Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of the marketing mix on patient decision for treatment to the Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. This research is quantitative descriptive research that use primary data. The research was conducted at Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and direct interviews. The number of samples was 175 respondents. The variables used in the Marketing Mix are product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25. The results of the research show that the product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously influence patient decision for treatment. Partially, the product variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The price variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The promotion variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The place quality variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The process quality variable has a significant effect on the patient decision to seek treatment. The people variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The physical evidence variable has a significant effect on the patient decision for treatment. The people variable is the most dominant variable in influencing the patient decision for treatment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture and work environment on the performance of sub-district employees in Bondowoso Regency. This research uses an explanatory research approach with a population of 720 employees, and a sample of 144 respondents with the technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling. Data processing was analyzed using descriptive statistics with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 22.0. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture and work environment had a partial or simultaneous influence on the performance of sub-district employees in Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth is expected to continue to accelerate until 2024, which is expected to reach 6.5%. This forecast is influenced by a number of indicators both global and domestic. One of them is the economic growth of major trading partners in the second quarter of 2022, which continued to experience growth, although it slowed from the previous quarter. Economic growth, which shows a positive trend, also illustrates that the investment climate in Indonesia is increasingly conducive and developing. This can also be seen from the development of the number of investors listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. An investor, before investing must analyze the condition and financial statements of a company, where the company's financial statements usually guarantee the condition of development or success or failure of a company. Stock is a sign of ownership of a person or entity in a company (Sunariyah, 2006). There is one thing that must always be remembered in investing in stocks, that high profits are also followed by high risks as well. In investment there are two risks, namely systematic risk and unsystematic risk. Risks that always exist and cannot be eliminated by diversification are referred to as systematic risks. To analyze the determinants of stock prices is done by regression analysis without and with moderation variables. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) in the regression model without the moderation variable, a coefficient of determination value of 0.146 was obtained in model 5, there is only one independent variable left, namely ROA. This figure shows the amount of contribution of the independent variable Return On Assets to stock price variations is 14.60%. While the value of the coefficient of determination in the regression model with moderation variables, obtained a coefficient of determination value of 0.304 in model 3, with four independent variables, namely Capital Intencity (CI), Inventory Intencity (II), Return On Assets (ROA), and Capital Intencity variables moderated by Inventory Intencity variables. This figure shows the amount of independent variable contribution to stock price variations is 30.40%. This result is far from the standard role of the independent variable to the variation of the dependent variable which is 75%.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia kesehatan menjadi salah satus sumber daya dibidang kesehatan yang sangat strategis. Abstract

Generation Z is a person born between 1995 and 2010. Generation Alpha is a person born after 2011. We predict that in the future there will be a super tight selection in the placement of workers. It is very important to develop soft skills and hard skills for the younger generation, especially Generation Z and Alpha. This service is in response to a phenomenon in society in Gumukmas Village, Jember, especially elementary, middle and high school children who are not so familiar with the use of information technology. The conclusion of this service was that they stated that after being given training they had started to get used to using computers. Starting to have an interest in exploring various software, especially those needed in the world of work. The point is that this study group already has the enthusiasm to develop science in the field of ICT because they are aware that as Generation Z and Alpha they must start getting used to being familiar with computers from an early age. Suggestions from the results of this dedication: Mastering ICT requires patience and must be continuous in learning it. Remember that learning ICT is a multilevel knowledge, so you must be patient to learn from the lowest level. Slow down and enjoy the learning process, don't be shy to ask.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze employee competency and how to improve employee competency at the Banyuwangi Regency Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises and Trade Department. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach where data will be analyzed descriptively originating from interviews, notes and the author's observations. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The data analysis approach in this research uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of this research includes data credibility, dependability and confirmability. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the competency of employees at the Banyuwangi Regency Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises and Trade Service is good according to their expertise. This can be seen from the suitability of work areas to competencies, proof of competency, support for increasing competency, and overall, the human resource management system in this service is effective in creating good employee performance, contributing to increasing organizational effectiveness. The way to improve employee competency at the Banyuwangi Regency Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises and Trade Department is by providing coaching, evaluating and assessing performance, as well as giving rewards to employees who excel. This holistic approach which includes coaching, evaluation and providing rewards will increase employee competency effectively and efficiently, support human resource development and strengthen the overall performance of the organization.

