Abstract

AbstrakPenyusunan kurikulum berbasis OBE (Outcome-based Education) di universitas saat ini cenderung terisolasi  disebabkan oleh penggunaan aplikasi word processing dan stand-alone technology dalam penyusunan kurikulum tersebut. Data kurikulum yang tidak terstruktur dan terisolasi membuat data tersebut berpeluang untuk sulit diakses, tidak koheren dan tidak efisien untuk disusun secara kolektif dan kolaboratif oleh Tim Kurikulum dan Dosen Prodi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, memodelkan dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang diberi nama e-OBE untuk membantu Program Studi dalam penyusunan kurikulum berbasis OBE. Penyusunan kurikulum berbasis OBE secara tersentral, terbuka dan kolaboratif menggunakan e-OBE oleh Program Studi memungkinkan koherensi setiap data kurikulum dan pekerjaan penyusunan kurikulum OBE dapat lebih efisien dikerjakan. Kata kunci: Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan, Outcome-based Education, aplikasi OBE

Abstract

School libraries should be accredited with the aim of improving the quality of libraries. Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service (DISPUSIP) in determining a school library that deserves to be accredited is still done manually, namely DISPUSIP went directly to the field to monitor the library in the school and the data collection still used manual entries. Meanwhile, a lot of data must be collected, causing the data to be inaccurate and take a long time. For this reason, a decision support system is needed. The data used are nine junior high schools both public and private as an alternative. While the criteria refer to the school library accreditation instrument issued by the National Library consisting of six criteria, namely collections, library facilities and infrastructure, library services, library staff, library administration and management, and reinforcement. Data analysis using the ARAS method. The results of the study are that Sek 4, Sek 5 and Sek 2 are school libraries that are eligible for accreditation

Abstract

Abstrak - Islamofobia adalah bentuk prasangka, intimidasi, kebencian dan ketakutan terhadap agama Islam dan orang Muslim. Stigma islamofobia muncul karena adanya suatu kejadian pengeboman atau teror lainnya yang dihubungkan dengan Islam.  Komentar yang mengarah ke islamofobia banyak dijumpai pada media sosial youtube. Islamofobia di internet merupakan salah satu bentuk kekerasan verbal. Oleh karena itu, komentar pengguna terkait suatu kejadian pengeboman atau teror berpotensi untuk dianalisis sebagai bentuk kepedulian dalam mencegah kekerasan verbal. Tetapi analisis secara manual sulit dilakukan dan memerlukan waktu yang lama. Algoritma pada pembelajaran mesin dapat digunakan untuk melakukan analisa sentimen dengan cepat. Algoritma yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah random forest. Berdasarkan studi pustaka, algoritma random forest dapat menghasilkan ketepatan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 1000 data komentar di youtube berbahasa Indonesia terkait video yang menampilkan suatu kejadian pengeboman atau teror. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat 631 komentar positif dan 369 komentar negatif atau mengandung islamofobia. Berdasarkan eksperimen, algoritma random forest menghasilkan akurasi mencapai 79%. Algoritma random forest dianggap baik dalam melakukan klasifikasi sentimen dengan cepat.Kata kunci: analisis sentimen, islamofobia, random forest, youtube Abstract - Islamophobia is a form of prejudice, intimidation, hatred, and fear of Islam and Muslims. The stigma of Islamophobia arises because of bombing or other terror associated with Islam. Comments that lead to Islamophobia are often found on social media youtube. Islamophobia on the internet is a form of verbal violence. Therefore, user comments related to a bombing or terror incident have the potential to be analyzed as a form of concern in preventing verbal violence. However, manual analysis is difficult and takes a long time. Algorithms in machine learning can be used to perform sentiment analysis quickly. The algorithm used in this study is a random forest. The random forest algorithm can produce high accuracy based on the literature study. This study obtained 1000 comments data on youtube in Indonesian related to videos showing a bombing or terror incident. Based on the analysis results, there were 631 positive comments and 369 islamophobia  i.e., negative comments. Based on experiments, the random forest algorithm produces an accuracy of 79%. The random forest algorithm is considered good in doing sentiment classification quickly.Keywords—islamophobia, random forest, sentiment analysis, Youtube

