Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The province of Central Java is one of the important national crop producers, therefore its productivity of rice and other crops are always at the highest priority (Central Java in Numbers, 2009). To achieve this, all efforts must be arranged systematically and correctly, and one of the efforts is making an accurate inventory of crop fields and production centres which distributed across the province, to provide a good mapping of produce. The research designs a system which capable to create spatially based crops distribution maps, which in turn helps the planning, operation, monitoring, and evaluation of crop production by departments in charge. The mapping is presented using the multi-tier architecture. The distribution map will include crops produce capacity for each year over the whole province. Implementation results are the system performs successfully, and the process time is reasonable, therefore it is applicable.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a management that discusses the handling of the relationship between customers and the company. In the Power Kitchen where one of the company's equipment in the city of Surabaya has problems related to handling complaints from customers. So we need a CRM system to build relationships with customers. Therefore, the Power Kitchen company needs a CRM system to make it easier for companies to handle complaints from customers. This research uses the Enterprise Unified Process method which is a framework for the software process used. This research has resulted in the form of recommendations for system architecture models to achieve company goals and service relationships between companies and customers.

Abstract

Indonesia's national smart city program adopts 6 main dimensions of smart cities, namely Governance, Branding, Economy, Living, Society, and Environment. The North Lombok Regency Government also developed the regional smart city concept in 2021 which is stated in the 2021-2026 RPJMD. The results of capability level research on smart city dimensions and process domains show that there are 3 dimensions that are still far from the expected target, namely Smart Branding, Smart Economy and Smart Environment, and there are 3 dimensions that are close to the achievement target, namely Smart Governance, Smart Living, and Smart Society. While the analysis of the 9 COBIT 2019 process domains shows that there are 3 process domains that have not been managed, namely: APO03, APO12 dan DSS04, 4 process domains have been defined and are running well, namely: APO07, APO12, APO14, and BAI01, and 3 process domains that have been managed and have achieved the expected targets, namely: APO07, APO14, and BAI01. The average GAP value of the analysis of smart city dimensions and COBIT 2019 process domains is 1.7 and 1.3, respectively.

Abstract

Several areas in Semarang City have been unable to get a clean water supply through the Local Water Company (PDAM) channel. One of the solutions that can be done to overcome this problem is by utilizing groundwater, which can be obtained by building a deep well made to obtain rock layers that can accommodate and drain groundwater (aquifer layer). To find out the approximate depth of the aquifer layer, it is necessary to conduct a preliminary investigation before drilling. There are so many methods that can be done, and one of them is by using the geoelectric method. After using the geoelectric method, we can determine the distribution of the depth of the aquifer in Semarang City by using interpolation analysis. In this study, the IDW and Kriging interpolation methods were used. The two methods were then compared to show the difference in the distribution of aquifer depths in areas that lack clean water using the two interpolation methods above. Besides that, we are using RMSE and MAPE analysis to find the error rate of the two methods. The results obtained were the RMSE of the IDW and Kriging methods amounting to 5,829 and 5,433, and the MAPE results were 10.90% and 10.34%. Based on this, the Kriging method tends to have better results when interpolating using geoelectric data. With this research, it is hoped to provide knowledge to determine the most suitable interpolation method used in determining the depth of the aquifer and also can be used as an illustration of the depth of the aquifer in the area that lacked clean water in Semarang City, so that it can be used as a reference in estimating the design of deep good development more accurately.
