentiment, citing career prospects and academic opportunities as key motivators. In contrast, For vocational school (SMK) students, among 135 data points analyzed, 50 tweets (37.0%) were categorized as positive sentiment, prioritizing practical skills and industry readiness. Based on the findings, the study formulates targeted promotional strategies. For SMA students, the focus should be on showcasing career prospects, technical skill development, and success stories in the tech industry. For SMK students, the promotion should emphasize practical, hands-on skills, industry partnerships, and job-readiness. This research provides recommendations for tailored promotional approaches to enhance students’ awareness and interest in Informatics Engineering, thereby encouraging greater enrollment in the field.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: (1) Produce a training model design for making karawo motif designs for karawo craftsmen, (2) Produce a valid training model for making karawo motif designs, (3) Produce a training model for making karawo motif designs that are practical to use, The development model used in this study is the ADDIE model. The test includes four test stages, namely expert review (content validity), product feasibility testing of training model devices, limited trials, and expanded trials. In the limited trial there were 15 karawo craftsmen involved and for the expanded test there were 30 karawo craftsmen as respondents. Data collection related to the development of training models using interviews. Expert review using Aiken's formula, feasibility test using descriptive statistics, limited trials as well as expanded trials to measure the practicality of the training model. The results showed that (1) This karawo motif design training model product can be used to improve the competence of karawo craftsmen in designing karawo motifs. This model is equipped with (a) Training model book for making karawo motif designs, (b) Karawogen application as one of the supports and tools for karawo craftsmen in making new and more varied karawo motifs, and (c) Training modules for making karawo motif designs, (2) Based on expert analysis, This training model is declared valid which is indicated by (a) The training model book for making karawo motif designs is included in the Very feasible category, (b) Karawogen application is included in the very feasible category, and (c) The training module is included in the very feasible category, (3) Practicality assessment in limited and expanded product trials is included in the practical category.

Abstract

AbstractLearning media serve as a tool to facilitate the teaching and learning process, enabling learning objectives to be achieved effectively and efficiently. The learning medium that previously used in the teaching and learning process is considered less varied, as it primarily only relies on printed books and modules as learning resource. The objectives of this research are (1) to develop learning medium as a tool to support the learning process for students in the Basic Vocational subject for Class X of TKJ major at SMK Negeri 1 Kaidipang, and (2) to analyze the feasibility of learning medium through media feasibility tests conducted by material experts and media experts, as well as practicality tests by students as the users. This research used the RD method whit the 4D development model. This learning product is designed using Adobe Animate software. The research findings show that the developed learning medium received a percentage score of 94.38% from material experts, categorized as very feasible; 90.21% from media experts, categorized as very feasible; and 94.89% from user tests, categorized as excellent. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed learning medium is considered feasible for use in the learning process, supporting teachers and students, particularly in understanding network media. Keywords:Basic vocational; learning medium; 4D model. AbstrakMedia pembelajaran berfungsi sebagai alat yang dapat membantu jalannya proses belajar mengajar sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien. Media yang sebelumnya digunakan dalam proses belajara mengajar dapat dikatakan kurang bervariatif, karena hanya memanfaatkan sumber belajar dari buku cetak dan modul. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran sebagai alat bantu proses pembelajaran siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar Kejuruan kelas X TKJ di SMK Negeri 1 Kaidipang, (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran melalui uji kelayakan media oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, serta uji coba kepraktisan media oleh penggunanya yaitu siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu RD dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D. Produk pembelajaran ini perancangannya memanfaatkan software Adobe Animate. Hasil penelitian terhadap media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan yaitu ahli materi memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 94,38% dengan kategori sangat layak, ahli media memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 90,21% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan hasil uji pengguna memperoleh nilai persentase 94,89% dengan kategori sangat baik. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran, guna mempermudah guru dan siswa pada proses pembelajaran, terutama tentang media jaringan. Kata Kunci:Dasar kejuruan; media pembelajaran; model 4D

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan media pembelajaran pada materi Internet gateway dan mengetahui apakah penerapan media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Materi Internet gateway dapat di terapkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis youtube, dapat dilihat dari persentase kelayakan media mencapai mencapai 96% atau masuk kategori sangat layak, sedangkan untuk presentase kelayakan materi mencapai 80% atau masuk kategori layak. Media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dan mendapat respon positif dari siswa dilihat dari hasil pembagian kuisioner dengan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 86% dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif maupun psikomotorik. Adapun sebelum penerapan media pembelajaran, presentase hasil belajar pra-siklus siswa yaitu sebesar 58%. Sementara itu, pada presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif siswa meningkat sebesar 33% dari siklus I 61% ke siklus II mencapai 94% Sedangkan pada aspek psikomotorik, presentase ketuntasan siswa meningkat 26% dari siklus I 68% pada siklus II meningkat mencapai 94%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka berdasarkan Permendikbud Ristek Nomor 12 Tahun 2024, yang menuntut guru menghadirkan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan mendukung kemandirian belajar siswa. Namun, keterbatasan bahan ajar dan akses siswa terhadap sumber belajar mandiri menjadi kendala. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis web pada mata pelajaran Komputer Grafis, dengan fokus pada materi efek di CorelDRAW, ditujukan untuk siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Desain Komunikasi Visual di SMKN 1 Kaidipang. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dengan platform Google Sites, sehingga materi dapat diakses melalui berbagai perangkat digital. Pendekatan RD dengan model ADDIE diterapkan, meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik berbasis web layak digunakan, dengan skor kelayakan 86% dari ahli media dan 82% dari ahli materi. Uji coba oleh 15 siswa menghasilkan nilai kelayakan sebesar 88%, sehingga produk dinilai efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran, baik di kelas maupun secara mandiri.
