Abstract

Upaya peningkatan pemanfaatan bahan bakar gas bumi untuk rumah tangga dan pelanggan kecil terhambat karena terbatasnya infrastruktur yang menghubungkan gas bumi dari sumbernya ke konsumen. Kegiatan survei dan pemetaan ini sangat diperlukan karena akan memberikan gambaran eksisting lokasi rencana jalur jaringan gas bumi. Dengan demikian kegiatan perencanaan akan lebih realistis, efektif dan efesien karena memperoleh informasi eksisting kondisi di lapangan sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya nanti tidak mengalami kendala yang berarti. Kegiatan survey dan pemetaan dalam rangka perencanaan jaringan gas rumah tangga ini dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu, terrestrial dan fotogrammetri jarak dekat. Metode terrestrial digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran potongan memanjang dan melintang sepanjang jalur rencana pipa gas sedangkan fotogrammetri jarak dekat digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran tampak dari udara mengenai lokasi perencanaan jaringan pipa gas serta perkiraan sebaran pelayannya. Dari kegiatan ini diperoleh gambaran mengenai peta situasi, potongan memanjang dan melintang sepanjang jalur perencanaan pipa gas serta tampak sebaran layanan yang terjangkau. Peta-peta tersebut diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar perencanaan untuk jaringan pipa gas bagi rumah tangga terutama di lokasi yang dilakukan survey dan pemetaan

Abstract

The entire of land parcel in Indonesia is estimated 130million. Only about 45million land, parcels or not more than 35% of all is certified. Because of that, Government make a program called PTSL (Systematic Land Registration) to register land parcels within an area of villages. In this case, information is supporting the implementation of PTSL programme. The information formed of subject/object land parcels and with its boundary. Such information is created above the base map obtained from the process of aerial photoshoot using UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and the collection of information through the participation of the community (Pemetaan Partisipatif). Location of the research at Pojok Village, Sukoharjo Regency. This research produced a base map formed from process orthophoto, Land Information Maps (PIBT) from Pemetaan Partisipatif and evaluating about area tolerance (KL=±0,5√L) from field measurement and result digitasi. From the results is known the information of subject/object land parcels as well as total of rice field land parcels is 615 parcels (128,598ha) and yards land parcels is 1,443 parcels (69,378ha). This information is useful for the preparation of land registry. In evaluating areas, 39 sampel accepted in area tolerance KL=±0,5√L. So, PIBT considered becomes a Land Parcels Map (PBT).

Abstract

Since the implementation of a vast autonomous region, real and responsible under law No. 22 of year 1999 about the local governance that is then replaced Act No. 23 of the year 2014, the boundary between the areas of concern that It is very important. In the era of regional autonomy, lots of good developments in the area of the village, district/city or province which holds the expansion. In practice, many local governments have trouble setting the boundaries of the region. One of them, namely the area between the boundaries of Donggala Regency North Mamuju and. The conflict limit the area of Donggala and Mamuju Regency North appeared as a result of the existence of a policy based on the area boundary Setup Kepmendagri No. 52 Year 1991 especially after installation of the Monument/Peg Limits on the area of the border between Donggala Regency North Mamuju less involving local communities.The purpose of this research is to provide a new boundary line between the Donggala Regency North  Mamuju and. Determination of the limits of this area using the appropriate kartometrik method Permendagri No. 76 Year 2012 about the guideline Assertion Limit area. From the results of the analysis of the territorial boundaries of the second district, obtained a map of territorial boundaries which allows alternatives to be used as consideration of dispute resolution in Donggala Regency and North Mamuju Regency

Abstract

Based on the regulation of the Minister agrarian and Space of the Republic Indonesia number 12 of 2017 and presidential instruction Number 2 of 2018 for accelerating Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL). In order to mapping the land parcels, it is necessary to have the data of the subject and the object of the land so that the Land Map information will be developed. The identification and validation parcels of land parcels are carried out using participatory mapping method. The Participatory Mapping Method used is to delineate the boundary of the land parcels on the Work Map (Pleiades, high-resolution satellite imagery) The delineation result from the participative mapping is further validated in the field by taking 48 samples of the land parcels. In this research, the land map and land information (Land Record) are available, information on the distribution of registered and unregistered land parcels. And obtained the results of extensive accuracy of Delineation with direct measurements of the field according to BPN Standarization. Delineation of Pleiades high-resolution satellite images land parcels sample that meets the wide accuracy of 19 land parcels of soil, 11 fields of rice fields and 8 residential areas.