Abstract

Teachers performance is an activity shown by a teacher carrying out his work. Problems in teacher performance are new teachers who are not from education, national exam scores which always decline every year and teachers who do not teach according to their abilities. In this study, the factors that are suspected to influence teacher performance are the principal's leadership, work motivation and work discipline. The aim of this study was to determine whether there was an influence between the leadership of the school principal, work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the SMA Darussalam Blokagung teachers. The population in this study was 45 teachers of SMA Darussalam Blokagung. This research is a population study, which means used the entire number of teachers at SMA Darussalam Blokagung. The method used in this research is percentage descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis by distributing questionnaires. This study shows that principal leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at SMA Darussalam Blokagung. Work motivation also plays an important role in improving teacher performance, both in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Work discipline has been shown to contribute to teacher effectiveness in managing classes and carrying out their professional duties. Overall, leadership, work motivation, and work discipline together create a more productive learning environment and improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relevansi penerapan e-filing dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi (WPOP) dengan peran relawan pajak sebagai pemoderasi. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada WPOP yang menggunakan e-filing. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi moderasi untuk menguji hubungan antara penerapan e-filing, kepatuhan WPOP, dan peran moderasi relawan pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-filing memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan WPOP. Selain itu, relawan pajak terbukti mampu memoderasi hubungan antara penerapan e-filing dan kepatuhan WPOP, sehingga memperkuat dampak positif e-filing terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa e-filing sebagai alat digitalisasi pelayanan pajak efektif dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan WPOP, dan keterlibatan relawan pajak dapat memperkuat hubungan ini. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pihak otoritas pajak dalam merancang strategi peningkatan kepatuhan pajak. Disarankan untuk terus mendorong penggunaan e-filing serta mengoptimalkan peran relawan pajak dalam proses sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada wajib pajak. Kombinasi antara teknologi e-filing dan dukungan relawan pajak diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan WPOP secara signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to apply machine learning to predict the start of employee attrition by considering performance parameters and other related factors in the company environment. Employee attrition refers to employee turnover in an organization for various reasons such as resignation, moving, retirement, and so on. This research uses a dataset originating from the IBM HR Analytics Employee Attrition dataset available on Kaggle (https://www.kaggle.com/) which consists of 35 attributes. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method is a dimension reduction method to improve the efficiency and performance of machine learning models by reducing unnecessary data. The machine learning approaches used in the early prediction of employee attrition in this research are Support Vector Machine, Deep Learning and Neural Network methods. This research will combine the dimensionality reduction process with machine learning to obtain employee attrition prediction results that are optimized using the Ensemble method, namely Bagging and Boosting to increase the accuracy value of the prediction results. The results of this research show that applying dimensionality reduction using the PSO method can improve the accuracy of results on the IBM HR Analytics Employee Attrition dataset. The best accuracy in attrition prediction was obtained by the Deep Learning method with an accuracy value of 86.94%, a precision value of 88.90%, and a recall value of 96.40% after combining it with PSO and optimizing with Bagging.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences in taxpayer compliance levels before and after the implementation of the Voluntary Disclosure Program, focusing on moral obligations, timely reporting, taxpayer honesty, tax understanding, and tax penalties at the KPP Pratama Jember. The sample consists of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity tests, paired T-test, and ANOVA. The results reveal significant differences in taxpayer compliance levels between the periods before and after the implementation of the program across all factors examined. Additionally, simultaneous analysis indicates that these factors collectively influence taxpayer compliance. This study supports the Compliance Theory and the Theory of Planned Behavior, highlighting that incentives, penalties, and taxpayers’ positive attitudes toward taxation are key factors in improving compliance. These findings provide strategic implications for enhancing the effectiveness of tax policies in the future.
