Abstract

Saat ini internet memungkinkan pengguna untuk membuat ulasan secara online diberbagai jenis platform. Salah satunya aplikasi e-commerce Shopee pada website google play store dimana kelas sentimen positif dan negatif yang terdapat pada ulasan online jelas mencerminkan persepsi pengguna tentang berbagai jenis layanan dan produk yang ada. Selain itu, pelanggan berpotensial yang membaca ulasan online dapat secara signifikan terpengaruh oleh sentimen dari ulasan yang tertera pada kolom ulasan. Hal ini menandakan ulasan yang bersentimen positif ataupun negatif yang ditinggalkan oleh pengguna sangat mempengaruhi pengguna lainnya dalam memilih layanan maupun produk yang dicari. Oleh karena itu perlunya analisis sentimen untuk mengklasifikasi dataset yang begitu banyak sehingga dapat dengan mudah mengetahui apa saja sentimen pelanggan. penelitian ini menggunakan data ulasan sebanyak 500 ulasan . Kemudian ulasan tersebut diklasifikasi menggunakan aplikasi orange dengan metode Naïve Bayes dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Kemudian selanjutnya menggunakan metode word cloud untuk mengetahui topik-topik yang sering diulas oleh pelanggan. Hasilnya setelah menggunakan metode Naive Bayes memperoleh hasil nilai accuracy 0,914, precision 0,915, recall 0,914 dan F1 score 0,916. Sedangkan metode KNN memperoleh nilai accuracy 0,928,  precision 0,929,  recall 0,928, dan F1 score 0,926. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa dalam penelitian ini kinerja metode KNN lebih baik. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil word cloud yang diperoleh didapatkan informasi kata dengan sentimen positif yang paling sering diulas oleh pelanggan diantaranya terkait kata: gratis, bagus, suka, murah, mudah, dan cepat. Sedangkan informasi sentimen negatif yang diperoleh seperti kata : kecewa, jelek, mahal, bohong, ribet, dan perbaiki. AbstractToday the internet allows users to create online reviews on various types of platforms. One of them is the Shopee e-commerce application on the google play store website, where the positive and negative sentiment classes contained in online reviews reflect user perceptions about the various types of services and products available. Also besides, potential customers who read online reviews can be significantly affected by the sentiment of the reviews listed in the review column. This indicates that positive or negative reviews left by users greatly influence other users in choosing the services or products they are looking for. Therefore the need for sentiment analysis to classify such a large dataset so that you can easily find out what customer sentiments are. This study uses a dataset of 500 reviews. Then the reviews are classified using the orange application with the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) methods. Then use the word cloud method to find out topics that are frequently reviewed by customers. The results, after using the Naïve Bayes method, get the accuracy value of 0.914, precision 0.915, recall 0.914, and F1 score 0.916. Meanwhile, the KNN method obtained an accuracy value of 0.928, precision 0.929, recall 0.928, and F1 score 0.926. This proves that in this study the performance of the KNN method is better. Then based on the word cloud results obtained word information with positive sentiments that are most often shared by customers related to words: free, good, like, cheap, easy, and fast. Meanwhile, the negative sentiment information obtained includes the words: disappointed, ugly, expensive, lying, complicated, and fix.

