Abstract

Customer relationship marketing as a strategy to build good relationships with customers in the long run by combining the ability to respond directly and to serve customers with high interaction. The purpose of this study is whether customer relationship marketing influences customer loyalty through trust, directly or indirectly. The sampling technique that researchers took was Nonprobability sampling and using purposive sampling. The type of research method used in this research is path analysis, t-test, determination R2 . The path analysis results show that the variable component of customer relationship marketing which includes commitment and conflict handling has a significant direct relationship to trust and loyalty while communication does not have a negative influence or a negative effect on customer trust or loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, operational cost ratio, inventory turnover on the performance of UD. Firmansyah. The data used are the financial statements for the period 2015-2018. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The number of samples used was 48 samples. Partially the results show that working capital turnover and inventory turnover do not have a significant effect on company performance, while the ratio of operating costs has a significant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the research shows that working capital turnover, operational cost ratio, and inventory turnover have a significant effect on company performance. The coefficient of determination in this study is 0.165, which means that 16.5% of the company's performance can be explained by working capital turnover, operational cost ratio, and inventory turnover variables. At the same time, the remaining 83.5% is explained by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Youth clubs are a group of youths in the village which was formed by the Ministry of Social operationally implemented by social services. Youth activity was limited to a positive use of leisure time such as recreation, sports, arts, scouting (scouts), religious education (teaching) and others for orphans, school dropouts, and no school. Currently, Youth has conducted various activities, in an effort to contribute to address the problem of Social Welfare, especially facing young people in their environment. In addition, the dropout rate increased in number every year. Unemployment in East Java reached 4.33% in 2013 increased by 0.21% compared to 2012. The village Sanenrejo a remote village forest edge Betiri Meru national park is about 42 km from the city with most of the damaged roads. In this village, in addition to many children dropping out of school, there are also many migrant workers and trafficking victims. Because employment in the village are very limited, just as forest farmers and farm workers, many people who become migrant workers abroad. Even though it is a remote area, motorists in the village Sanenrejo more and require treatment. In this village there are a field in front of the village hall which is used for recreation village park in the afternoon. With such conditions, it was attempted to take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop youth activities youth village Sanenrejo, who had only sporting activities and social, will be developed sector of Economical Productive which help create jobs for the unemployed and young school dropouts , by developing new entrepreneurship workshops and a food court. To achieve the expected outcomes, the methods of implementation are used, among other things: management and technical training, apprenticeship, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. Specifically required expertise in the field of mechanical engineering. It can be obtained from the UPT Latihan Kerja Disnakertrans Prop Jatim in Jember. There was also support from Jember Mandala STIE P3M performance that have earned awards from Kopertis Region VII East Java for his achievements in managing the Research and Community Service every year from 2008 to 2015.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the factors that influence taxpayercompliance in paying motor vehicle tax in Jember. The number of samples used in this studywere 100 respondents with the determination of the sample using accidental sampling method.Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses data quality test analysis(validity test, reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test,heteroscedasticity test), determination coefficient, multiple regression analysis, t test and f test.The results of this study indicate that only the tax sanction variable has a partial effect, whiletaxpayer awareness, moral obligation, service quality, and tax sanctions have no significanteffect on taxpayer compliance. However, simultaneously it shows that the awareness oftaxpayers, moral obligations, quality of service, tax sanctions, and accountability of publicservices together have an effect on taxpayer compliance .Keywords: taxpayer awareness, moral obligation, service quality, tax sanctions, publicservice accountability, taxpayer compliance

Abstract

Taxes are one of the sources of national development costs to improve people's welfare. This study aims to analyze whether Socialization, Tax Knowledge, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Awareness, and Service Quality have a simultaneous and partial effect on Compliance with Paying Land and Building Taxes in Cluring Sub-District, Banyuwangi District. By a hundred of respondents, the analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Socialization, Tax Knowledge and Service Quality had a positive not significant effect on Land and Building Taxpayer Compliance. Meanwhile, Tax Sanctions and Taxpayer Awareness had a positive and significant impact on Land and Building Taxpayer Compliance in Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the audit committee, independent board of commissioners, and capital intensity on tax avoidance as measured by the Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR). This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data sources. The population used in this study are all financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015 to 2019, namely there are 98 listed financial companies, for determining the research sample using the purposive sampling method so that there are 36 financial companies that match the research criteria made by researcher. Methods of data collection using documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test (R2), hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially independent audit committee and board of commissioners had an effect on tax avoidance, while capital intensity had no effect on tax avoidance. Simultaneously shows that the audit committee, independent board of commissioners, and capital intensity have an effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the non-physical work environment and organizational culture on employee performance throughorganizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of the Regional Secretariatof Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 100 with purposive samplingtechnique. The analytical technique used is path analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of dataanalysis show that the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on organizationalcommitment, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment,non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance,organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and organizationalcommitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, the non-physicalwork environment and organizational culture have a significant effect on employeeperformance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The organization achievement is influenced by its employees’ performance that the leaderalways spur the quality performance of his employees by leadership style.Therefore it isnecessary to conduct research on the influence of the village head’s leadership style on thevillage development performance at Mlokorejo Village, Puger District, Jember Regency. Thisstudy aims to test and analyze partially or simultaneously the influence of the village head'sleadership style on development performance. The explanatory research type is used in thisreaserch to examine whether there is a pattern of relationships between two or morevariables. Technique of sampling with population method used 50 villages aparatus ofMlokorejo as respondents. The data analysis shows that the Autocratic, Democratic, andLaisses-Faire leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on the villagedevelopment performance. Whereas based on the partial test (t test), only the Laisses-Faireleadership style had a significant effect on village development performance, while theautocratic and the democratic leadership style had a partially insignificant effect on thedependent variable of village development performance. It was also shown that the Laisses-Faire leadership style variable (X3) had the most influence on the dependent variable ofvillage development performance (Y).

Abstract

Kitchen ware made from aluminum and stainless - steel mostly produced by large corporations branded fraction by micro entrepreneurs. For microentrepreneurs faced many obstacles, among others, capital, market,supply chain of raw materials, human resources and labor. Inventory is one of the problems that continue to disrupt the production and marketing process. This is because the raw material supply chain does not guarantee the availability of raw materials needed. Solving problems of IBM partners mutually agreed , mainly to address thefundamental problem: how to manage the inventory of raw materials and how to manage finances micro-enterprises. Resolving the problem required dihadai various methods such as: is the method through application assistance for the implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and the method of Supply Chain Management (SCM), as well as training and mentoring management Cash Management and Accounting simple, and sharing the cost ofprocurement of production equipment in accordance the availability of funds. The end result of this activity is that the use of methods MRP and SCM method does not match the scale of the industry's only business partner households , adjustment method implementation is done by building long-term contracts with suppliers ofraw materials, raw material quality standards will be guaranteed by long-term contracts with supplier of raw materials, and there needs to be built from the Department of Trade and Industry District Jember.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of commitment, communication, and problem handling on customer trust. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze commitment, communication, and handling problems to customer trust simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling and uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study amountedto 125 sample respondents to customers. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression, t-test, f test,and the coefficient of determination R2. based on the results of the study indicate that the variables commitment (????1), communication(????2), and problem handling (????3) simultaneously influence the customer's trust and commitment variable (????1) and problem handling (????3) partially effect on customer trust while communication (????2) has no partial effect on customer trust in the East Java bank in Banyuwangi.
