Abstract

CV Ribka Furniture is a company that is involved in the production and sales of shelves, cabinets, chairs, sofas, tables and so on, the company has implemented IS/IT in optimizing business activities to be more effective and efficient. The company uses an ERP application that aims to control all production processes such as recording incoming goods, outgoing goods, total stock of goods, as well as being integrated with other divisions such as payroll, attendance, and so on. However, it is undeniable that there are always possible risks that may occur and may interfere with business activities in the use of related systems. In this case, risk analysis is needed for IS/IT resources contained within the company. Applying ISO 31000 analysis is expected to minimize the risks that may exist in ERP applications. The results of this risk analysis are in the form of an analysis of the possibility of existing risks, evaluations, to risk mitigation plans so that they can produce improvements to existing risks, so the company can adjust to the priorities of the existing risk levels, so as not to interfere with business activities at CV Ribka Furniture

Abstract

The process of manually recording and visualizing data that has high and complicated transaction rates, is no longer relevant for analyzing errors that often occur in company. The impact is the information generated becomes inaccurate in decision making. Problems that are often experienced by companies in visualizing data are non-real-time, non-integrated data, and irregular data visualization. In an effort to minimize problems such as real-time, not integrated, and irregular data visualization, the role of data visualization is needed to improve company performance. Based on these problems the researcher provides a solution, namely designing a geographic information system visualizing sales field activity data, by providing information about visualizing sales field activity data in real-time through the widget contained in the Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS (ODA). The stages of this research are the study of literature, entering polygon zones, making application-based forms, making application-based coordination, inputting dummy data, collecting data, making maps, making data visualization applications, and analyzing data. The results of this study can monitor workers who have good performance that is seen from the indicator completed most of each worker shows that geobiz_admin has completed as many as 6 completed. And can know the movement (tracking) of workers who come out of the work zone, from the analysis there is one mobile worker who came out of Zone II and entered Zone I and Zone III.

Abstract

Indonesian MSMEs were very seriously affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused the Indonesian economy has experienced deceleration. The Indonesian government has taken several steps to keep economic activity running, such as direct cash assistance for micro-scale businesses but is having problems in obtaining real data so that assistance is not on target, the clustering method using Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) is used for grouping MSME data. FCM allows the data to be a member of all clusters in which each cluster has a membership degree value of 0-1. The data used is from the website of the Sleman Regency Cooperatives and SME Service. FCM classifies MSME data based on the attributes of revenue, assets and number of workers. This research resulted in grouping MSME data into 3 priority levels for MSMEs in obtaining assistance, namely high priority, medium priority, and low priority. The results of this study show that the number of MSMEs with high priority is 23,023 MSMEs, medium priority is 9,774 MSMEs and low priority is 3,159 MSMEs. The validation test of the FCM method uses the Partition Coefficient Index (PCI) which has a value of 0.826 which means that value good because it is close to 1.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia together with the Financial Services Authority officially launched the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) for the first time at the Bank Indonesia head office on August 17, 2019 and has been effective nationally since January 1, 2020. The SWOT analysis in this study aims to see the identification of problems found from the use of this QRIS digital payment system. IFAS and EFAS calculations are carried out in obtaining the number of points for each SWOT element by determining the coordinates of the SWOT Analysis Graph using a Cartesian Diagram. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion states that the results of Strength (QRIS Strength) are 1289 Points (37.2%), Weakness (QRIS Weaknesses) are 277 Points (8%), Opportunity (QRIS Opportunity) is 1284 points (37.1%) and Threat (QRIS Threat) as much as 610 points (17.6%). The final result of the study proves that the QRIS digital payment system is very feasible to use because the results of the SWOT analysis graph depicting the coordinates (X and Y) are located in the (Strength and Opportunity) section with the acquisition of the coordinates (X, Y) of (1012, 674). This means that Strength QRIS far outperforms 1012 points compared to Weakness QRIS and Opportunity QRIS outperforms 674 points compared to Threat QRIS, thereby proving that the community agrees and supports the use of the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS).