Abstract

Abstract. Bantul Regency is a part of Yogyakarta Special Province Province which experienced land use changes. This research aims to assess the changes of shape and level of land use, to analyze the pattern of land use changes, and to find the appropriateness of RTRW land use in Bantul District in 2011-2015. Analytical methods are employed including Geoprocessing techniques and analysis of patterns of distribution of land use changes with Spatial Autocorrelation (Global Moran's I). The results of this study of land use in 2011, there are thirty one classifications, while in 2015 there are thirty four classifications. The pattern of distribution of land use change shows that land use change in 2011-2015 has a Complete Spatial Randomness pattern. Land use suitability with the direction of area function at RTRW is 24030,406 Ha (46,995406%) and incompatibility of 27103,115 Ha or equal to 53,004593% of the total area of Bantul Regency.Keywords: Geographical Information System, Land Use, Geoprocessing, Global Moran's I, Bantul Regency. Abstrak. Analisis Perubahan Tata Guna Lahan di Kabupaten Bantul Menggunakan Metode Global Moran’s I. Kabupaten Bantul merupakan bagian dari Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang mengalami perubahan tata guna lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perubahan bentuk dan luas penggunaan lahan, menganalisis pola sebaran perubahan tata guna lahan, serta kesesuaian tata guna lahan terhadap RTRW yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bantul pada tahun 2011-2015. Metode analisis yang digunakan antara lain teknik Geoprocessing serta analisis pola sebaran perubahan tata guna lahan dengan Spatial Autocorrelation (Global Moran’s I). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan tanah pada tahun 2011, terdapat tiga puluh satu klasifikasi, sedangkan pada tahun 2015 terdapat tiga puluh empat klasifikasi. Pola sebaran perubahan tata guna lahan menunjukkan bahwa perubahan tata guna lahan tahun 2011-2015 memiliki pola Complete Spatial Randomness. Kesesuaian tata guna lahan dengan arahan fungsi kawasan pada RTRW adalah seluas 24030,406 Ha atau mencapai 46,995406 % dan ketidaksesuaian seluas 27103,115 Ha atau sebesar 53,004593 % dari total luas wilayah Kabupaten Bantul. Abstract

UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga mempunyai salah satu program pelatihan kerja dimana program kerja tersebut menghasilkan banyak UMKM di kota Salatiga. Namun dengan situasi pandemi COVID-19 saat ini penjualan dari UMKM yang dihasilkan oleh pelatihan kerja tersebut menurun. Pembangunan aplikasi penjualan online berbasis web merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memberikan wadah dan memasarkan produk UMKM secara digital. Proses penjualan hingga transaksi juga dikerjakan melalui sistem yang akan dibangun. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi tersebut adalah Agile software development dengan Scrum model. Metode ini bersifat fleksibel terhadap perubahan kebutuhan sistem yang ada, serta anggota tim yang dibutuhkan oleh pengembangan aplikasi ini juga tidak banyak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi penjualan online berbasis web untuk UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yang dapat menyesuaikan perubahan dengan cepat. Sehingga menghasilkan suatu sistem yang layak pakai dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi penjualan yang dapat memasarkan produk secara online dan membantu dalam pengelolaan transaksi serta pelaporan menggunakan sistem yang ada. Pembangunan aplikasi online berbasis web tersebut menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter, dan database MySQL.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest sugar importer country in the world, this is contrary to the government's desire to realize sugar self-sufficiency. To overcome the dependence on sugar imports in order to support national food sovereignty, geographic information system technology (GIS) can be used to present information as material for consideration by the government in determining policies on the management of sugar cane land resources. The K-means algorithm is used to group regions according to production level, while the Matching method is for evaluating the suitability of sugarcane land. Presentation of data in the form of map visualization on the web using a new model in processing land data, where this model processes production grouping data, and land suitability class data in the form of GeoJSON then mapped with the help of Leaflets. This new model enables dynamic land data processing and visualization in the form of interactive maps. The results of the EUCS test for GIS mapping of Land Suitability and Cane Production are 3.23 (Satisfied) of the total score of 4, so this system can be accepted by the user.

Abstract

Stocks as an investment instrument are in great demand by millennials because of their lucrative returns. LQ45 is an index introduced by IDX which is selected based on liquidity and market capitalization. However, in LQ45 not all existing shares can be purchased by the millennial generation because the price is quite expensive and these stocks still need to be selected so that they get the stocks that have the best quality but at prices that are friendly to millennials. To support this, we need a system that can support proper decision making so that it can get the best alternative in making decisions. This study uses the SAW method in which this method is able to select existing alternatives based on predetermined categories. This study determines each weight value in each attribute, then ranks it so as to produce the best alternative from the available alternatives. The results showed that HMSP shares with a value of 0.870 are the best alternative as stocks for the millennial generation. This research can be a tool in making decisions before buying stocks

Abstract

The 2019 elections in Indonesia was slightly different from the previous elections because the elections were held simultaneously. It made more difficult for the community to make their choices. Public was faced with a larger number of candidates who were not necessary known as legislative candidates’ socialization is very important. This research discussed the process of network formation and network structure that was formed. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires with 50 respondents as research samples. The data obtained were processed using the UCINET tool which was then analyzed using Social Network Analysis (SNA). The results showed that the process of network formation occurred because of interpersonal contact between actors, the experiences of being a successful team and relationships history between actors. The network structure formed was closed with a high level of communication density that is 0,976. It was meant that all actors made communication each other intensively. The actor who became the network booster was actor id#02 which always appears in every click that was formed.

