Abstract

Lifestyle as a Mediator: The Influence of Content Marketing, Brand Equity, and Influencer Marketing on Aerostreet Purchase Decisions in Three Sub-Districts of Jember City. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of content marketing, brand equity, and influencer marketing on purchase decisions, with lifestyle as a mediating variable. The research was conducted among Generation Z consumers who use Aerostreet products in Jember City, characterized by digital-based consumption and active lifestyles. This study uses a quantitative method with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who met the criteria. The variables examined include content marketing, brand equity, influencer marketing, lifestyle, and purchase decision. The analysis results indicate that content marketing, brand equity, and influencer marketing have a direct effect on lifestyle. Content marketing and influencer marketing have a direct effect on purchase decisions, while brand equity does not have a direct effect on purchase decisions; however, it does not play a significant role as a mediator between the three independent variables and purchase decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of developing digital marketing strategies that align with the lifestyle of Generation Z, as well as the need to enhance content authenticity and brand relevance through consistent and personalized approaches.

Abstract

Along with the increasing interest of the public to invest in the capital market, the analytical ability of an investor is needed in determining investment options. CAPM is a balance model that describes the relationship between risk and returns where risk is measured using beta. This research was conducted on food and baverage company period 2013-2016. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was a positive or linear relationship between expected rate of return and systematic risk. There are 4 shares with negative individual return. From 14 companies, there are 8 shares that include the efficient stock groups: AISA, CEKA, INDF, PSDN, SKBM, SKLT, STTP, ULTJ. 6 shares that include inefficient stock groups are: ALTO, DLTA, ICBP, MLBI, MYOR, ROTI. An efficient share is a stock with an individual rate of return higher than the expected rate of return The investment decision taken is to buy the stock efficiently (undervalued) and hold it and then sell back when the prices rise. For the inefficien shares (overvalue) is to sell the stock before the price goes down. Keywords: CAPM, return, risk, beta

Abstract

The implementation of the Basel III Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), although aimed at improving financial stability, has the potential to reduce Islamic bank margins and encourage profit management practices due to funding structure mismatches. This study aims to analyze and synthesize the literature on the implications of NSFR on margins and profit management practices in Islamic banking. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on PRISMA 2020 (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) for articles published between 2020 and 2025, the data were analyzed through narrative synthesis. The synthesis results show that NSFR causally suppresses profit margins through increased funding costs. Based on agency theory, this pressure on profitability creates a strong incentive for managers to engage in earnings management as a strategic response. This study formulates a conceptual framework that integrates liquidity regulations, financial performance, and managerial behavior.