Abstract

Kekeringan merupakan fenomena alam yang tidak dapat dihindari sebagai salah satu dampak dari perubahan iklim yang mengancam berbagai macam sektor kehidupan. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah model dalam melakukan prediksi kekeringan sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam memantau daerah rawan terkena dampak kekeringan khususnya di Kabupaten Boyolali. Pada penelitian ini hasil perhitungan prediksi daerah kekeringan ditampilkan melalui perangkat smartphoneAndroid menggunakan layanan Google Maps API dan Android Heatmaps Utility Library.Proses pemetaan dan proses prediksi kekeringan yang didukung dengan mobilitas tinggi dapat membantu proses distribusi informasi menjadi lebih baik. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan metode Holt-Winters dalam melakukan prediksi curah hujan dan klasifikasi tingkat kekeringan berdasarkan Standarized Precipitation Index. Berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai, perangkat smartphone Android dapat menampilkan hasil prediksi dengan baik dengan nilai error kesalahan ramalan terkecil bernilai 4,27.

Abstract

Kudus adalah sebuah kabupaten di Jawa Tengah yang dikenal mempunyai berbagai macam Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), salah satunya adalah di bidang Kaligrafi. Beberapa UMKM kaligrafi sudah mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi yaitu dengan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk melakukan promosi. Tetapi sebagian dari UMKM masih menggunakan cara tradisional sehingga berimbas pada rendahnya pendapatan. Di sisi lain, calon konsumen kaligrafi kesulitan menentukan pilihan dalam membeli produk kaligrafi dikarenakan minimnya informasi keberadaan UMKM kaligrafi di Kudus. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah penelitian dengan mengimplementasikan webGIS untuk pemetaan lokasi dan promosi produk UMKM kaligrafi di kabupaten Kudus dengan metode Location Based Service. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah webGIS yang dibuat dengan Google Maps API v3 dan Framework CodeIgniter yang bisa diakses melalui browser internet. Di dalam webGIS ini dimuat profil 30 UMKM kaligrafi yang tersebar di 9 kecamatan yang ada di kabupaten Kudus. Berdasarkan rekapitulasi hasil uji usabilitas menggunakan kuesioner dengan 400 responden didapatkan hasil bahwa webGIS ini termasuk kategori cukup efektif dan cukup efisien

Abstract

Bencana kekeringan di Indonesia terjadi hampir setiap tahun, khususnya untuk provinsi Jawa Tengah yang mana tercatat dalam sejarah dari tahun 1815 sampai tahun 2015 telah terjadi 382 kejadian. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya prediksi penentuan wilayah kekeringan di seluruh kecamatan di Jawa Tengah. Pada penelitian ini prediksi kekeringan menggunakan Machine Learning untuk menganalisa hasil ekstraksi dari citra Landsat-8 OLI yang berupa indeks vegetasi yaitu NDVI, SAVI, VCI, VHI dan TCI dengan menggunakan beberapa algoritma, diantaranya adalah Decision Tree, Principal Component Analisys(PCA) dan Random Forest. Hasil yang diperoleh ada total 17 kecamatan yang diprediksi terkena bencana kekeringan yang sangat parah, dengan nilai accuracy 0,7507463, logloss 0,6232992 dan Mean Sequare Error (MSE) sebesar 0,1795135.

Abstract

Kota Tomohon merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata populer di Indonesia yang memiliki banyak tempat wisata yang menarik. Lokasi wisata yang berjauhan menyebabkan banyaknya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk berwisata di kota Tomohon. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode penentuan rute wisata optimal. Penelitian menyajikan penentuan rute wisata di Kota Tomohon dengan menggunakan Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). Berdasarkan percobaan yang dilakukan, 75 % rute yang dihasilkan dengan ACO lebih optimal dari rute standar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ACO dapat menyelesaikan masalah penentuan rute wisata di Kota Tomohon dengan baik dari segi biaya dan waktu rute.