Abstract

The strategy used for telemarketing by conducting promotional media, this strategy is a marketing method used by banks, in offering products to customers, banks, one of the products that will be offered is time deposits, the bank has difficulty in knowing the obstacles experienced by customers in making a decision to make deposits against the bank, so that later it will have the effect of a financial crisis at the bank. Telemarketing banks must have targets for customers, where customers have the potential to join one of the bank's products, namely deposits by looking at existing customer data.With the existing problems will be overcome by the datamining technique that will be used for this research is the Naïve Bayes algorithm and genetic algorithm which aims to predict the Telemarketing customers' sources sourced from public UCI Repsitory data so that the bank offers a product to the customer right at the target. Naïve Bayes test with experimental results of 86.71% accuracy while cross validation testing using Genetic algorithm produces high accuracy 90.27%, Root proves the prediction of time series data Naïve Bayes method and Genetics produces an accuracy of 90.27%, so it can be concluded that using the Naive Bayes algorithm and Genetics can optimize in predicting Telemarketing client decisions right in the deposit offer.

Abstract

The city of Salatiga, located in the province of Central Java, is one of the cities affected by the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The first COVID-19 case in the city of Salatiga was confirmed on 31 March 2020 until now it has reached more than eighty people. The increasing number of cases and the lack of information on the spread of COVID-19 and the information provided are static. This information, this research aims to build and utilize the WebGIS application as one of the information for the spread of COVID-19 in Salatiga. Mapping the area in this application uses a shapefile file and is converted to a GeoJSON file. It uses Blogspot as web hosting and javascript leaflets to display GIS maps and designs and uses the Exponential Smoothing method to forecast COVID-19 cases and use the web equal 4.0 method for website testing. The results of this study to provide information about the spread of COVID-19 in the city of Salatiga. Interactive map and forecasts of COVID-19 cases in the city of Salatiga. In this study, the single exponential smoothing has the smallest MAPE value, namely 35.2360. It results in a prediction on July 20 to 26, 2020, which has decreased to 1 positive case consisting of the lowest number in this forecasting is -2. The highest number shows four positive cases. And the website testing using the webqual 4.0 standard, respondents agreed with the website's usability and information quality, and it was sufficient for website service interaction.

Abstract

Catat Meter (CATTER) is a recording system for customer water meter stands at PDAM Salatiga City. The Catat Meter application helps companies in the process of entering customer water meter stand data every day and makes it easier to report water bills for residents of the City of Salatiga. The study was conducted using the ISO 31000 method, which is a framework used as a guideline for implementing risk analysis management which has several stages, namely the first stage of risk assessment which consists of 3 stages, namely risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation. The next stage is risk treatment. There are 4 possible risks that are included in the high level, 13 possibilities that are included in the medium level, and 9 possible risks that are included in the low level. The problem that arises is the lack of maintenance processes on assets owned by the Catat Meter application that have not been carried out optimally. By implementing risk reduction, the company is able to minimize the possible risks and impacts.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the level of user satisfaction of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) website so that website managers can get an overview of user satisfaction levels as well as future evaluation materials. Measurement of user satisfaction using the EUCS. The variables in this study were content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The sample in this study was collected from 168 respondents consisting of 3 Head of ATR/BPN, 17 BPN staff and 148 people who had accessed the ATR/BPN website. Collecting data using a closed questionnaire consisting of 13 questions for the five variables studied. From the data obtained, it is concluded that the overall level of user satisfaction is at an average value of 2.64 at level 3 (neutral), which means that according to the perception of general respondents, the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/ BPN) does not say satisfactory but also does not disappoint. The variables that are considered quite good are accuracy and ease of use, while the content, format, and timeliness are still being considered for further improvement and development.