Abstract

Abstrak - Sosial media tidak hanya digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia untuk hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media edukasi. Youtube merupakan salah satu media sosial yang terkenal di Indonesia dengan 93,8% pengguna. Youtube juga dimanfaatkan sebagai media Dakwah seperti yang dilakukan oleh Ustadz Abdul Somad. Ustadz Abdul Somad merupakan ulama yang berpengaruh di Indonesia. Beliau sering mengunggah video yang membahas berbagai jenis persoalan agama khususnya pada bidang hadist dan fiqih. Pengguna Youtube dapat memberikan feedback berupa like, dislike dan komentar terhadap video yang ditayangkan. Feedback diperlukan oleh pembuat konten di Youtube untuk melihat tanggapan pengguna. Analisa secara manual sulit dilakukan karena jumlah data yang besar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap Ustadz Abdul Somad melalui  komentar youtube menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Penelitian ini menggunakan 1000 komentar dari 10 video yang ada di Youtube mengenai Ustad Abdul Somad. Naïve Bayes merupakan algoritma yang sederhana, namun memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dan dapat digunakan pada data yang sedikit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan sebanyak 67% berkomentar positif, 27% berkomentar netral  dan 6% berkomentar negatif. Berdasarkan pengujian didapatkan akurasi sebesar 87%, presisi 91% dan recall 97%. Berdasarkan pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk hasil sentimen dengan cepat di Youtube.Kata kunci: Analisis Sentimen, Naïve Bayes, Ustadz Abdul Somad, Youtube Abstract - Indonesian people have been used Youtube for entertainment and as an education. As Indonesia's most popular social media, Youtube has 93.8% users. YouTube is also used as a medium of Da'wah, like Ustadz Abdul Somad. Ustadz Abdul Somad is an influential Preacher in Indonesia. He often uploads videos that lecture various types of religious issues, especially in the fields of hadith and fiqh. YouTube users can provide feedback in the form of likes, dislikes, and comments on videos that are shown. Creators need feedback on YouTube to see user feedback. Manual analysis is complicated because of the large amount of data. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze public sentiment towards Ustadz Abdul Somad through YouTube comments using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This study obtained 1000 comments from 10 videos about Ustad Abdul Somad. Naïve Bayes is a simple algorithm with high accuracy and can be used on small data. Based on the results, it was found that 67% commented positively, 27% commented neutrally, and 6% commented negatively. Based on the experimental testing, the accuracy is 87%, precision is 91%, and recall is 97%. Based on these tests, it can be concluded that this research can be used for quick sentiment results on YouTube.Keywords: Sentiment Analysis, Naïve Bayes, Ustadz Abdul Somad, Youtube

Abstract

Oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFBs) are the raw material of crude palm oil (CPO) on which ripeness levels of FFBs are essential to obtain good quality CPO. Most palm oil mills use experienced graders to evaluate FFB ripeness levels. Researchers have developed rapid and non-destructive methods for ripeness detection using computer vision (CV) and deep learning. However, most of the experiments used color cameras, such as a webcam or a smartphone, limited to visible wavelengths, and used still FFBs on–trees or on the ground. This study developed a light-emitting diode (LED)-based multispectral imaging system with deep learning for rapid and real-time ripeness detection of oil palm FFBs on a moving conveyor. The ripeness levels used were unripe and ripe. We also evaluated the spectrum of reflectance intensities for the ripeness levels. The ripeness detection system employed a two-class you only look once version 4 (YOLOv4) detection model using a dataset of 2000 annotated unripe and ripe FFB multispectral images and a video of 30 moving FFBs for real-time testing. The results show a promising method to detect oil palm FFB ripeness with an average accuracy of 99.66% and a speed range of 3.32-3.62 frame per second (FPS).

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Bandar Laksamana District, Bengkalis, Riau have been identified by FMIPA students from Riau University who participated in the Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Community Service Program (Kukerta) in 2024. There are 66 UMKM in three villages with various businesses such as stalls, fried foods, beauty, culinary, craftsmen. The people of one village seemed apathetic in managing UMKM because they were considered as side businesses only, had no prospects for development and were not interested in participating in online marketing training. From observations, several UMKM products have the potential to be marketed online because they are unique as typical Malay foods. An approach was made to UMKM actors to be assisted in having the skills to design attractive and dynamic packaging labels, assisting online marketing until the market reaches various corners of the country. A good product packaging label will advance the business and introduce the diversity of typical Malay culinary delights to the public. Canva is a simple graphic design application that is easy for beginners to use. Canva provides paid and free services with various easy-to-adopt template features with various completeness such as image cropping, text insertion, color, and so on. The Canva application needs to be introduced to UMKM to attract their product market through unique and attractive banner, poster, and banner designs so that the product display remains fresh, updated according to needs.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time, which causes future problems in achieving optimal physical and cognitive development. The problem of stunting is a nutritional problem faced by the world, especially in poor and developing countries including Indonesia.  This activity was carried out in Laboy Jaya Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar, Riau. This activity begins with a theoretical explanation of stunting prevention about the factors that cause stunting and efforts to prevent and treat stunting itself. The result of this activity is that the Laboy Jaya Village community, especially mothers, can be more familiar with the dangers of stunting and can be prevented.

Abstract

Bukit Payung Village is a village in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency which was formed in 1986 from the Trans SP 3 SKP A Bangkinang program from the Transmigration Department of Kampar Regency. The Bukit Payung Village Youth Organization has become a catfish farming business. Feed costs are the largest component in catfish farming activities. Commercial feed produced by factories has guaranteed quality and quantity, but the problem is that the price of feed produced by factories is getting more expensive day by day, so alternative feeds are needed to reduce costs. One alternative fish food is maggot or Hermetia illucens. Maggots are organisms that originate from black soldier eggs which are known as rotting organisms because of their habit of consuming organic materials. Maggots consume organic materials to grow and reproduce, this makes maggots one of the natural organic waste processors.

Abstract

One of the reasons for the poor quality of palm oil in Indonesia is because of the separation system of processing method is processed manually. In this research, the proposed solution to overcome the problem is by applying the automatic separation system by using microcontroller. The maturity of the fruit will be determined from the image that taken by a camera. The reading of the camera image will be processed in a microcontroller which will move the separator arms so that the fruit will be separated based on the level of maturity. This system is designed to work continuously by placing the palm fruit over a conveyor belt mechanism. With this automation method, the separation process of fruit is no longer depends on the ability of humans manually and more importantly it can take place continuously.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is prone to disasters such as earthquakes, floods, landslides, volcanic eruptions to whirlwinds. About 13 percent of the world's volcanoes in Indonesia has the potential to cause natural disasters with different strengths. Therefore, the government needs to take action quickly. One alternative that affects the speed of aid reaching the disaster area is transportation. In channeling natural disasters is still far from ideal, on the other hand the main object of the emergency response period is how to alleviate the burden of people affected by the disaster. So that it is needed to channel aid to every place affected by the disaster. In the distribution of assistance, constraints often occur, such as late notification and requests that do not match the supply of goods owned by the aid provider. In distributing aid to areas affected by natural disasters other than the central government, local governments have many organizations participating in it. In order to overcome these problems a system that can provide notifications and perform precise calculations is needed to find out how much assistance should be given based on existing demand and supplies. This paper discusses the optimization of the delivery of assistance through the car vehicle from the sending city of aid to the disaster area, by first determining the minimum distance from some of the sending towns to the disaster area.. The method used is the northwest corner method, MySQL, and SQLYog. The optimal solution obtained is web-based notification software in the form of SMS notifications.
